Abstract

Business developments in this technological era create very tight competition between each other. Human resources is one of the qualities that influences the running of the business. What is meant by human resources are workers within the scope of the business. For this reason, the quality of human resources must be of high quality and maintained. This research analyzes the influence of rewards on human resource performance. Researchers used a literature review method involving several relevant sources. From the research conducted, results were obtained that rewards influence human resource performance. With rewards, workers will also be more enthusiastic, disciplined, and careful in doing their work.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa dengan metode OBESITAS (Observasi Berbasis Ktreativitas) pada materi kearifan lokal dan pemberdayaan komunitas kelas XII IPS 2. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam tiga siklus dengan tiga kali pertemuan. Setiap siklusnya terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa lembar observasi aktivitas belajar siswa, lembar observasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jumlah siswa dengan kategori aktif pada siklus I sebesar 65,2 %, siklus II sebesar 82,6 %, dan meningkat pada siklus III sebesar 87,1 %. Persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa dari siklus I hingga siklus III mengalam peningkatan. Pada siklus I rata-rata nilai 69 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 57,14%. Pada siklus II rata-rata nilai 76,2 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 76,19%. Pada siklus III rata-rata nilai 81,4 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 85,71%. Berarti di akhir siklus III sudah menunjukkan ketuntasan belajar sesuai dengan indikator keberhasilan. Sehingga keseluruhan pembelajaran dengan metode OBESITAS (Observasi Berbasis Ktreativitas) dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa pada materi kearifan lokal dan pemberdayaan komunitas.

Abstract

Telegram is a digital platform that facilitates social interaction and content sharing, differing from conventional social media. Primarily recognized as an instant messaging application that emphasizes privacy and security, Telegram enables users to join chat groups and exchange information. With the progression of digital technology, Telegram introduced the anonymous chatbot feature, which has gained considerable interest. The purpose of this article is to raise awareness among the public regarding the potential negative impacts of the anonymous chatbot. This article is written by exploring user communication perspectives within the symbolic interactionism theories of Herbert Mead and Herbert Blumer, specifically focusing on the anonymous Telegram channel. The writer aims to provide an understanding to anonymous Telegram users that this feature may pose threats and negative consequences, particularly concerning sexual harassment, given the prevalent digital crimes in today's era. The writer employs a literature study method as the foundation for this article. Research findings indicate that the misuse of anonymous, supported by symbols, whether in words or images, in user interactions, can trigger instances of sexual harassment.

Abstract

The aim is to identify effective innovations for national companies so that their products remain high quality and relevant amidst increasingly fierce business competition. Through the narrative approach, researchers can deeply understand the experiences and perspectives related to product innovation needed. Product innovation is very important to increase the competitiveness of the food and beverage industry business. Innovation strategies include utilizing local raw materials, government support through incentives and policies, company investment in research and development, and community participation. The challenges are lack of government support, low investment, and limited quality human resources. Collaboration between the government, companies and the community is essential to create a conducive environment for innovation and improve Indonesia's economic competitiveness. Product innovation is critical to business competitiveness, especially in the food and beverage industry. Developing new products, improving existing products, and utilizing the latest technology can expand markets, increase customer loyalty, and create differentiation from competitors. Innovation includes not only new products, but also improvements in product quality, safety and convenience. Utilizing local raw materials can also improve Indonesia's economic competitiveness globally.

Abstract

Social media has become a familiar aspect of human life. Nowadays, it's akin to having a close friend. Approximately 4.76 billion people use social media, with Instagram being one of the most widely used platforms, boasting 1.32 billion users. The surge in Instagram usage has given rise to new phenomena, such as Endorsement. Endorsement involves individuals with a large following on Instagram promoting products. Business owners seeking to market their products through these influencers must agree on a payment for their services. This research aims to investigate whether a Selebgram's credibility or self-image plays a significant role in enhancing product sales through Endorsement.

