Puji syukur kita panjatkan kehadirat Allah SWT atas lahirnya Jurnal Andragogia Ilmu Pendidikan dan Kajian Islam, yaitu jurnal ilmiah yang berfokus pada kajian ilmu pendidikan dan isu-isu keislaman yang diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Studi Pengembangan Pendidikan dan Kewirausahaan, Universitas Muhammadiyah, Bandung pada bulan Juli 2024, sebagai peluncuran perdana Volume 1 Nomor 1. Dengan mengusung tema Kajian Pendidikan dan Kajian Islam, artikel-artikel yang diterbitkan akan memiliki ciri khas dan berbagai pandangan tentang kajian pendidikan dan kajian Islam dari berbagai bidang pemikiran seperti kajian pendidikan, agama, kajian Islam, sains dan teknologi. Jurnal ini diterbitkan tiga kali dalam setahun (Juli, November, dan Maret) oleh LP3K Universitas Muhammadiyah Bandung. Setiap naskah yang diserahkan akan ditelaah oleh peer-reviewer. Proses peer-review menggunakan double-blind review, artinya identitas peer-reviewer dan penulis dirahasiakan dari reviewer, begitu pula sebaliknya.

Abstract

This study aims to deeply understand and analyze the dynamics of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum management based on the integration of science and faith from a qualitative perspective. The background of this study is the challenge of value disorientation and the dichotomy of science in contemporary education, which emphasizes the urgency of aligning the cognitive, affective, and spiritual aspects of students. This study focuses on how the process of planning, implementing, and evaluating the PAI curriculum holistically combines general scientific material with the values ??of faith and Islamic teachings. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving the principal, PAI teachers, and curriculum coordinator at a madrasah in Bandung. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that the integration of science and faith in PAI curriculum management requires a strong conceptual understanding, institutional commitment, and pedagogical adaptation from teachers. This integration process significantly influences teachers' and students' perceptions of the relevance of PAI and encourages holistic understanding. The implications of this study are the importance of teacher professional development and systemic support to realize a curriculum that is not only intellectually intelligent, but also has an Islamic character and is aware of the relevance of science in a faith perspective.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the concept of production and producer behavior from the perspective of Qur'anic interpretation. In the context of Islamic economics, production is not only seen as a purely economic activity, but also as a form of worship that must be in line with sharia values. This study uses a qualitative approach based on library research by analyzing Qur'anic verses related to the work, creation, distribution, and social responsibility of producers, as well as tracing the interpretations of classical and contemporary mufassir. The results of the study show that the concept of production in the Qur'an contains the principles of blessing, justice, efficiency, and environmental sustainability. Meanwhile, the ideal producer behavior in the Qur'an reflects an attitude of trustworthiness, honesty, responsibility, not harming consumers, and not hoarding wealth excessively. Thus, production from the perspective of the interpretation of the Qur'an is not only aimed at meeting worldly needs, but also directed at achieving the benefits of the ummah and the pleasure of Allah SWT.

Abstract

Shi'a Imamiyah is the second largest Islamic religious sect in the world that still exists today. This sect has a sizable treasure of Islamic sciences that demonstrate their existence as well as to strengthen the foundations of their beliefs that are different from the Sunnis. One of the disciplines that they pursue is the science of hadith, which although somewhat late in its development compared to the sunnis. This study aims to reveal the differences between the methods of hadith evaluation in the Shi'a Imamiyah tradition and those used by the Sunnis. This research uses qualitative method by collecting data through (library search) technique. The results show that there are similarities in the terms used by the Shi'a Imamiyah and the Sunnis in the method of assessing hadith, but there are fundamental differences in its definitions and in its applications.

Abstract

This research explores the concept of Islamic ethnopedagogy as a strategy for transforming cultural values in literary learning at schools. The primary focus of this study is how the integration of local wisdom aligned with Islamic principles can strengthen students' character. Using a library research method, this study analyzes various literatures related to Nusantara's local wisdom, Islamic educational theory, and literary learning methodologies. The results show that regional literature is not merely a cultural artifact but a pedagogical medium containing values of Tawhid, Akhlaq, and Muamalah. This transformation is achieved through the reinterpretation of literary texts within the framework of Islamic values (Islamization of local knowledge) to address the challenges of moral decadence in the digital era. In conclusion, Islamic ethnopedagogy is capable of creating literary learning that is contextual, religious, and relevant to the nation's cultural identity.
