Abstract

Abstract Indonesia children with special needs (ABK), especially those who have mental, physical or social / emotional interaction abilities, are still marginalized. Most people still see them as people who are troublesome, disruptive, difficult to learn, unproductive, and burden the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of collage play therapy on the concentration of children with special needs in inclusive schools based on Bedali 5 Elementary School, Lawang District, Malang Regency.This study used the Pre Experiment method with One group Pre-post test. The study population was all children with special needs at Bedali 5 Elementary School, Lawang District, Malang Regency. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique of 21 students. The variables used in this study were collage play therapy and concentration of children with special needs. The statistical test used is using the T-test. The results showed that before being given treatment almost all students with special needs had sufficient concentration (95.2%), after being given treatment almost all students with special needs had good concentration (90.5%) and there was an influence between the concentration level of children before and after being given treatment at Bedali 5 Lawang Elementary School Malang Regency with a correlation coefficient of 0.703 and a Sig 2 tailed value of 0,000. This research is expected to provide input to schools to modify the design of learning that is more attractive to students so that the concentration of students can increase and children become motivated to learn. Abstract

Introduction Hospitalization in children is a process for a reason that requires children to stay in the hospital, undergoing therapy and treatment until the child can be repatriated home. During the process, the child can experience various events in the form of a very traumatic and stressful experience. To address the problem of hospitalization of pre-school children aged 3-6 years can be administered with the play of Clay therapy. The study was made with the aim of knowing the therapeutic influence of playing Clay against hospitalization anxiety. Method This research uses Pre-experimental methods with One group Pre-Post test. Samples were chosen using the consecutive sampling technique with inclusion and exclusion criteria and sample of 20 people. The variables used in this study were the play therapy of Clay and the level of hospitalization anxiety. Data processing and data analysis using Test T test. Results Research shows that there is a therapeutic influence to play Clay against the hospitalization of children aged 3-6 years in the space Nusa Indah Hospital army Dr. Soepraoen Malang by Using Test T Test with a result of 0.000 which is less than < 0.05. The research is expected to provide feedback on the part of health services especially hospitals that have a child's space to provide Clay play therapy and other play therapies as one of the media to relieve anxiety Hospitalisation in children, especially age 3-6 years according to their age.

Abstract

Pendahuluan : Lanjut usia dalam kehidupannya sehari-hari akan banyak mengalami kemunduran dan perubahan. Masalah fisik yang sering ditemukan pada lansia adalah mudah jatuh dan lelah. Kekacauan mental akut, nyeri dada, berdebar-debar, sesak nafas, pembengkakan, sulit tidur, pusing dan perubahan-perubahan pada mental atau psikologi sehingga akan mempengaruhi konsep diri yang salah satunya adalah harga diri pada lansia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian terapi dzikir terhadap harga diri lansia di pondok lansia Al-Ishlah Malang. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Pre Eksperimen dengan One group Pre-post test. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua lansia di Panti Lansia Al-Ishlah Malang sebanyak 25 lansia Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi dan didapatkan sampel sejumlah 21 orang. Variabel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah terapi dzikir dan harga diri lansia. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah menggunakan uji menggunakan uji Paired Sample T-Test. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh terapi dzikir terhadap harga diri dengan menggunakan uji pired sample T-test dengan nilai Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) bernilai 0,000. Kesimpulan : Melihat hasil penelitian ini diharapkan lansia dapat menerapkan terapi dzikir secara mandiri maupun berkelompok dalam kegiatan rutin dan perawat yang ada dipanti secara terus menerus melakukan follow up terhadap upaya peningkatan harga diri lansia dan memberikan umpan balik yang positif

Abstract

Pendahuluan : Proses menua pada lanjut usia menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan-perubahan seperti perubahan fisik maupun mental, khususnya kemunduran dalam berbagai fungsi dan kemampuan yang pernah dimilikinya. Pada perubahan mental atau psikologi akan mempengaruhi konsep diri yang salah satunya adalah harga diri pada lansia. Harga diri merupakan hal mendasar pada lansia. Harga diri rendah pada lansia dapat menyebabkan depresi, ansietas, gangguan somatisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui factor-faktor yang mempenaruhi harga diri lansia di pondok lansia Al- Ishlah Malang. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Crossecsional. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi dan didapatkan sampel sejumlah 33 orang. Variabel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Faktor usia, Tingkat Kemandirian (ADL), dukungan keluarga dan harga diri lansia. Setelah data terkumpul kemudian dilakukan pengolahan data melalui tahapan editing, coding, scoring, uji statistic, dan kesimpulan. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah menggunakan Chi Square. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara usia dengan harga diri lansia (p=0,017), ada hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat kemandirian dengan harga diri lansia (p=0,041), ada hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan keluarga dengan harga diri lansia (p=0,039). Kesimpulan Melihat hasil penelitian ini diharapkan lansia dapat meningkatkan harga diri dengan menggunakan strategi yang dirasa mampu untuk dilakukan oleh lansia secara mandiri maupun berkelompok dalam kegiatan rutin dan perawat yang ada dipanti secara terus menerus melakukan follow up terhadap upaya peningkatan harga diri lansia dan memberikan umpan balik yang positif.

