Abstract

Tulisan ilmiah ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui tentang sejauhmana persepsi mahasiswa terhadap kualitas pelayanan yang telah dirasakan, khususnya pada Politeknik Darussalam Palembang. Dalam penelitian ini responden yang menjadi sampel adalah mahasiswa yang aktif sebanyak seratus orang, dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian dan pengambilan data menggunakan metode purposive sampling, didapat hasil koefisien korelasi sebesar 89,3 persen, yang berarti bahwa delapan puluh sembilan persen lebih kualitas pelayanan memberikan kontribusi yang sangat kuat terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa dan selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor diluar model.

Abstract

This research entitled  Analysis of Raw Material Inventory to Expedite the Production Process in PD Mie Berkah which  located at KM 5 Palembang. It is found that the company had some problems in the minimum stock of flour is not optimal and imprecision calculation the number of orders of  raw materials.  It is would like to know the efforts of the company in meeting the production process  in the company. Data collected through field research, interviews,  and observation.  Data from the inventory reports of flour were analyzed by using the formula of Economic Order Quantity  (EOQ) by Handoko (1995)  and Minimal Inventory by Assauri (1999).  This study relevaled that company had been halted due raw materials that have been depleted and  there is no minimum inventory.  It is concluded that the minimum stock of flour the compaany has not been optimal and uncertainty calculations in a number of orders of raw materials. It is sugested that the company make a purchases that  is economical to make it more prifitable for the company.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi pengunjung terhadap fasilitas penunjang pada Perpustakaan Daerah Sumatera Selatan.  Penulis ingin mengetahui sudah seberapa baik fasilitas penunjang yang diberikan kepada pengunjung Perpustakaan Daerah Sumatera Selatan.   Hal ini dilakukan Karena rendahnya minat baca masyarakat Indonesia yaitu 0,01 persen (UNESCO: 2015, Sindo News.com) atau tak sampai satu judul (buku) per orangnya per tahun (yang dibaca) untuk buku bebas. Sedangkan Negara Singapura mencapai 0,45 persen pertahunnya dan Malaysia sekitar 3 orang membaca buku pertahunnya. Data dikumpulkan melalui berbagai teknik pengumpulan data, seperti wawancara, observasi, dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 orang responden berisi pernyataan-pernyataan mengenai fasilitas penunjang di Perpustakaan Daerah Sumatera Selatan. Berdasarkan faktor internal dan faktor eksternal persepsi meliputi fisiolgis, perhatian, minat, kebutuhan yang searah, pengalaman dan ingatan, suasana hati, ukuran dan penempatan dari obyek atau stimulus, warna dari obyek-obyek, keunikan dan kekontrasan stimulus, intensitas dan kekuatan dari stimulus, motion atau gerakan.  Hasil menunjukkan  ada beberapa hal yang masih harus diperhatikan pihak Perpustakaan seperti kesediaan petugas perpustakaan dalam membantu pengunjung, fasilitas internet, fasilitas toilet dan musholla, fasilitas penjualan minuman elektronik, fasilitas koleksi bahan pustaka, dan pengunjung Perpustakaan yang sebagian besar dari kalangan mahasiswa/pelajar dan di dominasi oleh perempuan dan hanya sebagian kecil saja pengunjung berasal dari kalangan umum dan laki-laki.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penulis menyarankan agar pihak Perpustakaan lebih memperhatikan hal-hal tersebut untuk ditingkatkan menjadi lebih baik agar pengunjung merasa lebih nyaman.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significant influence of motivation and working ability to work, either wholly or partially on the working performance of the employees at Education Office Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. Therefore, the analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis. To find out the significant influence of motivation and working ability wholly to the employees working performance the F-test was used, while the significant influence of motivation and working ability partially to employee performance was examined using t-test. Results obtained by multiple regression abalysis with coefficient of determinanation (R2) variable motivation and working ability to the employees performanve was 0,614 (61,4%). While in testing hypotesis, showing that the motivation (X1) and working ability (X2) jointly affect the performance of employees (Y), this is indicated by test results of Fcount Ftable (45,343 at alpha 0,05. While partially, the results of the the t-test motivation (X1) to working performance (Y), obtained tcount t table (13,662 2,021) at alpha 0,05, and working ability (X2) to employee performance (Y), obtained tcount ttable (10,509 2,021) at alpha 0,05. Therefore, it can be concluded that, in this research of motivation variable (X1) and working ability (X2) significantly affected working performance (Y) good on regression testing, as well as in testing the hypothesis.

Abstract

This reseach done in Anggrek book store and aimed to know how big the level of customer satisfaction, to know priority necessary repairs in order understand deficiencies of service quality and determining the dimension that the most dominant in customer satisfaction. It is based on 5 dimension of service quality there are tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy.research conducted on 100 respondents into Anggrek book store. The result of the study are average customers feel quite satisfied with the quality of service provided by Anggrek book store. There are 8 items that should be fixed and the dimensions most give satisfaction to customers is assurance with the degree of satisfaction 93,5%. Based on the research result then expected management to improve the quality service is not good in the eyes of customer, consider priority correction and maintain the quality of service that has been good.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Polyclinic Pusri Yazri PT (Persero) Palembang. The case study of this research is to determine patient satisfaction index in Yazri clinic. by using non-probability sampling method, the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire distributed to the patients as respondents determined by purposive sampling technique. determination of the number of samples based on the calculation of Roscoe. As for the tools used in the analysis with Microsoft Excel 2010 version, which will be converted back into service satisfaction index, and the results showed that the index patient satisfaction scores with service quality Yazri clinic located at 83 or excellent ratings.

