Abstract

Background: In an era where the work environment continues to develop, work stress has become a significant challenge for employees and organizations. In an organization or company, there is a relationship between different people or consisting of several people, which is called dynamics. It is the differences between people that often lead to conflict in an organization or group, thus causing new problems related to work stress. Objective: This research aims to determine the relationship between the dynamics of organizational behavior and work stress challenges for a company. Research Method: The method used by researchers is a literature study. This article was written using the literature study method (literature review). Results: People, environment, technology, and structure are interrelated within an organization. If one of the elements above cannot be achieved in the workplace then this can affect a person's performance which will later have an impact on work stress levels. Individuals who experience work stress at work means that they do not have good group relationships in the organization, both with co-workers and their superiors. Everyone is forced to be able to face new challenges in this modern era. If we miss one step in keeping up with the times, we will have difficulty adapting to organizations that all use digital footprints.

The correlation of nutritional patterns, children's health status, and their impact on the immune system and immune system is in focus. Cultural and socioeconomic environmental impacts, including the role of parents, are investigated to present a holistic picture. The literature review approach was used with an analysis of key findings, including the role of nutrients such as proteins, vitamins, and minerals. Research highlights malnutrition on child development and its long-term impact. Cultural and environmental factors, as well as nutrition intervention programs in various global contexts, are in the spotlight. Parental involvement, especially education and family support, is also highlighted as a determining factor in forming an environment that supports children's growth and development. Although research is overwhelming, there are still knowledge gaps, such as micronutrient deficiencies and the influence of modern lifestyle changes, that need to be filled. It is hoped that this literature review will contribute to the development of effective and sustainable intervention strategies, forming a community concerned about children's health.

Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health (K3) has a crucial role in projects with a high risk of work accidents. Non-compliance with the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) can have serious impacts on humanitarian, economic, environmental, and legal aspects. The close relationship between workers and work accidents has an impact on productivity, making the application of SMK3 an important factor in human resource development. SMK3 not only protects workers in the company, but also involves protecting the community from the dangers caused by industrial products. The risk of hazards in the work environment can hamper worker safety and health conditions, reduce efficiency, and interfere with organizational effectiveness. Law Number 1 of 1970 regulates the implementation of K3 in all workplaces in Indonesia, including land, in the ground, on the surface of the water, in the water, and in the air. SMK3 is the most important part in the risk management of a company or organization. In an effort to form an effective SMK3, companies need to internalize awareness of the importance of K3 and provide education to employees about safety and health in the workplace. Work accident cases can cause worker suffering, decreased production, and financial losses for the company. This study conducted a literature review on the application of K3 in the textile industry. This research method is literature review with a qualitative approach. Data obtained from scientific articles/journals using Google Scholar with the keyword "implementation of SMK3 in Textile Industry Plantations". The screening results resulted in 3 articles being analyzed. The conclusion of the literature review shows that textile companies comply with the national policy of K3 and develop internal guidelines in accordance with regulations. Hazard risk identification and risk assessment are carried out to prevent accidents. The relationship of the physical work environment with work accidents was indicated in the study. Regular training and supervision of the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) demonstrates the company's commitment to safety. Periodic safety evaluations are also carried out to continuously improve safety standards. In the context of the textile industry, the implementation of K3 is not only a legal necessity, but also an investment in worker welfare, productivity, and company reputation. By involving workers in safety decisions, providing training, and continuously conducting evaluations, companies can achieve a safe work environment and support human resource development.

Abstract

The number of assignments to students has become commonplace when someone undergoes lectures in college. The number of tasks has a slight influence on the health of students, especially UINSU students who need time and energy. Whether UINSU students care about health is a question. In addition to carrying out tasks properly and on time, as students we need to maintain health. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not simply the absence of disease or infirmity. Health is not only physical or visible from the outside, but mental health is also an important aspect of health. Coupled with current conditions that make learning activities the cause of many students' current coursework and reduce the intensity of student social interaction. This paper aims to determine the effect of many tasks on the health of UINSU students. The research method used is a descriptive research method by taking data through questionnaires and direct interviews. From the data we have obtained from the results of the study, it can be concluded that the average percentage of sleep time of UINSU students before and after entering college has decreased and many students feel their eating and sleeping patterns are disturbed due to the large number of coursework.

