Abstract

Every company always expects every employee to have achievements, because employees who excel will make an optimal contribution to the company. Superior and quality performance can be obtained if the company is able to contribute to employees as compensation for the company's services to its employees. In addition, the performance of an organization will increase if there is motivation and a good work environment from the organization itself. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, the population in this study are employees of PT Surgika Alkesindo. The number of samples used in this study were 99 people. The effect of Compensation (X1) on Performance (Y) is 0.000 <0.05 and the value of Tcount > Ttable is 3.894 > 1.895, then Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted, the partial effect is 9.2%. The effect of Motivation (X2) on Performance (Y) is 0.000 < 0.05 and the value of Tcount > Ttable is 8.734 > 1.895 then Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, the partial effect is 60.4%, and the influence of the Work Environment (X3) on Performance (Y) is 0.011 < 0.05 and the value of Tcount > Ttable is 2.593 > 1.895, then Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, the partial effect is 6.3%. Effect of Compensation (X1), Motivation (X2) and Work Environment (X3) on Performance (Y) is Fcount 169.011 > Ftable 2.70, then Ho4 is rejected and Ha4 is accepted. There is an effect of Compensation, Motivation and Work Environment simultaneously on Performance significantly at PT Surgika Alkesindo by 84.2

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Promotion and Service Quality on the Level of Customer Satisfaction D'RAOSTOP Chicken and Burger Seskoal South Jakarta. This research uses quantitative methods. Data and information collection was carried out by giving questionnaires to consumers with a sample of 75 consumers with 30 statement items related to promotion variables, service quality and satisfaction levels. The results of the study stated that variable X1 (Promotion) had a positive effect on Y (customer satisfaction) of 30.33%, variable X2 (service quality) had a positive effect on Y (customer satisfaction) of 39.65% and there was an influence of promotion (X1) and service quality (X2) together on customer satisfaction (Y) by 35% while the remaining 65% is influenced by other factors outside of this study.

Abstract

The low work productivity of employees will have an impact on the low quality of service to consumers or the public. Based on the author's observations at PT. TRI BANYAN TIRTA, the low work productivity of employees is caused by the lack of supporting facilities in carrying out activities, such as the availability of vehicle facilities, room facilities, filing facilities, software facilities that have not been able to fully support the increasing work activities of employees. This study aims to analyze how much influence Employee Competence and Work Facilities have on Employee Work Productivity at PT. TRI BANYAN TIRTA. The research method in this study used a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires and then statistical analysis was carried out using the SPSS version. 24.0. the results of this study concluded that: Employee competence has a significant effect on work productivity with a percentage level of influence of 29.1%. This shows that Employee Competence affects the Work Productivity of PT. Tri Banyan Tirta. Work Facilities have a significant effect on Work Facilities with a percentage level of influence of 29.80%. This shows that Work Facilities affect the Work Productivity of PT. Tri Banyan Tirta. Employee competence and work facilities simultaneously have a significant effect on the level of work productivity of 34.70% while the remaining 65.30% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze The Effect of Innovation and Product Quality on Business Success in the Home Shoes Industry in Balaraja Tangerang. The research method used is a quantitative method. Data collection techniques used in the form of questionnaires and literature. The population used in this study were 25 home business actors in the shoe industry in Balaraja, Tangerang. The sampling technique in this study is the technique Non Probability Sampling with the method Saturated Sampling, and the sample used in this study is the entire population. Based on the results of t test (partial test) from the calculation of the variable Innovation (X1) a significant effect on business success (Y) because tcount 3,288> ttable 2.074 and the significant value of 0.003> 0.05 and the coefficient of determination of 32%. T test results Product Quality variable (X2) significantly affects the success of the business (Y) because tcount 6,189> ttable 2.074 and 0.000 significant value of <0.05 and the coefficient of determination of 62.5%. Based on the research results obtained by the f test (simultaneous test) it can be concluded that Innovation (X1) and Product Quality (X2) together have a significant effect on Business Success (Y) because fcount 18.335> ftable 3.44 with a significant value of < 0.05 and the coefficient of determination is 62.5% while the remaining 37.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze (1) the effect of quality on Exporter Loyalty (2) the effect of satisfaction on Exporter Loyalty (3) the effect of Quality and Satisfaction on Exporter Loyalty. The type of research used was quantitative because it emphasizes testing theories through measuring research variables with numbers and analyzing data using statistical procedures. The population in this study were customers who used freight forwarding services, with a sample selection of 47 people. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an effect of quality variable on Exporter Loyalty, thus if the quality is improved, there will be an increase in Exporter Loyalty in freight forwarding services at PT. Oriental Logistik Indonesia. There is also a significant effect of the satisfaction variable on Exporter Loyalty. The effect of the two variables can be said to be significant. This happens because there is an effect of quality and satisfaction on the loyalty of exporters of Freight forwarding services at PT.Oriental Logistik Indonesia.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of product quality and brand image on the purchase decisions for Coca-Cola (a case study on students of STIAMI, Bekasi Campus Class of 2018). This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach.The results of the study indicate that product quality has t count > t tablewhich is 3.282 > 1.98793 with a sig value of 0.001 < 0.05, which means that partially product quality has a positive and significant , effect on purchase decisions. Brand image has t count > t table , which is 4.647 > 1.9879 with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that partially brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. Meanwhile, simultaneously, product quality and brand image have an f count value of 44,876 with a significance level of 0.000, which means that both variables have a positiveand significant effect on purchase decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of recruitment and selection on employee competence at PT Asuransi Jasaraharja Putera Head Office). The population of this study are permanent employees of PT Asuransi Jasaraharja Putera head office as many as 150 people. The sample used was calculated using the Slovin formula and produced as many as 60 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 24 software. Hasl research shows that motivation is partially positive and significant effect on employee competence with a significance value of 0.002 and a beta coefficient of 0.208. Partial training has a positive and significant effect on employee competence with a significance value of 0.000 and a beta coefficient of 0.626. Motivation and training simultaneously have a positive and significant effect with a significance value of 0.000 and a beta coefficient value of 0.834 on employee competence.
