Abstract

This research examines antecedent and consequent of work motivation. Variables in antecedent are perceived organizational support and job satisfaction, while variables in consequent are job performance and intention to leave. The respondent are 80 employees (civil servants) of Riau Archipelago’s mining and energy agency. The method used in this research is survey method, which uses questionnaire and it is distributed to the respondents.  The result indicates the perceived organizational support positively affects job satisfaction, work motivation positively affects job performance, and there is a  negative affects between work motivation and intention to leave. Job satisfaction is not affecting work motivation, perceived organizational support is not affecting motivation and job performance is not affecting intention to leave.

Abstract

COVID-19 is a global health problem. The number of positive cases keep increasing globally towards the end of 2020, including in Indonesia. This is a challenging situation for the healthcare workers who provide services to the patient without knowing whether the patients infected by COVID-19 or not, especially for those who work in emergency unit of the hospital. This study aims to explore the stressors and coping strategies among emergency unit healthcare workers in Tanjungpinang, Indonesia. The sample was taken from the emergency unit of Raja Ahmad Tabib Kepulauan Riau Regional Public Hospital as the only referral hospital in Tanjungpinang. Data was collected through interview and then analyze by using thematic analysis approach. The result shows that the source of stress that the emergency unit healthcare workers feel during Covid-19 pandemic is the fear of contacting the disease, fear of infecting family members, as well as negative perceptions from the public. As for the coping methods, it was found out that the emergency unit healthcare workers adhere to health protocol, adding insight on Covid-19 related issues, performing religious activities, adopting healthier lifestyle, seeking social support, and doing relaxing activities in the spare time.

Abstract

Air Glubi adalah daerah yang sangat potensial untuk pengembangan bisnis minyak kelapa murni (VCO). Sebagai daerah pesisir keberadaan pohon kelapa sangat melimpah dan dapat mendukung pengembangan bisnis VCO karena bahan baku dapat dipenuhi dengan mudah. Virgin coconut oil merupakan minyak yang diperoleh dari ekstraksi yang dilakukan dari buah kelapa segar yang diproses dengan berbagai cara salah satunya adalah dengan cara tradisional, menggunakan peralatan dapur rumah tangga. VCO yang memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi dan memiliki kegunaan sebagai obat, dari hasil. Cara pembuatan VCO dilakukan dengan cara praktek bersama sama antara pemateri dengan mitra KUBE Kemuning Indah. Hasil tanggapan peserta terhadap pelaksanaan pelatihan memiliki nilai rerata mencapai 4,68 dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan telah terlaksana dengan sangat baik dan mampu meningkatkan pemahaman peserta.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada PT. Bintan Megah Abadi. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan kepustakaan. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 karyawan di PT. Bintan Megah Abadi. Teknk analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunkan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik terdiri uji normalitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas, uji analisis regresi sederhana, uji hipotesis terdiri dari uji t dan koefisien determinasi (R²). Dari hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel bebas yaitu kompensasi terhadap variabel terikat yaitu turnover intention, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan t-hitung sebesar -2,984 > nilai t-tabel sebesar -2,02439 dengan nilai signifikan 0,005 < 0,05 arti bahwa hipotesis yang di ajukan dalam penelitian ini variabel kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan antara terhadap turnover intention. Besarnya pengaruh variabel kompensasi sebesar 0,190 atau 19% terhadap turnover intention. Sedangkan sisanya 81% dipengaruhi oleh variabelvariabel lain seperti lingkungan kerja, stres kerja dan komitmen organisasi yang tidak di teliti dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka disimpulkan secara parsial variabel kompensasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether consumer behavior influences the decision to visit Penyengat Island tourist site. This type of research is quantitative associative with a research sample of 100 domestic and foreign tourists visiting Penyengat Island tourist site. The sampling technique used is based on the Slovin technique. The type of data used in this study is to use primary data and secondary data while the data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression test by testing the hypothesis. The results showed that the result of the t value is 2.036> t Table 1.984 and the significance value (Sig.) 0.044 <0.05. So it can be concluded that the variable consumer behavior affects the decision to visit Penyengat Island tourism. In this case, the influence of consumer behavior on the decision to visit Penyengat Island tourist location is needed in order to continue to increase the number of visitors to tourist sites on Penyengat Island while adhering to the covid-19 health protocol.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine effect of workload on nurse work stress at the Raja Ahmad Tabib Regional General Hospital, Riau Islands Province. The method used in this study is an associative method with a quantitative approach. This study uses a saturated sampling method. The respondents of this study are 50 nurses at the Raja Ahmad Tabib Regional General Hospital, Riau Islands Province who specifically handled coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Collecting data using questionnaire techniques and literature study. The tool used is simple linear regression analysis, with partial test (t) and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study indicate that workload has a positive and significant effect on nurse work stress with a significance value of 0.000<0.05. The workload at the Raja Ahmad Tabib Regional General Hospital, Riau Islands Province effect work stress by 65.9% while the remaining 34.1% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Sejak pandemi COVID-19 melanda Indonesia, Puskesmas memiliki peran lebih sebagai garda terdepan dalam pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat, tidak terkecuali Puskesmas Kawal Kabupaten Bintan. Namun, seiring dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan akan pelayanan kesehatan, peningkatan pengajuan permohonan mutasi pada tahun 2020 dan tahun 2021 justru terjadi di Puskesmas Kawal. Meningkatnya permohonan mutasi tersebut mengindikasikan rendahnya kepuasan kerja pegawai di Puskesmas Kawal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Puskesmas Kawal Kabupaten Bintan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Puskesmas Kawal Kabupaten Bintan dengan nilai t=-6.296 dan signifikansi 0.000. Artinya, beban kerja pegawai Puskesmas Kawal Kabupaten Bintan perlu ditinjau kembali untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pegawainya.