Abstract

Korean Wave has now spread to various countries in the world including Indonesia, ranging from K-food, K-Pop, K-Drama, to K-Beauty. Almost everyone nowadays wants to have glowing skin like the K-Pop idols, that's why nowadays a lot of people use treatments for their skin using products from South Korea with the desire to have glowing skin like K-pop idols. Therefore, today many local skincare products want to compete with products from South Korea to create products that can make the skin brighter, and to be more in demand many local skincare companies use K-Pop idols as brand ambassadors.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of gender, financial rewards, job market considerations, personality and family environment on interest in a career as a public accountant. The population of this study were students of the STIE KBP Padang Accounting Study Program. Sample selection used a purposive sampling method with a total of 178 respondents. The data used in this research is primary data and uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques with the help of SmartPLS version 4.0. The results of this research show that Gender, Financial Rewards, Job Market Considerations, Personality and Family Environment have a positive influence on interest in a career as a Public Accountant.

Abstract

Media Sosial merupakan faktor penting dalam pembentukan persepsi Gen Z dalam pemilihan presiden tahun 2024. Dengan perkembangan teknologi komunikasi dan informasi, media sosial telah menjadi bagian dari sistem politik yang harus terus dipertimbangkan. Media sosial mempengaruhi pencitraan tokoh politik seperti bakal calon presiden dan merupakan agen sosialisasi politik menjelang pemilihan. Implementasi upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengawasan pemilu, seperti agenda setting, juga memainkan peranan penting dalam madia sosial. Dengan adanya media sosial yang efektif, Gen Z dapat memahami dan memilih presiden yang sesuai dengan persepsi mereka. Pencitraan tokoh politik di media sosial juga mempengaruhi persepsi Gen Z terhadap kandidat. Sebagai generasi yang sangat terkait dengan teknologi, Gen Z mungkin lebih mudah terpengaruh oleh media sosial yang efektif dan relevan dengan persepsi mereka. Dalam pemilihan presiden tahun 2024, media sosial akan sangat penting untuk mempengaruhi persepsi Gen Z dan mengarahkan pemilihan mereka. Dengan adanya media sosial yang efektif, Gen Z dapat memahami dan memilih presiden yang sesuai dengan persepsi mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengeditan video oleh netizen mempengaruhi persepsi dan reaksi publik, serta implikasi etika komunikasi yang terlibat dalam proses tersebut. Hal ini didasarkan pada pentingnya memahami dampak dan implikasi dari konten yang disunting secara memihak terhadap persepsi masyarakat terhadap figur publik. Tujuannya adalah untuk menyelidiki bagaimana pemotongan video tersebut memengaruhi narasi dan opini publik tentang Ahok, serta untuk menganalisis fenomena tersebut melalui lensa komunikasi massa dan etika jurnalisme. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuesioner kepada masyarakat untuk mengevaluasi tanggapan dan persepsi masyarakat terhadap konten yang disunting tersebut. Konsep yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi teori persepsi publik, dan teori konten kontroversial. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa konten kontroversial yang dihasilkan dari pengeditan video oleh netizen memiliki potensi besar untuk memicu konflik di masyarakat. Implikasi etika komunikasi juga menjadi perhatian serius, karena pengeditan konten yang dapat merusak reputasi seseorang atau menyebarkan informasi palsu dapat menimbulkan dampak jangka panjang yang serius. Dalam konteks ini, perlunya kesadaran akan tanggung jawab dalam berkomunikasi secara online menjadi penting, baik bagi individu maupun platform media sosial itu sendiri.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the impact of digital communication through online platforms on political engagement and public opinion formation. Researchers will explore concepts such as social media influence, political participation theory, filter bubbles, and echo chambers to understand how the use of online platforms influences public opinion. Through a careful literature review study, researchers can develop a deeper understanding of the interactions between digital communication and political engagement and their impact on people's perceptions and attitudes in political contexts. The results found that the use of online platforms has a significant influence on public opinion in a political context. Social media, such as Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, allow individuals to share information, views, and opinions widely and instantly. This research also makes an important contribution to understanding the role of online platforms in the democratization process and the dynamics of public opinion in the digital era.