Abstract

Abstrak Perawat merupakan salah satu tim pelayanan kesehatan terbesar yang dituntut untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan di rumah sakit. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja perawat di Instalasi Rawat Inap RSU Dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Kota Mojokerto. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional study. Responden adalah seluruh perawat di instalasi rawat inap RSU Dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Kota Mojokerto yang berjumlah 89 orang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis stastistik menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan perawat, motivasi kerja dan kinerja perawat sangat baik. Ada pengaruh antara kemampuan dan motivasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja perawat (p = 0.000). Koefisien determinasi pengaruh variabel kemampuan dan motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja perawat sebesar 94.7% (adjusted r2 = 0,947). Namun dalam analisis parsial, hanya motivasi yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat (p = 0.000), kemampuan sementara menunjukkan tidak ada pengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat (p = 0.437). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa adalah penting untuk menjaga motivasi dan meningkatkan kemampuan perawat untuk meningkatkan kinerja perawat. Kata Kunci: kemampuan, motivasi kerja, kinerja perawat Abstract Nurse is one of the largest health care team required to improve the quality of care in hospitals. The objective of this study was to determine the influence of ability and motivation on work performance of nurses in inpatient units of Dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Hospital Mojokerto. This is a cross-sectional study. All nurses in inpatient units of Dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Hospital as many as 89 people were recruited to complete the study. The instrument used was a self-developed questionnaire. A multiple linear regression was used in the statistical analysis. The results showed that nurses ability, motivation and work performance is very good. There is asimultaneous influence of ability and motivation on the work performance of nurses (p = 0,000). Variation on work performance variable is explained by ability and motivation variable by 94.7% (adjusted r2=0,947). However, in the partial analysis, only motivation that has a significant influence on work performance (p =0,000) whilst ability shows no influence on work performance (p=0,437). This study concludes it is essential to maintain nurses’ motivation and to improve nurses’ abilityto increase their work performance. Keywords: ability, motivation, work performance

Abstract

Introductions: Hand washing is a way to prevent disease and is a process that mechanically removes impurities from the skin of the hands using a handrub. Hand washing has been regarded as one of the most important measures to reduce transmission of microorganisms and prevent infection for more than 150 years. In 2009 the WHO formulated a strategy for implementing 5 6-step moments for health workers. The hand washing procedure is performed before contact with the patient, before performing aseptic procedures, after exposure to fluid, after contact with the patient, after contact with the environment (Ernawati, 2014). Hand-washing behavior of nurses is one of the factors that have a major influence in preventing the occurrence of nosocomial infections. Previous research from Fatmawati, found the number of nurses who perform handwashing procedures 5 moments 6 steps there are in accordance with the stage, and some are not in accordance with the stages that have been set. It was found that more than 20% of nurses on duty only did hand washing after taking action to the patient and did not wash their hands before contact with the patient. Method: The design of this study used pre experimental design with one shot case study approach. Data analysis in this research use with univariate analysis. Result : Compliance nurse about hand washing 5 moments 6 steps of high compliance as much as 335 times the action (70%) and low compliance as much as 65 times the action (14%). While for 5 moments most have low compliance as much as 289 times action (61%) and a small part 86 times action (18%). The nurse performs hand wash in step 1 as much as 439 (99,7%), step 2 count 413 (93,86%), step 3 counted 421 (95,68%), step 4 342 (77,3%), 5 as many as 335 (76.14%) and step 6 of 335 (76.14%). The nurse performs handwashing at moment 1 of 78 (18%), moment 2 is 61 (14%), moment 3 is 276 (73%), moment 4 and moment 5 are 440 (100%).

Abstract

Guru selaku pengganti orang tua siswa bertanggungjawab terhadap kebutuhan anak didiknya disekolah, sekaligus menjamin keselamatan peserta didik ketika berada disekolah. Para guru harus menyadari karakteristik fisik, emosi, perilaku masing – masing siswa yang dapat menimbulkan kondisi kegawatdaruratan serta waspada terhadap faktor-faktor lingkungan yang mengancam keamanan anak (Soetjiningsih, 2008).  Kedua mitra menyelenggarakan sekolah inklusi yang tentunya memiliki resiko lebih tinggi terjadi masalah kesehatan dibanding sekolah biasa. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran inklusi, sekolah harus menyediakan sistem layanan pendidikan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan ATBK dan ABK melalui adaptasi kurikulum, pembelajaran, penilaian, dan sarana prasarananya (pelayanan UKS). UKS yang ada pada kedua mitra belum memadai, baik aspek SDM, sarana prasarana, program dan kegiatannya. Para guru belum sepenuhnya memiliki pengetahuan, kemauan, serta ketrampilan yang cukup jika sewaktu-waktu terjadi cedera dan kondisi kegawatdaruratan disekolah. Belum ada fasilitas untuk menjadi sumber belajar secara berkelanjutan bagi pengelola UKS dalam mengembangkan kemampuan untuk mengelola UKS berbasis inklusi, dan pertolongan pertama cedera dan kondisi kegawatdaruratan siswa disekolah. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, kemauan dan ketrampilan mitra tentang managemen dan pengelolaan UKS berbasis inklusi, penanganan pertama pada cedera dan kegawatdaruratan di kedua mitra.  Metode yang digunakan pelatihan,  pendampingan, pengadaan obat – obatan  dan peralatan UKS bagi kedua mitra. Hasil yang dicapai terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan melalui kegiatan pre-post test, peran serta seluruh peserta dan panitia 100 % kehadirannya,  pembuatan modul dan poster tentang protap sistem pelayanan UKS, protap pertolongan pertama pada cedera, dan kegawatdaruratan disekolah. Abstract

