Abstract

This study aims to examine the picture of resilience which includes the factors and processes of building resilience in the poor in North Aceh Regency in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method used is a phenomenological qualitative research type involving five subjects taken by purposive sampling method. The data collection process was carried out using the interview method as the main data collection method and observation as the supporting data collection method. Based on the research that has been done, it is found that the factors that shape the achievement of resilience of the subjects include gratitude, self-efficacy, never give up, optimistic and critical thinking, significant others, empathy, and coping transformation. While the process of forming resilience in the poor in facing poverty goes through stages, namely a) feeling bored and feeling sad, b) survival (surviving), c) Adjustment (Recovery) and d) Thriving (able to get through difficulties and take positive things from the difficulties faced by the poor). occur). So it can be concluded that the poor people of North Aceh have good resilience or resilience in dealing with poverty during the COVID-19 pandemic. This can be seen from the way people don't lament too much about the difficulties they face, stay calm and stay productive during the pandemic.

Abstract

Students should have the ability to deal with challenging and stressful situations. This study aims to determine the correlation between spiritual quotient and academic resilience of high school students during the covid-19 pandemic. This study has 135 subjects from SMA SLAPUR with a simple random sampling technique. The measuring instrument used in this research is the Spiritual Quotient Scale and The Academic Resilience Scale (ARS-30). The results of the analysis using the Pearson Product Moment correlation show the coefficient value of (p<0.05) it’s mean there a significant positive relationship between spiritual quotient and academic resilience of high school students during the covid-19 pandemic. The implication of the research is that students and teachers should cooperate in developing and implementing a program of self-development activities related to spiritual quotient and academic resilience.

Abstract

The problem with this study is the self-acceptance in Vocational High School. The purpose of this study is to know the use of assessment johari window techniques and individual counseling interventions with the centered person approach to cope low self-acceptance. This type of research is an experiment for one group design pre-test and post-test, data analysis techniques using comparison tests. The subject of this study are the class x students "x" that have low self-Acceptance scores. The results show that there is an increase in student acceptance after given the johari window technique and individual counseling intervention with the person centered to resolve self-acceptance. This is proven by a change in the score of 11 subject after given the johari window technique and individual counseling intervention from low category to medium and high category. It is also proven by an analysis of the comparative value of asymp sig. (2-tailed).003 or smaller than.005% alpha level (.05) which means there is a difference before and after intervention. It can be concluded that the assessment johari window technique and the individual counseling approach with effectively used in coping with the low self-acceptance of SMK students.

Abstract

Slow learner is a condition where students have intellectual potential slightly below the average. Due to abilities below the average of children at their age, slow learner student’s ability in learning is slower than children at their age. With this condition, slow learner students need special education programs to optimize their potential so they can obtain learning outcomes as level as other student at their age group. This study discusses a design of individual education programs for slow learners students based on Reddy's theory, including providing motivation, giving individual attention, developing self-confidence, developing the habit of completing assignments well, and repeating the study by teacher or parent. If the programs can be done consistently by teachers and parents, the outcome will be effective in supporting the optimal learning for slow learners. This research based on literature review on books, journals, and articles from several databases such as Proquest, Google Scholar, and Pubmed from 2006 to 2021.

Abstract

A natural environment is a place or container where living things are. Many things, including humans, are in the environment and can help living things. For humans, many things can be obtained from the natural environment, including inner peace. This study examines the relationship between Nature Relatedness (NR) and Psychological Well-Being (PWB). This research was conducted using a correlational method and data collection using Google Form. NR is measured using the Relatedness Scale, adapted from the English scale (Nisbet, Zelenski, and Murphy, 2009). Meanwhile, PWB was measured using Ryff's Psychological Well-Being (RPWB) developed by Ryff (1989). This research was conducted using the convenience sampling method on 42 students in Semarang. Testing the hypothesis using Pearson's Product moment correlation analysis shows no significant relationship between NR and PWB (r= 0.201; p>= n.s). Thus, it was concluded that there was no correlation between NR and PWB in students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara forgiveness dengan stress kerja. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 55 orang perawat di Rumah Sakit Islam Banjarmasin. Desain penelitian ini berupa correlational research. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling dan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan dua macam instrument yaitu instrument forgiveness dan stress kerja. Hasil analisis Analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment Pearson. Hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai r = -0,246, dan p = 0,035 (p < 0,05); artinya penelitian ini menunjukkan ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara forgiveness dengan stres kerja. Pada subjek dengan forgiveness tinggi ditemukan stres kerja rendah dan begitupula sebaliknya pada subjek dengan forgiveness rendah ditemukan stres kerja yang tinggi. Sedangkan nilai koefisien determinasi (r2) = 0,060; menunjukkan sumbangan efektif forgiveness terhadap stres kerja 6 %, sisanya 94 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

