Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of effective communication in helping students manage stress at STIE Pembangunan Tanjung Pinang. Effective communication allows students to communicate their thoughts and feelings clearly, get emotional support and find solutions to the problems they face. The study used a qualitative approach through semi-structured interviews with six academically active students. Results showed that students who were open to communication felt more secure and tended to be better able to manage stress. Conversely, students who tended to be withdrawn were more susceptible to the negative effects of stress physically, emotionally, cognitively and behaviorally. The study concluded that effective communication plays an important role in reducing students' stress and recommends that educational institutions help students develop their communication skills through training and mentoring programs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi jumlah penduduk Indonesia pada periode 2016-2024 dengan menggunakan metode Interpolasi Polinomial Lagrange. Data populasi diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak MATLAB. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan pola pertumbuhan yang stabil dengan rata-rata peningkatan jumlah penduduk sebesar 0.54% setiap enam bulannya. Metode intepolasi ini memungkinkan estimasi jumlah penduduk pada interval antar tahun yang tidak tersedia dalam data asli, sehingga memberikan wawasan komprehensif terkait tren demografis di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa interpolasi polinomial Lagrange merupakan alat yang andal untuk prediksi populasi berdasarkan data historis, yang dapat menjadi dasar untuk pengambilan kebijakan strategis dalam pengelolaan sumber daya dan perencanaan infrastruktur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran yang dilakukan Harian Radar untuk Mempertahankan Pelanggan, penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan dasar penelitian studi kasus, melalu teori Strategi Komunikasi Hafied Cangara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Harian Radar Sulteng mengalami penurunan signifikan dalam penjualan akibat persaingan dari media digital, terutama setelah gempa pada tahun 2018. Meskipun demikian, perusahaan berupaya mempertahankan eksistensi dan meningkatkan omset. Harian Radar Sulteng menerapkan empat dari lima tahapan strategi menurut Hafied Changara, yaitu perencanaan (planning), pelaksanaan (excecute), evaluasi (measure) , dan pelaporan (react), namun tidak menggunakan tahapan pertama yaitu penelitian (research). Dalam merencanakan strategi komunikasi, mereka fokus pada segmentasi audiens, terutama di lingkungan pemerintahan, dan menerapkan strategi penjualan borongan. Strategi pelaksanaan melibatkan kerja sama dengan panitia kegiatan, penawaran pembelian koran dengan bonus liputan, serta upaya beradaptasi dengan digitalisasi. Evaluasi dilakukan secara terstruktur setiap dua minggu atau satu bulan, sementara pelaporan hasil evaluasi memungkinkan berbagi temuan dengan pemangku kepentingan dan mendapatkan umpan balik. Dengan demikian, strategi komunikasi Harian Radar Sulteng didasarkan pada pemahaman pasar dan kebutuhan pelanggan, serta melibatkan serangkaian tahapan untuk memastikan kesuksesan dan perbaikan berkelanjutan

Abstract

Kesulitan belajar siswa merupakan hambatan yang dialami peserta didik dalam usahanya mempelajari mata pelajaran yang dipelajarinya di sekolah, atau hal-hal yang dapat mengakibatkan kegagalan kemajuan belajarnya. Guru berperan penting dalam hal membantu siswa mengatasi kesulitan belajar, meningkatkan prestasi dan hasil belajar siswa sebagai acuan guru mengajar supaya lebih baik menjadi bahan bagi peserta didik dalam menghadapi dan mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa, dan bagi sekolah sumbangan informasi penting yang baik bagi sekolah dalam rangka perbaikan proses belajar mengajar Pendidikan Agama Islam. Cara mengatasi Hasil artikel ini diperoleh bahwa hasil menunjukan bahwa : (1)Memilih metode pembelajaran PAI secara tepat, sehingga siswa tidak bosan dan jenuh terhadap mata pelajaran PAI khususnya membaca dan menghafal AL-Qur’an. (2) Pengunaan media yang bervariasi baik itu bersumber dari media cetak, elektronik dan sebagainya guna menunjang proses pembelajaran. (3) Selalu memberikan motivasi kepada siswanya setelah selesai kegiatan pembelajaran dan memperkuat semangat di jiwanya sehingga siswa tersebut senang dengan guru tersebut dan otaknya menjadi mudah menerima pelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Brand Trust, Brand Image, Content Marketing terhadap Purchase Behavior dengan mediasi Purchase Intention pada Konsumen UMKM Manika Kaltim. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 238 konsumen UMKM Manika Kaltim di Samarinda. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode sensus, dan analisis data menggunakan metode Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 4.1.0.2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Brand Trust memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention sebesar 0.012 < 0.05, brand image memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention sebesar 0.000 < 0.05, content marketing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention sebesar 0.002 < 0.05, purchase intention memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase behavior sebesar 0.000 < 0.05. Menunjukkan bahwa brand trust, brand image, dan content marketing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase behavior dengan mediasi purchase intention. Untuk meningkatkan pembelian pada UMKM Manika Kaltim maka perlu melibatkan persepsi konsumen terhadap kepercayaan merek, citra merek, serta konten – konten yang menarik serta relevan yang dibutuhkan dengan menciptakan suatu niat yang dapat merubah perilaku pembelian.

