Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis apakah suku bunga, inflasi dan nilai buku berpengaruh pada harga saham pada perusahaan yang termasuk dalam LQ45 indeks tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan yang termasuk dalam daftar LQ45 sebanyak 45 perusahaan yang terdiri dari sembilan sektor di mana sampel diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda yang meliputi analisis statistik deskriptif dan asumsi klasik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah efek negatif yang signifikan dari inflasi terhadap harga saham, jika inflasi meningkat, harga saham akan menurun. Sementara suku bunga yang signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham, jika suku bunga naik, harga saham akan naik. nilai buku berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap harga saham, jika nilai buku meningkat maka harga saham akan turun.

Abstract

The study used the descriptive method, this is done in the form of the analysis of primary data from questionnaire distribution. The number of respondents was 1511 students. From these 1511 are comprised of state polytechnic students numbered 540, while the rest of the amount is 971 students from private polytechnics. In this study, of 1,511 questionnaires were collected only 1346 were used in the data analysis stage. Statistical analysis used is regression analysis with SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that the level of consumer satisfaction was quite satisfied and leads to satisfied, it is reflected by the results of data analysis showed the mean number of 3.37. For Consumer loyalty variable, data analysis results show the mean number of 3.71. This figure indicates that consumer loyalty at enough level and tend to satisfied level. While regression analysis showed that consumer satisfaction contributed 0.570 to the consumer loyalty with a significance level of 0.000. As such concluded that polytechnic student satisfaction affect positive and significant effect on the polytechnic student loyalty.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the influence of academic consultant through interpersonal communication and teaching learning facilities to student motivation of  non engeneering department. The method used in this research was survey method.The population in this research is 1719 students and the number of samples were 95 students. The technique of data collection was using distribution questionnaires. To measure  the influence among the variables used tools of quantitative analysis using spss version 12.0. The result showed that independence variables are interpersonal communication and teaching learning facilities simultaneously affected toward students learning motivation are 43.40 %. And the two  independence and dependence variables the influence partial toward students learning motivation. Factor dominant in the influence toward student learning motivation is teaching learning facilities.

Abstract

The research is to find out to analyze perception of student in the Politeknik Akamigas Palembang. In writing this final report, data collected by questioner. Then analyzed using descriptive methods of description, classification and analyze the data and information are relevant to the problems that exist. Then analyze data using SPSS 20,0, and then to determine the consistency or not the service that has been given to the respondent can be seen from the mapping of Cartesian Diagram by comparing the theories are used, then the data obtained in the fact that most respondent at the Politeknik Akamigas Palembang was satisfied with the quality of service provided.

Abstract

This research aims to test whether low cost and differentiation strategies were implemented partially or simultaneously by the firms in adhesive and sealant industry which listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research also tested whether the firm size is one of the factors which contributed to its performance. The results show that both low cost and differentiation strategies were more effective to implement simultaneously rather than focusing on one strategy. For size’s firm factor, the result proved that it didn’t have any influence to its firm performance when implementing their strategies. Unavailability of research and development fund in the firm budget can be predicted why firm size has no influence to firm’s performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of price and quality product to purchasing decisions on CV Apollo Motor Tanjung Morawa. The type of research used in this study is associative causal quantitative approach. Associative causal research is a research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables, while the quantitative approach used in this study because the data expressed in numbers, when a series of observations or measurements can be expressed in numbers. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The population in this study was the overall customer of CV Apollo Motor Tanjung Morawa as many as 1312 which are the consumers who make purchases from January 2012 to June 2012. Determination of the sample in this study using the formula Slovin with  samples are  93 people. The results showed that the price variable (X1) and product quality (X2) have effect on the purchase decision variable (Y) in CV Apollo Motor Tanjung Morawa by 96.3%. While the remaining 3.7% is the influence of the other independent variables were not examined in this study.

Abstract

   The aim of this research is to know the influence of  price and the quality of product on customer’s buying decision of health supplement K-Omega Squa. The data were collected from questionnaires to 98 customers, and interviews with buyer  of  PT K-Link Nusantara Plaju branch Palembang. Data were analyzed by Statistical Product and Service Solution with  linier regression formula, correlation and determination coefficient.  Independent variables in this research are price and quality of product, and dependent variable is buying decision. The result showed that determination coefficient (R Square) was 87,2 % affected by price and the quality of product then 12,8% were affected by other variables. The result shows that simultaneously price and quality of product have significant effect on customer’s buying decision. The result shows that partially price have significant effect on buying decision. quality of product have significant effect on buying decision.

Abstract

The purpose of this report is to determine the role of  Leader and assembling of labor discipline on PT JasaraharjaPutera Palembang. The object of the analysis of this report are employees of PT Jasaraharja Putera Palembang on the production and insurance claims department. The writer used questionnaires, interviews, and research literature in collecting data. The techniques of analyzed data used  quantitative and qualitative techniques. The result showed that the percentage of variable leader have an average score of 55.55% included in the adequate category. Discipline apply has an average percentage score of 55.76%, which is adequate. Dominant dimension of leader is on motivation, making decision and implementation of the dominant discipline dimension that remuneration and human relations. The suggestion is leader of PT Jasaraharja Putera should be able to increase the variable that is considered weak and adequate by employees of PT Jasaraharja Son. Leadership should approach the employee by provides clear information and good communication to employees, pays more attention to employees to achieve organizational goals, cares about the employee's duties as  responsibility as the leader, rebukes and punishes employees who make mistakes

Abstract

The research is aimed to analyze the barriers of coffee exporter in penetrating foreign market, especialy German and United States market. It is merely case study whereas the research are mainly focus on PT Inti Baru Sejati as one of South Sumatera coffee expoter. The main problems in this research are as follows. Firstly, what are the barriers of PT Inti Bari Sejati in penetrating German and United State market. Secondly, what are the efforts of PT Inti Baru Sejati to overcome the barriers of penetrating foreign market, especially for German and United State market. Primary data are used in this research by depth interview to the owner and some staffs of company. It is also used secondary data to enrich the research analysis. The research finding shows that some entry barriers in penetrating both countries are the difference business cultures, administrative business requirement, product quality standard, tariff and non-tariff barries, lacking of business information as well as international marketing system. The research conclusion indicates that PT Inti Baru Sejati should learn and understand foreign market, especially German and United State market, therefore PT Inti Baru Sejati should adjust its marketing strategy to overcome the entry barriers in both countries.
