Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan komitmen pegawai terhadap prestasi kerja di Kecamatan setu dan untuk mengetahui variabel yang paling dominan yang berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja di kantor Kecamatan Setu. Penelitian dilakukan selama 1 bulan dimulai pada 14 Mei 2024 sampai 14 Juni 2024. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah seluruh pegawai kantor Kecamatan Setu pada tahun 2024 yaitu berjumlah 34 pegawai. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penyusunan penelitian skripsi ini adalah metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka dengan metode analisanya berupa kuantitatif statistik yaitu metode menggunakan analisis statistik dengan uji regresi berganda, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heterokesdastisitas, uji hipotesis dan uji koefisien determinasi yang diolah dengan IBM SPSS Statistic 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan komitmen pegawai secara simultan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pada kantor Kecamatan Setu, sementara secara parsial gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja dan komitmen pegawai tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the e-magazine-based project based learning model on historical thinking skills in History learning for class XI at SMA Negeri 9 Pandeglang. The research method used in this study is a quasi-experimental with. Data collection was carried out through a purposive sample technique with class XI B consisting of 34 students as the experimental class using the PjBL model and class XI C consisting of 34 students as the control class using the discovery learning model. The results of the study are as follows; (1) there is an effect of the e-magazine-based project based learning model on students' historical thinking skills, hypothesis testing through a two-way t-test using the polled variant diporel formula, t count = 5,151 ≥ t table = 1,996 with α = 0.05, (2) the historical thinking skills of students who use the project based learning model are higher than students who use the discovery learning model. The average post-test score of the experimental class (77,4) and the control class (68,9) showed that the control class had an average difference of (8,5) higher than the control class. Indicators of chronological thinking skills, skills in identifying continuity and change, indicators of recording data/information/historical sources, skills in identifying continuity and change, and skills in designing and reporting historical research results experienced changes and increases seen from before and after the treatment of the project based learning model in the form of cause and effect ideas on learning materials, analysis at the discussion stage, and compiling and reporting the results of reports according to the selected topic. Based on the results of the t-test analysis, the t-count value = 5,151 and t-table = 1,996 were obtained with a significance level of 0,05, so it was concluded that there was an influence of the use of the e-magazine-based project based learning model on students' historical thinking skills at SMA Negeri 9 Pandeglang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada peningkatan pengelolaan informasi di Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Pondok Pesantren Al Ihsan guna meningkatkan kualitas pelatihan vokasional. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, yang melibatkan wawancara mendalam serta observasi terhadap pengelola, instruktur, dan peserta pelatihan. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang ada belum terintegrasi dengan baik, sehingga pengelolaan data terkait peserta, instruktur, dan evaluasi masih dilakukan secara manual. Keterbatasan ini menyebabkan lambatnya proses pengolahan data dan pengambilan keputusan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan sistem manajemen informasi yang terintegrasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan data pelatihan. Sistem terintegrasi ini diharapkan dapat mendukung proses pemantauan, evaluasi, serta penyusunan laporan hasil pelatihan dengan lebih efektif. Selain itu, pengembangan kapasitas pengelola dan instruktur juga perlu dilakukan untuk memastikan implementasi sistem dapat berjalan dengan optimal. Dengan penerapan sistem informasi yang lebih terstruktur, BLK Al Ihsan diharapkan dapat menyelenggarakan pelatihan yang lebih profesional, responsif terhadap perkembangan teknologi, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja

Abstract

The proper and accurate use of the Indonesian language in digital marketing content plays an important role in increasing consumer appeal and interest. This study shows that using Indonesian that is easy to understand, informative, and engaging can strengthen communication between marketers and consumers, while reducing the potential for misunderstandings. Consumers generally prefer marketing content that uses Indonesian over foreign languages, due to its relevance to everyday contexts and ease of comprehension. Furthermore, the creative use of Indonesian, combining elements of local wisdom and current trends, can enhance the competitiveness of products in the market. However, the research also reveals that marketing content presented in a slang words format tends to be easier to attract the attention of consumers. Therefore, an effective digital marketing strategy must prioritize the creative use of Indonesian as the primary means of interacting with the target market, especially in the context of the local market.

