Abstract

Smart ring is a ring-shaped wearable device equipped with advanced technology to monitor user activities. Smart ring technology can be used by analyzing user sentiment, a wearable device that is increasingly popular but still faces various challenges of public acceptance. This research is to find out the opinions of users on social media, especially Twitter, and how these sentiments affect consumers' views and purchase intentions. Data was collected by crawling techniques using Google Colab and tweet-harvest tools, after which it was analyzed using the Naive Bayes algorithm to classify sentiment into positive and negative. The results showed that of the 580 tweets collected, there were 147 positive sentiments and 63 negative sentiments after duplicate removal, with an accuracy of 76.19%. This research can help smart ring manufacturers develop products that are more in line with user needs.

Abstract

Learning Hinduism at SD Negeri 2 Pujo Asri faces the constraints of limited learning resources and a lack of teaching staff. This research aims to develop interactive learning applications to overcome these problems. The Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method is implemented through six stages: concept, design, material collection, manufacture, testing, and distribution. This application presents Hindu religious material in interactive multimedia format, including informative text, illustrations, animation, audio, as well as practice questions and quizzes with automatic feedback. The research results show that the use of this application increases students' learning motivation and understanding. Students become more enthusiastic and active in exploring the material, while teachers feel helped in conveying complex concepts. In conclusion, this application can be an innovative solution in improving the quality of Hinduism learning in elementary schools, especially in areas with limited resources, and has the potential to be further developed for other subjects.   Keywords: interactive learning, Hinduism, MDLC, multimedia, educational technology.

Abstract

This study aims to identify consumer purchasing patterns for food and beverage products using the Apriori algorithm. The main issue addressed is inefficiency in stock management, necessitating a data-driven approach to enhance business effectiveness. The research was conducted at Kedai Dhino Thai Tea by analyzing 1.5 years of transaction data. The methodology includes data collection, data cleaning, and the application of the Apriori algorithm to uncover associations between frequently purchased products. The analysis results reveal that certain product combinations have strong associations, such as Mie Yamin Asin and Lumpia with 77% confidence, and Ocha and Black Sun with 71% confidence. This information can assist business owners in optimizing inventory management, formulating more effective marketing strategies, and designing more attractive promotional packages. Thus, the Apriori algorithm proves to be a valuable tool in supporting data-driven decision-making in the food and beverage industry, improving efficiency and profitability.   Keywords— Apriori algorithm, data mining, market basket analysis, purchasing patterns, marketing strategy.

Abstract

The need for a reliable and efficient internet network is increasing along with the increasing number of users and the complexity of applications used by the community. With the increasing need for an internet network, many providers have emerged and become business fields, some of which are MyRepublic, myXL, and Telkomsel. The frequent occurrence of network signals that suddenly go down or are disconnected due to weather and network barriers is an obstacle in itself. Problems with network quality are a benchmark for someone who is choosing a service provider. Therefore, the final results of this research aim to determine the quality of MyRepublic, myXL, and Telkomsel provider networks using the QoS measurement method. The measurement data from the MyRepublic Provider has the smallest index result, seen at 3.51 ms with the category "very good" and also the MyRepublic Provider index produces 1.6 Mbps for the measurement of throughput parameters with the description "Very Good". The myXL provider produces the smallest packet loss measurement with an index of 0.02% with the category "very good". In the jitter measurements, the providers MyRepublic and myXL found the smallest value with an index of 0.0 ms with the category "very good"..   Keywords— QoS, Provider, analysis jaringan

Abstract

Kalomang Beach is a famous tourist destination in Kolaka. Currently, waste management is carried out in a manner where the garbage pick-up process is carried out when the garbage is full and even pollutes this tourist area, this of course can lead to environmental damage and decreased visitor interest. This research seeks to identify critical issues in waste management at Kalomang Beach and provide an integrated waste management platform to assist the government in assessing waste activities and guidelines. The information provided by this system can improve public health on a local and global scale. The utilization of the SDLC System Development approach in this case the Waterfall method allows for a detailed and appropriate design which tends to be more measurable in terms of time and cost, the use of data modeling through the Unified Modeling Language, and blackbox testing shows that the waste input form is in accordance with the needs of the user where it places groupings of waste types that make it easier for tourist area officers to report the availability of waste that is ready to be picked up. Future system development is important to consider aspects of sustainability, user training, and integration with IOT or microcontroller based waste monitoring systems.   Keywords— Integrated Waste Management Information System, Kalomang Beach, Waterfall

