Abstract

In the era of the Internet of Things (IoT), energy efficiency has become one of the primary research focuses. This study explores five Scopus-indexed papers in the Q1 and Q2 categories, published between 2022 and 2024. The selected papers discuss various strategies to enhance energy efficiency in the IoT context. This review provides a comprehensive overview of the latest efforts in delivering energy-efficient solutions to support the growth and sustainability of IoT. Resource optimization, both in wireless communication infrastructure and data management, is a crucial step in fostering an environmentally friendly IoT ecosystem. Through innovative approaches and intelligent resource optimization, IoT has significant potential to become more energy-efficient and contribute to global environmental sustainability goals. Abstract

An Independent Village is a village that has sufficient availability and access to basic services, adequate infrastructure, accessibility/transportation that is not difficult, good public services and good governance. Medan Krio Village as a public service institution is responsible for ensuring that government programmes reach the community. Easy access for the community to civil registration services is one indicator of the government's success in managing civil registration services for its citizens. Law No. 25 of 2009 on public services explains that public services are activities or a series of activities aimed at fulfilling services regulated by law for all citizens and residents in the form of goods, services and administrative services provided by the government or certain organisations. As a form of effort in realising Medan Krio as one of the Independent Villages, it is necessary to digitise population data collection to facilitate village officials in recording all of its people. This research aims to digitise android-based population data collection to make it easier for village officials to access and reach their citizens so that they can provide maximum service to the community. Abstract

An earthquake is a vibration or tremor that occurs on the Earth's surface due to a sudden release of energy from within that creates seismic waves. The frequency of an area refers to the type and size of earthquakes experienced over a period of time. Along with the development of earthquake detection system technology provides a solution to minimize the impact of earthquake events. Natural disasters that often occur in the country of Indonesia, one of the natural disasters that often occur is earthquakes. And many people do not know when an earthquake will come.  So an earthquake detection tool was made with Arduino Uno which is a tool that can detect earthquake vibrations. With this tool using a vibration sensor sensor that can detect vibrations. Abstract

The Community Complaint Information System in Jentera Stabat Village is a system built to facilitate the community in filing complaints regarding issues that occur in the village. This system is designed with the aim of improving public services and expediting the resolution of problems faced by the community. The system is equipped with features such as online complaint form filling, monitoring of complaint status, and notifications to relevant parties. The use of this system is expected to enhance transparency and accountability of the village government in handling community complaints. In its development, the system involves various stakeholders such as the community, village government, and system developers. Abstract

The problem that often occurs at Drg. Nina Syafitri's practice is that the supplier selection process is still subjective, where in selecting the Drgug supplier you have to choose it manually and sometimes there are several obstacles that are often faced, namely when one supplier already matches the price desired by the owner of Drg. Nina's practice. Syafitri’s, with appropriate payment terms, but problems with speed in the delivery of goods or ordered goods damaged in transit. As well as slow claims of damaged goods not being handled properly, the number of goods not matching the order, and the expiry date being close. Therefore, there are so many suppliers offering dental medicines, so Drg. Nina Syafitri's practice must be more selective and careful in choosing the right supplier. Abstract

The Development of information technology has had a significant impact on health services, especially through the use of mobile-based health applications. Mobile applications offer easy access to information, improve communication between patients and medical personnel, and monitor health conditions in  real-time. This research aims to develop a mobile-based health monitoring application that can support health programs managed by the Binjai City Health Service. This application is designed to be able to monitor people’s health conditions periodically, remind people to carry out health checks, snd provide relevant health information. The waterfallmethod was chosen in developing this application because of its orderly structure, as well as the ease of access provided by the mobile platform. The application being developed is expected to be integrated with medical devices suchas heart monitors, body temperature and blood pressure sensors, to support the collection and analysis of real-time public health data. It is hoped that the results of this research will be an innovative solution for the Binjai City Health Service in improving public health services through mobile technology. Abstract

The use of video based learning is the appropriate media that use for the students in  this modern era. Learning by using video open the door and it make the students  more interesting and memorable learning experience for the students.. In improving education, it is necessary to apply the use of learning media to students, so that students are more motivated to participate in learning and get maximum grades, and it become an interesting aspect in increasing of the students motivation and the effectiveness in the learning process. The objective of this research is to find out the studentst motivation and learning result  by Using Video Based Learning in English . The Methodology of This research is quantitative research, namely by conducting classroom action research, where in looking at the results of this research a test is given to the control group and experimental group by giving a pre-test and post-test. The population of this study was Singosari Class X High School, and the sample consisted of 62 people. The results of this research were the experimental class sa pre-test 51.48 and post test 79.25. while in the control group class it was 47.29 and post test 54.87. This figure is proof of the effectiveness of Video Based Learning users in improving the English grammar skills of class X Singosari Delitua High School students.
