Abstract

Akidah Akhlak as a subject in Islamic education at MI PSM Gedoro often faces challenges in student engagement due to its perceived monotony. In this study, the Jigsaw learning model is applied to address this issue, with the aim of clarifying the teacher's presentation of the material, addressing active student participation, and overcoming space limitations to make learning more effective. In this model, the teacher provides each student with the opportunity to study a portion of the material so that they become experts in their respective areas. This expertise is then taught to their peers in other groups. Peers in other groups also study different parts of the material and become experts in their areas. The interaction that occurs is a sharing pattern of learning, where each student gains high confidence due to having unique expertise needed by others. Each student will feel interdependent and reliant on others. The choice of the Jigsaw learning model for the Akidah Akhlak subject is intentionally made to engage students actively during the learning process, review previously learned material, gain a detailed understanding of the content, and build good cooperation among peers. Classroom Action Research (CAR) is used as the research methodology. The results of the first cycle show that 34.78% of students scored above 75, which increased to 82.61% in the second cycle. This indicates that the Jigsaw learning model effectively enhances student engagement and learning result.

Abstract

As the globe faces difficulties in 2019, NFT grew popular in making, buying, selling, and trading more efficient while lowering the possibility of fraud. [1] This study aims to examine the claims made in academic literature regarding the sustainability of non-fungible tokens for the environment. Despite the growth of NFTs in 2019, the environmental impact of this technology has received little attention. Using a qualitative exploratory approach, this research analyzes relevant academic journals to understand the theoretical sustainability of NFTs and how that aligns, or fails to align, with the reality. The goal is to raise awareness about the environmental implications of NFTs and provide a critical assessment of the existing claims surrounding their sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the classroom management through problem-solving strategies in realizing quality learning. This research was conducted by quantitative approach. The main data of this study was 108 high school teachers. The technique used for data collection is questionnaire. The analysis technique used descriptive statistics, factor analysis, normality test, and inferential statistical test through t and anova tests. The results of the analysis show that classroom management efforts through problem solving are categorized as good by all aspects. Every aspect is valid with Alfa Cronbach's 0.766, thus, normal. The analysis of categorical factors is relevant in analyzing the classroom management through problem solving in realizing quality learning, which is above 0.7. In correlational analysis and one t-test of sample, all data are correlated and have significant role seen by the value of sig. 0.000 < 0.05. The Anova test through the linear path shows all the linearity as it impacting the problem solving in classroom management with value of F 0.000 < 0.05. Each aspect has its own characteristics on its implementation in learning. It shows that classroom management through problem solving can be a strategy in realizing quality learning.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a disease characterized by increased blood glucose levels and is a disease that needs attention. Diabetes mellitus cannot be cured, but it can be controlled by controlling blood sugar levels to prevent complications from occurring. These complications can be minimized with self-care management . This research aims to find out description self - care management on patient diabetes mellitus in the Kendalsari Community Health Center area, Malang City. This type of research is descriptive with an approach. The research was conducted in the Kendalsari Public Health Center area, Malang City on March 2023 with a sample size of 44 people. How to take samples is non-probability sampling that is purposive sampling. Tool measure that used is questionnaire Summary of Diabetes Self-Care Activities (SDSCA). Data collection is presented in the form of a frequency distribution table. Based on results self-care research patient management almost half of diabetes is in the good category amount 17 people (38.63%), the majority on enough category amount 27 people (61.37). DM patients are expected to improve self-care management behavior to improve health status and prevent further complications.

Abstract

Stunting indicates a high prevalence of nutritional deficiencies that have not yet reached reduction targets, as seen in Geneng District, Ngawi Regency. Maternal knowledge and attitudes are crucial factors in preventing stunting and can influence mothers' behaviors in ensuring nutrition for toddlers. Manajemen Nutrisi Balita Stunting (MNBS) is an innovative intervention designed to address specific nutritional needs. It was developed into a smartphone application that serves as an educational tool to prevent stunting issues. This study aims to analyze the impact of MNBS on maternal knowledge and attitudes towards stunting prevention. This study used a one-group pretest-post-test design approach. Sampling was conducted using simple random sampling involving 30 respondents. Inclusion criteria for this research included mothers with toddlers experiencing malnutrition, owning a smartphone, and being willing to participate in the study until completion. The research results indicate that maternal knowledge and attitudes towards preventing stunting improved after receiving education through Manajemen Nutrisi Balita Stunting (MNBS) smartphone application. Manajemen Nutrisi Balita Stunting (MNBS) Smartphone Application has an impact as an educational medium on maternal knowledge and attitudes toward preventing stunting.

Abstract

Patient registration services are a crucial component in providing a positive experience for patients in healthcare facilities. This study aims to transform the outpatient registration services at RSAU Dr. M. Munir through a quality management approach, focusing on improving efficiency, data accuracy, and patient satisfaction. The methods used include initial observation, interviews, SWOT analysis, and the implementation of a pilot project involving an online registration system and staff training. The study results show that the interventions successfully reduced registration time from an average of 15 minutes to 8 minutes, improved patient data accuracy by 30%, and increased patient satisfaction levels from 65% to 85%. The evaluation also highlights the importance of regular staff training and community involvement in ensuring the success and sustainability of the changes implemented. The conclusion of this study is that effective quality management implementation can transform patient registration services into a more efficient and patient-friendly process. The recommendations include expanding the implementation of the online registration system, developing regular training programs, and enhancing supporting facilities to strengthen the patient experience. These findings are expected to contribute significantly to the development of healthcare services that focus on quality and patient satisfaction at RSAU Dr. M. Munir and other healthcare facilities.

Abstract

The development of digital technologies such as gadgets has grown very rapidly in the last decade, which applications often do not determine the age range for users, especially for children. Today, parents are faced with the dilemma of letting their children use these modern gadgets, which often cause serious addiction or keep them in the dark and risk facing children who know nothing. These problems also occur in MI Miftahul Huda students in the Tulungagung Regency in East Java province. The research was conducted on February 20 to March 20, 2024. This research was only limited to one class, namely class 2 with the dependence of the gadget to be given an alternative game of kinetic sand. The design of this study uses experimental quasy with pre and post design tests. The population in this study were MI Miftahul Huda Pulerejo Tulungagung students who were dependent on gadgets that met the research inclusion criteria. The sample in this study were 23 respondents. The problem of gadget dependency data has a very high level, which will affect the development of children's social skills. For that, a suitable method is needed for analyzing it, the method that has been used is to use traditional games by playing with their peers. Another solution researchers will use the game of kinetic sand to overcome the problem of gadget dependence on children, which has benefits in playing kinetic sand such as for creativity and as a gathering place for socialization. The general objective is to play kinetic sand to develop social skills in children, while the specific goal is to find out whether kinetic sand is the right game tool to overcome gadget dependency problems in primary school-age children. The expected benefits are the proposer researchers can socialize the game of kinetic sand to teachers and guardians of students in elementary school so that after this study ends, the game of kinetic sand can be applied to students or children of primary school age. The plan of this activity will begin with 1) collecting academic data, distributing questionnaires to student guardians, 2) data analysis, 3) testing using kinetic sand games, 4) discussing the results of the trial. The output that will be carried out are scientific publications in accredited national journals or non-accredited national journals.