Dewasa ini perkembangan zaman menuntut tantangan hidup dan tanggung jawab yang semakin berat. Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari banyak persitiwa yang berdampak pada tekanan psikologis dan menimbulkan reaksi emosional, seperti cemas, khawatir, turunya minat terhadap aktifitas sosial dan pribadi. Masalahdepresi pada mahasiswa dalam proses mereka menjalani studi di perguruan tinggi cukup tinggi, dengan kondisi tersebut perlu kiranya dilakukan studi lebih lanjut tentang kondisi pribadi terutama Self Esteem dalam diri mahasiswa sebagai pribadi yang sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Hubungan Self Esteem terhadap Depresi pada Mahasiswa. Didapatkan hasil bahwa ada hubungan negatif yang signifikan ( xy= -0,270; sig = 0,000 < 0,05) antara Self Esteem dengan Depresi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa sumbangan efektif variabel Self Esteem terhadap variabel depresi sebesar r2 = 0,073,hubungan Self Esteem terhadap depresi sebesar 7,3%, ini berarti variabel lain yang mempengaruhi depresi sebesar 92,7%. Hasil analisa didapatkan bahwa ada hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara Self Esteem dengan kecenderungan depresi dengan angka sebesar -0,270 dengan p = < 0,000. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa apabila semakin tinggi tingkat Self Esteemnya mahasiswa maka semakin rendah tingkat depresi, begitu pula sebaliknya apabila Self Esteem mahasiswa rendah maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat depresi.

Abstract

Perilaku prososial merupakan komponen kunci dari kompetensi sosial yang dapat mendorong munculnya interaksi sosial yang positif pada remaja. Perilaku prososial merupakan bentuk perilaku yang dilakukan untuk memberikan manfaat bagi orang lain. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku prososial adalah jenis kelamin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan perilaku prososial ditinjau dari jenis kelamin (lakilai dan perempuan). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian perbandingan dengan subjek sebanyak 44 (22 perempuan dan 20 laki-laki) mahasiswa Universitas Muhamadiyah Banjarmasin. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah prosocial tendencie measure (PTM) dengan alpha cronbach sebesar 0,82. Analisis data menggunakan Independent samples t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan perilaku prososial diantara laki-laki dan perempuan (p = 0,045,p < 0,05), dimana perempuan memiliki nilai rata-rata perilaku prososial yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan laki-laki (mean perempuan = 80,80; mean laki-laki = 76,47).

Abstract

Kecenderungan body dysmorphic disorder dapat diartikan sebagai peralakuan yang obsesif jika seseorang tidak puas terhadap penampilan fisiknya yang dianggap belum menarik. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kecenderungan body dysmorphic disorder adalah body image atau citra tubuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti sejauh mana hubungan body image terhadap kecenderungan body dysmorphic disorder pada mahasiswi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis pendekatan crosssectional study, teknik pengambilan data menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Adapun subjek dalam penelitian bejumlah 357 mahasiswi. Hasilnya diketahui bahwa adanya korelasi negatif antara kedua variabel, namun memiliki angka korelasi lemah yaitu sebesar -0,281. Nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 menunjukkan adanya pengaruh body image terhadap kecenderungan BDD pada mahasiswi.

Abstract

Terlalu terobsesi untuk memiliki bentuk tubuh ataupun penampilan fisik yang sempurna merupakan salah satu indikasi bahwa wanita tersebut memiliki karakteristik dari kecenderungan body dysmorphic disorder. Salah satu faktor psikologis yang dianggap memiliki peran penting terhadap berkembangnya kecenderungan body dysmorphic disorder adalah self-esteem. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self-esteem dengan kecenderungan body dysmorphic disorder. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling dengan subjek 350 mahasiswi Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. Hasil uji korelasi antara variabel self-esteem terhadap body dismorphic disorder dengan menggunakan analisa product moment menunjukkan angka probabilitas (sig 2 tailed) 0,00 < 0,05 yang membuktikan bahwa kedua variabel memiliki hubungan yang signifikan, dengan korelasi -0,438. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa semakin tinggi self-esteem maka akan semakin rendah kecenderungan body dysmorphic disorder dan sebaliknya semakin rendah self-esteem maka akan semakin tinggi kecenderungan body dysmorphic disorder.