Measurement of severity and mortality predictions in cases of head injury is an important step to support appropriate, effective and efficient clinical decision-making. Glasgow Coma Score, Trauma Score, and Revised Trauma Score are physiologycal scoring systems that can be used as predictors of mortality of head injury patients. The objective of the study was to know which scoring systems had the best accuracy as a predictor of mortality of head injured patients. The observational analytic study with this retrospective cohort design approach was carried out at dr. Iskak Tulungagung on Medical Record. Data taken from all patient medical records from January 2016 to July 2017 amounted to 150 medical records. Variables used were GCS, RTS, and TS scores when patients were admitted to hospital IGD as well as patient mortality data within 7 days of treatment. The data obtained is then processed with SPSS 20 using Mann Whitney Test, logistic regression and ROC curve comparison. Based on the results of multivariate logistic regression analysis, GCS accuracy results: sensitivity= 0.7586, specificity= 0.7934, PPV= 0.468, NPV= 0.932; RTS accuracy: sensitivity= 0.766, specificity= 0.8, PPV= 0.489, and NPV= 0.932; TS accuracy: sensitivity= 0.7, specificity= 0.783, PPV= 0.4468, NPV= 0.9126. The comparison graph analysis of ROC curve showed no significant difference of AUC between GCS, RTS, and TS because the difference was too low (<15%). There was no significant difference of accuracy between RTS, GCS, and TS use in predicting head injury mortality

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Lanjut usia dalam kehidupannya mengalami kemunduran dan perubahan. Perubahan pada mental atau psikologi akan mempengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis pada lansia. Masalah kesejahteraan psiklogis masih sering terjadi pada lansia, terutama pada lansia yang berada di pondok lansia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui Pegaruh Pemberian Terapi Dzikir Terhadap Kesejahteraan Psikologis Lansia Di Pondok Lansia Al-Ishlah Malang. Metode : Metode dalam peneitian menggunakan metode Pre Eksperimen dengan One group Pre-post test. Sampel dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi dan didapatkan sampel sejumlah 32 orang. Variabel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah terapi dzikir dan Kesejahteraan Psikologis lansia. Setelah data terkumpul kemudian dilakukan pengolahan data melalui tahapan editing, coding, scoring, uji statistic, dan kesimpulan. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh terapi dzikir terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis dengan menggunakan uji wilcoxon dengan nilai Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) bernilai 0,000. Kesimpulan : Ada Pengaruh terapi dzikir terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis lansia. Oleh karena itu diharapkan lansia dapat menerapkan terapi dzikir secara mandiri maupun berkelompok dalam kegiatan rutin dan perawat yang ada dipanti secara terus menerus melakukan follow up terhadap upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan psikologis lansia dan memberikan umpan balik yang positif. Abstract

ABSTRACT Background: Elderly who are far from their family are in nursing homes or nursing homes, often feel they are no longer needed, left out or thrown away from the family and added to problems with illnesses that don't go away, their ability to cope with mechanisms has greatly decreased, so the elderly will easily experience psychological well-being problems. There are several ways to improve the psychological well-being of the elderly, one of which is to provide social support with family gathering activities. Purpose: This study aims to analyze whether there is an effect of family gathering on the psychological well-being of the elderly at the Al-Islah Elderly Pondok Malang. Methods: The design of the pre-experimental study was one group pre-post test design with a population of 23 elderly people, a total sampling approach with treatment of elderly families before meeting the elderly. The independent variable family gathering, the intervening variable is family social support, and the dependent variable is the psychological well-being of the elderly. The Scale of Psychological well-being (SPWB) questionnaire instrument, the data collection time was carried out before and after the family gathering. Ordinal data scale, One-Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test data normality test, effect test namely Paired T-Test on pretest and post test data with the help of the SPSS 21 application. Result: The results show that family gatherings have an influence on the psychological well-being of the elderly at Pondok Al-Islah with a significance value of 0.034 which is less than 0.05. Family gatherings can improve the quality of mental health, increase self-confidence, prayer, enthusiasm or encouragement, advice and acceptance, so that it meets the expectations of the elderly. Conclusion: Suggestions for the family gathering program can be used as a routine activity and become a commitment between the family and the management from the start to entrust the elderly.