Abstract

Dalam era e-commerce yang berkembang pesat, masalah keamanan paket saat penerima tidak di rumah menjadi semakin serius. Banyak paket yang ditinggalkan tanpa pengawasan rentan terhadap risiko pencurian dan kerusakan. Penelitian ini mengusulkan pengembangan Kotak Penerima Paket Cerdas berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan keamanan dan efisiensi dalam penerimaan paket. Sistem ini mengintegrasikan ESP32-CAM yang mengatur sensor ultrasonik dan PIR untuk mendeteksi kehadiran dan aktivitas di depan kotak, serta mengontrol Selenoid Door Lock untuk mengunci atau membuka kotak secara otomatis. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu secara akurat mendeteksi keberadaan kurir dan menghitung jumlah paket yang dimasukkan, dengan penggunaan mekanisme penguncian yang meningkatkan keamanan paket

Abstract

Data management at the village level still faces various obstacles, especially in recording and utilizing information related to regional potential, such as economic, social, and infrastructure aspects. The diversity of data documentation hinders the analysis process and decision-making by the Village Head based on accurate data. There are weaknesses in data and document access, resulting in inefficiency in searching, updating, and validating data. The development of information systems at the village level is an important step in improving the efficiency of public services and administrative transparency. This study aims to apply the Agile Framework, especially the Scrum method, in the development of the Plaju Darat Village Information System, Palembang City. The system developed is designed to manage population data, regional potential, and administrative services more efficiently and responsively. This research method uses a qualitative approach with this research design, which involves a system development process through five sprints over five weeks. The results of the study show that the application of the scrum method allows the creation of more flexible and iterative applications so that they can quickly adapt to the needs of government administration. The evaluation of the system usability assessment using SUS (System Usability Scale) achieved a score of 81.06% where the system developed using the agile method has been able to provide optimal results not only in terms of good application development in a short time, but also in terms of usability that has been well received by users.

Abstract

 Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic metabolic disease that has a significant impact on public health due to the risk of serious complications, such as heart disease and kidney failure. Early detection is crucial to prevent these complications. The application of machine learning has proven effective in improving the accuracy of diabetes classification. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Stacking Ensemble technique compared to individual models, XGBoost and LightGBM, in classifying diabetes. The dataset used is the Diabetes Health Indicators from the CDC, consisting of 253,680 samples and 21 features. The preprocessing stages include normalization, class balancing using SMOTE, and an 80:20 train-test data split. The models were evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and ROC-AUC metrics. The results show that the Stacking Ensemble achieved the highest accuracy (91.79%), followed by LightGBM (91.29%) and XGBoost (90.78%). The highest precision was achieved by the Stacking Ensemble (96.97%), while the highest recall was obtained by LightGBM (87.04%). These findings indicate that the ensemble learning method can enhance the accuracy of diabetes prediction, thereby supporting more accurate medical decision-making.

Abstract

This study aims to implement the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm to classify elderly activities in nursing homes based on their daily activity data. The method assists administrators in better understanding the preferences and conditions of the elderly so that activities provided can be more targeted. The dataset includes various attributes such as age, gender, health condition, and types of activities attended. After preprocessing, the KNN algorithm is applied with different values of k to determine optimal performance. The evaluation results show that k=3 yields the highest accuracy of 92%. Therefore, the model can be used as a decision support system for planning elderly activities in nursing homes.

Abstract

Analisis sentimen merupakan cabang dari pemrosesan bahasa alami (Natural Language Processing) yang berfungsi untuk mengevaluasi opini atau emosi pengguna terhadap suatu objek berdasarkan teks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan sentimen ulasan pengguna terhadap aplikasi MyPertamina ke dalam tiga kategori, yaitu positif, netral, dan negatif. Data diperoleh dari ulasan pengguna aplikasi yang kemudian diolah melalui tahapan praproses teks dan vektorisasi menggunakan metode Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF). Model klasifikasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Multinomial Naive Bayes karena kemampuannya dalam mengelola data teks yang bersifat multinomial. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Naive Bayes memberikan performa yang cukup baik dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 84%. Selain itu, visualisasi WordCloud digunakan untuk menampilkan kata-kata yang paling sering muncul dalam tiap kategori sentimen, yang memberikan gambaran lebih mendalam mengenai persepsi pengguna. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis sentimen dapat menjadi alat bantu yang efektif dalam mengukur kepuasan pengguna serta dalam merumuskan strategi peningkatan kualitas layanan digital berbasis data.