Abstract

The research objective to be achieved in this study to analyze the effect of perceived quality of the product purchase decision Daihatsu Xenia.Ruang scope of this research is limited to the actual variables or objective quality, product-based quality, and manufacturing quality, then the dependent variable is the decision purchase. Actual variables simultaneously or objective Quality, variable based Product Quality, and Manufacturing Quality variables have a significant influence on purchase decisions Daihatsu Xenia acceptable. Demonstrated a significant influence of the value of F ratio of 50,719 based on the F test with R-square value of 0.613 (61.3%). While the remaining 38.7% is explained by other variables outside the model. Based on the results of testing the partial l (t test), unity hypothesis (H1) in this study which states that the actual or objective quality variables significantly influence purchasing decisions Daihatsu Xenia rejected. Based on the results of statistical tests obtained value t = 0867 and p = 0338 (p> 0.05) so that the unity hypothesis (H1) is rejected. The results of testing the second hypothesis (H2) in this study which states that the variable product based quality significantly influence purchasing decisions Daihatsu Xenia received. Abstract

This study have purpose to determine effect of competence, disipline also perfomance of teacher at junior High School number one Sembawa Banyuasin either jointly or individually.  Questionnaire instrument competence, discipline, and teacher performance validated with the product moment correlation formula, while the reliability measured by cronbach alpha formula. Data analysis use to correlation and simple regression techniques. There is a positive influence between competence and disipline on the performance of teachers together (partial), where the correlation coefficient = 0.252 RY1.2  at significant level 0.06 and the correlation equation Y = 22,735 + 0.438 X1 + 0.510 X2 + e.There is a possitive influence of competence on the performance of teachers, where the correlation coefficient RY 1 = 0.356 at significant level 0.028 and the correlation equation Y = 56.260 + 0454 X1 + e.  There is a positive influence on the performance of teachers between disiplines, where the correlation coefficient RY2=0.366 at sinificant level 0.024 and the correlation equation Y =70,620 + 0.528 X2 +e. It was concluded that the performance teachers can beincrease if competence  and  disipline increased.

Abstract

                Pengembangan model untuk tujuan tertentu sangat diperlukan guna memberi arah dan pedoman dalam melakukan sesuatu tindakan, termasuk dalam hal agribisnis yang berorientasi ekspor, khususnya di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah yang mencanangkan misi dan beberapa programnya untuk menghadapi kondisi perdagangan bebas Asean 2015. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui model pengembangan KUMKM Aceh Tengah berorientasi ekspor dalam menghadapi persaingan usaha baik lokal, nasional, maupun antar bangsa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survai. Populasi sasaran dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh KUMKM yang menjadi tanggungjawab pembinaan Diskopindag Kabupaten Aceh Tengah khususnya yang menangani komoditas unggulan ekspor. Komoditas unggulan Aceh Tengah yang sudah terkenal seperti Kopi Gayo, Holtikultura, dan tanaman bernilai ekspor lainnya seperti Coklat dan Pinang. Mengigat populasi KUMKM tersebut relatif besar maka sampelnya ditentukan hanya untuk KUMKM yang memiliki potensi besar untuk ekspor dan telah mendapat pembinaan oleh Disperindagkop UKM Aceh Tengah periode Juli 2010 sebanyak 60 unit. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara beberapa informan kunci dan pembagian kuesioner. Hasil penelitian memberikan gambaran bahwa model yang dikembangkan layak digunakan oleh KUMKM dan lembaga terkait dalam mengembangkan usahannya, khususnya dalam mendorong ekspor.  Ada dua model yang dapat diterapkan, yaitu model mikro (keterkaitan asosiasi, lembaga promosi, pendukung usaha, dan penciptaan SDM unggul) dan makro (keterkaitan di sektor hulu, menengah  dan  hilir).  Model tersebut dapat dijadikan sebagai penuntun dalam memberi arah dan dukungan yang kuat dari pemerintah dan lembaga mitra usaha serta antar sesama KUMKM. Dengan demikian KUMKM Aceh Tengah semakin kuat berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan pendapatan nasional dari ekspor dan juga sekaligus dapat mengurangi pengangguran.

Abstract

This study reviews a student's interest in choosing a major in accounting at STIE MURA Lubuklinggau, the results showed there are significant image of the college, the campus ministry parental education level and profession of parents simultaneously affect the interests of students. Partially There is a positive and significant impact on the image of a college student's interest in selecting accounting majors. The better the image of the university will increase a person's interest to choose a program of study at the university. Partially There is a positive and significant impact on student interest in campus ministry in selecting accounting majors. Improving service quality campus faculty and staff, especially the reliability, responsiveness, treatment of students, an understanding of the interests of students, and the educational facilities provided to students will increase a person's interest to choose a program of study at the university. Partially There is a positive and significant effect of parental education on student interest in choosing a major in accounting. Although students have parents with low education, this does not affect that student interest is also low. And partially are positive and significant influence of the profession of parents of student interest in choosing a major in accounting. Students who have a parent who is a civil servant and non-civil servants to support the student's interest in selecting accounting majors.
