Jurnal Bisnis dan Kewirausahaan (JBK) merupakan jurnal akademik yang didedikasikan untuk mempublikasikan hasil penelitian dan kajian teoritis di bidang manajemen dan kewirausahaan. Jurnal ini berfokus pada topik-topik yang relevan dengan pengembangan usaha, inovasi bisnis, manajemen strategis, serta kewirausahaan dalam berbagai konteks, baik nasional maupun global. Melalui pendekatan yang multidisiplin, jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan karya ilmiah yang dapat memberikan kontribusi pada peningkatan pengetahuan serta solusi terhadap permasalahan bisnis di berbagai sektor ekonomi. Jurnal ini mengakomodasi berbagai isu penting dalam manajemen, termasuk pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, pengambilan keputusan, manajemen operasional, serta pengembangan strategi bisnis yang efektif. Di sisi kewirausahaan, jurnal ini menyoroti peran inovasi, risiko, dan peluang dalam menciptakan dan mengembangkan bisnis baru, terutama dalam konteks UKM dan start-up. Selain itu, topik-topik seperti kewirausahaan sosial, e-commerce, dan kewirausahaan digital juga menjadi bagian dari fokus kajian jurnal ini. Dengan menerbitkan artikel-artikel yang berbasis penelitian empiris, studi kasus, maupun kajian literatur yang mendalam, Jurnal Bisnis dan Kewirausahaan berupaya untuk menjadi sumber referensi yang kredibel bagi akademisi, praktisi bisnis, dan pengambil kebijakan. Jurnal ini tidak hanya memberikan wawasan teoretis, tetapi juga menawarkan solusi praktis yang dapat diimplementasikan dalam dunia bisnis untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dan menciptakan pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan. Abstract

This research aims to identify the current business conditions of REN Organizer using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach and then develop a new business model using SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis is used to determine internal conditions based on the service marketing mix and external conditions with economic, political, social, technological, environmental, and legal factors. The analysis results obtained in the form of REN Organizer's business conditions show that the business has strengths and several opportunities that have not been maximized. Therefore, the strategy formulation obtained includes increasing promotions through social media, improving products by increasing vendor collaboration according to client needs and adding other sources of capital to improve product quality and resources. This strategy aims to develop a new business model for REN Organizer to become a more developed Wedding Organizer.

Abstract

Bakul Sayur Online Purbalingga Online is an online shop that has a problem phenomenon. Based on interviews and data obtained, there are still phenomena related to minimal promotion, the quality of vegetable products whose durability is still not good. Based on the research gap from research conducted by Melati (2021), the price variable was found to be the answer to the limitations of this research. This research aims to find out the extent to which promotion, product quality and price influence purchasing decisions. This research uses quantitative methods. The population used in this research was a sample of 95 respondents. The sampling technique uses random sampling technique. The analysis used in this research used SPSS version 26.0. The results of this research show that promotions have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Price has a negative and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Apart from that, promotion, product quality and price simultaneously influence purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination is 0.31, meaning that the independent variable has an influence of 31% on the independent variable, namely purchasing decisions, and the remaining 69% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of social support and recognition of achievement on employee job satisfaction in Indonesia. Job satisfaction is crucial for organizational success, influencing productivity, retention, and overall performance. While many studies focus on financial factors like salary, this research emphasizes non-financial factors, such as social support from colleagues and supervisors and recognition of achievements. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires from 86 employees across various sectors. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to evaluate the influence of both independent variables on job satisfaction. The results indicate that both social support and recognition of achievement significantly and positively affect employee job satisfaction, with social support showing a stronger influence. These findings highlight the importance of fostering a supportive work environment and implementing recognition programs to enhance employee satisfaction. The study contributes to the literature by addressing the gap in research on non-financial factors in job satisfaction, particularly in the Indonesian context. Future research should explore this relationship further using mixed methods and consider moderating variables such as organizational culture.

Abstract

This research is to analyze the influence of work environment, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance in CV. Surya Wannas Cilacap on the influence of work environment, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance on CV. Surya Wannas Cilacap. The results obtained show that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, this can be proven by the sig value. the count is greater than 0.05 ie 0.595> 0.05. Motivation of work has a significant effect on employee performance, this can be proved by the value of sig. the count is greater than 0.05 ie 0.727> 0.05. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, this can be proven with sig value. the count is greater than 0.05 ie 0.056> 0.05. work environment, work motivation and work discipline has a proportion of influence on employee performance of 39.7% while the remaining 60.3% is influenced by other variables that are not in the linear regression model.