Abstract

The fast-mutating COVID-19 virus requires business actors in Indonesia to adapt quickly, not least for business actors in the tourism industry such as Bintan Black Coral which is located in Bintan Regency, Riau Islands Province. This study aims to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by Bintan Black Coral and formulate strategies that can be implemented while operating during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study adopted a qualitative method using interviews and observations as data collection techniques. The data were then analyzed using the IFE, EFE, and SWOT analysis matrixes. The results show that Bintan Black Coral is in relatively good condition internally and is relatively able to take advantage of opportunities and minimize the threats it faces. The results of the SWOT analysis reveal strategies that can be adopted by Bintan Black Coral during the COVID-19 pandemic as well as strategies that can be implemented continuously

Abstract

This article aims to discuss about effect of social media on Local Coffee Shops. This type of research is associative research. The population in this study is Local Coffee Shops at Medan City. The sampling technique in this research is using purposive sampling technique. Based on these considerations, the number of research samples is 100 Local Coffee Shops at Medan City. Data analysis in this study using simple regression analysis. The results show that social media has significant effect on Local Coffee Shops at Medan City.

Abstract

This research is aqualitative descriptive research that aims to provide policy alternatives for Regional Economic Recovery Budgeting, Labor-Intensive Programs and Social Safety Nets for the Government of Tanjungpinang City in the 2021 planning and budgeting process as an effort to overcome the economic and social impacts on society after the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach and data collection techniques are carried out by interview methods, data analysis is inductive, and the results of qualitative research emphasize meaning rather than generalizations. Based on a study of the Tanjungpinang City RKPD for 2021, it can be formulated as many as 32 programs and 39 activities which can be grouped into, the Regional Economic Recovery Program as many as 21 programs and 25 activities with a budget of Rp20,392,960,733,00, the Labor Intensive Program consists of 5 programs and 5 activities with a budget of Rp50,643,400,000,00, the Social Safety Net Program consists of 6 programs and 9 activities with a budget of Rp34,813,067,000,00.