Abstract

Teaching materials are all forms of documents or sources of information that are used to support learning and help students understand the concepts of the material. Also, as time goes by, teaching materials are needed that are interesting and can also be integrated with technology. So it is necessary to analyze the needs of teachers and students to find out the teaching materials needed by teachers and students in the learning process. This research aims to analyze the needs of teachers and students regarding the development of biology teaching materials, especially ethnoscience-based biodiversity material in State High Schools. 2 Jember. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection was carried out using observation and interview methods, with research instruments in the form of teacher questionnaires. The data analysis used is by reducing the data from observations and interviews into more specific data to be presented descriptively. The research results show that teachers and students need teaching materials that are interesting and easily accessible. The development of ethnoscience-based e-modules is still rarely carried out by teachers, even though it can enrich biology learning with multimedia and local values, as well as expand the variety of teaching materials available. Therefore, it can be concluded that it is necessary to develop ethnoscience-based e-modules to explain concepts biology regarding coffee, especially the processing process with technological support, in order to improve learning and the relevance of coffee material at Jember High School.

Abstract

Human resource training and development are important elements in HR management that play a significant role in improving employee performance and organizational competitiveness. This article discusses the concept of training and development, and how both contribute to building employee competencies and skills. Training focuses on improving short-term capabilities, while development is oriented towards long-term learning to prepare employees for future challenges. Based on literature analysis and previous research, it was found that effective training can reduce turnover and increase employee motivation, productivity, and job satisfaction. To maximize the results, organizations need to implement a strategy for identifying training needs, adjusting programs to the organization's vision, and using a variety of learning models. Thus, planned and sustainable training and development are expected to create an adaptive and productive work environment, thereby supporting the achievement of organizational goals.

Abstract

A thesis is a scientific paper written by students to complete their undergraduate program (S1). The thesis writing process is often a source of excessive stress for students, caused by various factors that can hinder the work, such as difficulty in finding journals, difficulty in obtaining research objects, inability to find relevant phenomena in the objects studied, and challenges for students who work to balance work and college assignments. This study aims to analyze the level of stress of students in completing their thesis. The method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data collection was carried out through the snowball sampling technique, where researchers interacted with a number of relevant participants and collected primary data. Data collection techniques include participant observation, in-depth interviews, and distributing questionnaires to students. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analytical and percentage methods. To ensure the validity of the data, this study applies the triangulation technique, where the data obtained supports each other. The results of the study provide an overview of the level of stress of students in compiling a thesis, factors that trigger stress symptoms, and the impacts caused by the stress.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the commercial orientation of content created by influencers on their followers' willingness to seek information, as well as the impact of the credibility built by influencers through their Instagram. The results show that Instagram's commercial orientation, which combines a focus on customer satisfaction and profitability, has a positive effect on the influencer's credibility. Instagram supports this through various features such as feeds, IG Stories, IGTV, and Reels, which allow influencers to showcase products attractively and build trust with their followers. Furthermore, trust in influencers, who are perceived as more authentic and easier to connect with, enhances their credibility on social media. The credibility of the messages conveyed by influencers through Instagram posts also influences customer decisions, as followers tend to trust content that is more authentic and inspirational. Additionally, followers' willingness to seek more information is influenced by the influencer's credibility, where followers who trust the influencer are more likely to explore further details about the products being promoted. This study shows that good credibility has a significant impact on followers' trust and interest in seeking additional information about the products promoted by influencers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction in mediating the effect of Digital Banking Innovation on customer retention. The research type used is explanatory associative research, aimed at understanding the relationships between variables. This study seeks to test hypotheses to validate or strengthen the hypotheses and support the underlying theory, which includes digital banking innovation, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and customer retention. The study population comprises all customers of Bank BRI Jakarta Bintaro Branch, with a sample size of 170 customers selected using purposive sampling. The criteria for sample selection included customers who have been clients for at least one year and actively use the BRImo application to ensure respondents have sufficient experience and knowledge about the services being studied. Data collection was conducted using closed-ended questionnaires with a scale of 1 to 5, ranging from Strongly Disagree (SD) to Strongly Agree (SA), and data analysis was performed using Partial Least Square (PLS).  The results showed that Digital Banking Innovation significantly affects Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction but does not significantly affect customer retention. However, Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction were found to significantly affect customer retention. Additionally, digital innovation was found to influence customer retention indirectly through the improvement of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction.