Abstract

SMEs play a vital role as drivers of the national economy and make significant contributions to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). However, many SMEs face challenges in increasing revenue, primarily due to non-transparent financial reporting, weak social capital, and inefficient cash management. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial reporting quality, social capital, and cash management on the revenue growth of SMEs. The research method employed a survey, collecting data from 200 SMEs using a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using SPSS to test the hypotheses through multiple regression analysis. The results indicate that all three variables significantly affect revenue growth, with cash management having the most substantial impact. These findings highlight the importance of integrating good financial management practices and strengthening social networks to support revenue growth for SMEs. Therefore, SMEs are advised to enhance financial reporting quality, strengthen social capital, and implement effective cash management as strategies for achieving sustainable growth. This study contributes to the literature and managerial practices in the development of SMEs in Indonesia.

Abstract

Tasikmalaya Class IIb Prison Cooperative is a primary cooperative that is included in the type of producer cooperative and has a savings and loan unit. This study aims to determine the development of cooperative digitalization in an effort to increase member participation. The method used in this study is a case study method by describing each dependent variable through data collection with questionnaires and literature studies. Members of the Tasikmalaya Class IIB Prison Cooperative responded positively to digitalization and welcomed the digitalization policy by participating in every activity carried out by the cooperative and always following the information that is spread. This policy is an advantage for the cooperative because if it is realized, the opportunity for the cooperative to compete with other business entities and expand its reach will be even more open. That way, the cooperative's efforts to increase member participation will be more real to be realized. In this study, the development of cooperative digitalization in the Class II B City Prison Cooperative had an average score of 3.41. This shows that the participation of cooperative members in the Class II B City Prison Cooperative is in the category: "Quite Good".

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether Financial Literacy and Personality affect Financial Management Behavior in MSME actors in Suradadi District, Tegal Regency. The population in this study were MSME actors in Tegal Regency in Suradadi District with a total of 137 respondents, while the sample in this study was 102 MSME actors. The sample collection techniques used were observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation methods. The analysis used in this study includes validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis. The results of the study stated that there was an influence of financial literacy on financial management behavior, personality had a positive effect on financial management behavior, and financial literacy, and personality had a positive effect simultaneously on financial management behavior in culinary MSME actors in Suradadi District, Tegal Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of branding, packaging, and green product value addition on the purchase intention of Aerostreet shoes in collaboration with Le Minerale. With an increasing consumer awareness of environmental sustainability, it is essential to understand how these factors influence purchasing decisions. The objectives of this research are to determine the dominant variable affecting consumer purchase intention and to provide strategic insights for companies. A quantitative approach was employed, collecting data through an online survey of 100 respondents across Indonesia. The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis with SPSS. The results indicate that branding, packaging, and green product value addition significantly affect consumer purchase intention, with branding emerging as the most influential factor. The study concludes that companies should focus on robust branding strategies, innovative packaging designs, and enhancing green product values to attract environmentally conscious consumers. However, the research is limited by its sample size and geographical scope. Future research should expand the sample size and explore additional variables to provide a more comprehensive understanding of consumer behavior in green marketing.

Abstract

. The purpose of this study was to determine whether supply chain management has a practical effect on the performance of food and beverage MSMEs in Purwokerto. The research sample consisted of 100 MSME actors. Sample collection used an online questionnaire. The analysis used in this study used Smart PLS 3.0. The results stated that SCMP did not have a direct positive effect on MSME performance, but it positively affected digital adaptation. Digital Adaptation did not significantly affect MSME performance or mediate the relationship between SCMP and MSME performance. The limitation of this study is that the scope of this study is limited to food and beverage MSMEs in Purwokerto, which may affect the ability to generalize the findings to other sectors or regions with different characteristics. Theoretically, this study contributes to the existing literature by challenging the alleged positive relationship between SCMP, Digital Adaptation, and MSME performance. Practically, these findings indicate that MSMEs should not assume that implementing SCMP and adopting digital technology will automatically improve performance. Further research is recommended to use a broader and more diverse sample across industries and regions to improve the generalization of findings.

Abstract

The emphasis of the research is on the difficulties faculty members and administrative staff at colleges run under the direction of LLDIKTI IV West Java in reaching work-life balance, as well as the effect of work-related stress on job satisfaction. This study uses the work-life balance theory, which stresses harmonizing workplace responsibilities with personal life to reach job satisfaction and individual well-being. This study is distinctive in that it specifically addresses the link between job satisfaction, work-related stress, and work-life balance inside the framework of universities run under the direction of LLDIKTI IV West Java. With 383 respondents, each representative faculty member—especially those overseeing study programs under LLDIKTI IV West Java—is given questionnaires; Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis is then applied in this quantitative study. The results of this study show that workplace stress is influenced by work-life balance, so job satisfaction follows from this effect. Furthermore, although work stress moderates the link between work-life balance and job satisfaction, work-life balance affects job satisfaction itself.