Abstract

(TBM) Community Reading Park is one of the centers of community learning activities which can be an alternative in facilitating access to reading materials and meeting people's information needs so that people with middle to lower economies located in remote areas whose access is difficult to reach will be easier to obtain the reading materials they need. One of the efforts that can be done in community empowerment is through Community Reading Gardens (TBM). This is supported by a statement conveyed by the Directorate of Community Education that one of the benefits of community reading gardens (TBM) is that they can increase community empowerment in various fields. Community empowerment starts from the concept or word empowerment. Etymologically, empowerment comes from the root word "power" which means strength or ability that aims to improve the quality of life of the community better in various fields. The method of service carried out by the author is by providing an understanding both individually and communally about the urgency of literacy to children, adolescents, and adults, especially reading. In addition, improvements were also made to TBM facilities in Sirnarasa Village. To attract literacy interest, the writers also held Discussion / Gathering activities together to discuss education as a form of introduction to literacy media development. In the process of creating a new Sirnarasa Village Community Reading Garden starting with the selection of places, the search for the location of literacy activities was carried out at the service post, this activity was also used to help school children in the Sirnarasa Village environment in carrying out learning activities from home. Community Reading Park (TBM) is a place/forum established and managed by both the community and the government to provide access to reading material services for the surrounding community as one of the main means of realizing the concept of lifelong learning to support the improvement of the quality of life of the surrounding community. Therefore, the target of community reading garden services is all levels of society who need reading materials to improve their literacy. Beneficiaries of community reading garden services are not limited to any age group, gender, or group; therefore, in its implementation, the TBM Program is expected to expand the choice of reading material menu. Therefore, the determination of reading materials that must be provided needs to take into account the characteristics of the community (including gender, professional age range, etc.), the real needs of the community, community reading ability, and local potential, and supporting physical resources (infrastructure) which are everything needed to support the management of TBM, including bookshelves/cupboards, new book displays, magazine shelves, Newspaper hangers, other facilities for reading such as reading table/bench, mat (mat/carpet) and reading glasses need to be provided. Discussions with partners are carried out by the activity team when the implementation of the activity has begun. What is discussed is about the problems of community life at the location of activities, such as socio-economic problems, work problems, and daily work problems of its residents.

Abstract

Real Work Lecture (KKN) is a form of community service activity by students with a cross-scientific and sectoral approach at certain times and regions. The implementation of KKN activities usually lasts between one to two months and takes place in village-level areas (REDSOBEK 2020). The word Counseling comes from the torch which means torch or tool to illuminate the dark situation. Based on the origin of the word, counseling can be interpreted as an activity to provide information or explanation to those who will be embroidered (Dosensosiologi.com 2020). Simple financial statements for MSMEs are reports consisting of statements of financial position, profit, and loss, and notes to financial statements. All three provide information to internal and external parties regarding the company's performance. The company as an entity must provide information to internal and external parties. Internal parties include management and employees, while external parties are owners, investors, creditors, customers, and the government. The provision of information is carried out because the company must communicate. The most relevant information used by companies in communicating is financial statements (UBICO and Consultant B 2020).

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are important for economic growth and development in Indonesia. The existence of MSMEs is also able to absorb labor and reduce unemployment. Not a few people in Cikeusik Village work as entrepreneurs, especially SME entrepreneurs such as food stalls. Many business actors have been in business for a long time but have not been able to develop well. This is due to the lack of understanding of business actors in financial bookkeeping. Community service carried out is to disseminate information to MSMEs in Cikeusik Village, namely about simple financial bookkeeping so that business actors can control business finances. Based on the explanation above, this community service aims to provide insight, and knowledge and make their own about simple financial bookkeeping, so that business actors can control expenses, income, and profits and can develop well in the future. This activity is carried out using interview, discussion, and practice methods. The results of the socialization activities showed a positive response from the community as seen from the enthusiasm of business actors to make simple financial bookkeeping properly.