Abstract

The problems in this study are (1) How is the implementation of sales strategies to increase selling power at the Sumedang tofu factory in Malandang block, Subang Subdistrict with Islamic marketing? The method used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques that will be used are observation, interview, and documentation. From the results of the study, the authors observed the sales strategy with a review of Islamic marketing at the Sumedang tofu factory. The result is that the marketing strategy needs to improve in terms of promotion because it is still traditional, and the review of Islamic business ethics is appropriate. The results of this research are sourced from a literature review with data collection through books, journals, and articles. The data collected is analyzed qualitatively. In the economic system, marketing is an important thing to do to achieve product sales targets so that businesses can succeed. To achieve business targets, there are some market players who do not pay attention to marketing ethics. In Islam, Rasulullah has taught business ethics, among others, about marketing through the nature of Rasulullah which is abbreviated as SAFT (shiddiq, amanah, fathanah and tabligh). In addition, marketers must pay attention to theistic ethics (rabbaniyyah), Ethical (akhlaqiyyah), Realistic (al-waqiyyah), and humanistic (insaniyyah). By paying attention to the concept of marketing in Islam, it is hoped that there will be no market.

Abstract

This study examines current literature on the impact of information technology on entrepreneurial performance through socio-cultural adaptation. This review reveals the role of information technology as a key driver of innovation and entrepreneurial growth by facilitating global communication and rapid exchange of information. However, research in the field of digital entrepreneurship still faces the challenges of fragmentation and a lack of a unified framework. An interdisciplinary approach is needed to understand the unique characteristics of adaptive and generative digital technologies. In conclusion, information technology plays a strategic role in increasing efficiency, innovation and entrepreneurial collaboration. Future research is expected to integrate various disciplines to gain a comprehensive understanding of digital entrepreneurship and develop business models that are more responsive to technological and market changes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak implementasi kurikulum integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran siswa generasi Alpha di Korea Selatan dan Mesir. Generasi Alpha, lahir setelah tahun 2010, merupakan generasi pertama yang sepenuhnya tumbuh di era digital. Studi ini menggunakan metode analisis dokumen dan studi literatur komparatif untuk mengkaji perbedaan pendekatan, tantangan, dan hasil yang dicapai oleh kedua negara dalam upaya mereka mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam sistem pendidikan, khususnya untuk siswa generasi Alpha. Penelitian ini berfokus pada periode 2010-2024, menganalisis kebijakan nasional, inisiatif pemerintah, dan program-program khusus yang bertujuan meningkatkan penggunaan teknologi di sekolah-sekolah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan unik generasi Alpha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Korea Selatan telah berhasil mengimplementasikan serangkaian kebijakan komprehensif, termasuk SMART Education Initiative dan AI Education Initiative, yang secara khusus dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan generasi Alpha. Sebaliknya, Mesir, meskipun menunjukkan komitmen yang kuat melalui inisiatif seperti Egyptian Knowledge Bank dan Teachers First Professional Development Program, masih menghadapi tantangan signifikan dalam menyesuaikan kurikulum dengan kebutuhan generasi Alpha. Analisis komparatif mengungkapkan bahwa keberhasilan integrasi teknologi untuk generasi Alpha tidak hanya bergantung pada infrastruktur teknologi, tetapi juga pada kesiapan guru, desain kurikulum yang berpusat pada siswa, dan pendekatan pedagogis yang inovatif. Penelitian ini juga membahas implikasi temuan untuk pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan di negara berkembang, menekankan pentingnya pendekatan holistik dalam merancang kurikulum untuk generasi Alpha.

Abstract

Hospital Management Information System is an integrated information system that plays an important role in supporting hospital operations through the use of information technology. Bhayangkara Yogyakarta Hospital has implemented SIMRS since 2016 but until now there has never been an evaluation related to the implementation of the role of SIMRS. The purpose of this study was to determine whether SIMRS at Bhayangkara Hospital can improve service efficiency, act as operational control, management control and strategy planning. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with interview method. Informants in this study are the Head of Management, Head of Finance, Head of SIMRS, admissions staff, medical records staff, outpatient staff, pharmacy staff and cashier staff. Data analysis used in this study with the method of analyzing and evaluating information systems. The results showed that the application of hospital management information systems in Bhayangkara Hospital is in accordance with its role in improving service efficiency, as operational control, management control and strategy planning. From the results of the study it can be concluded that SIMRS facilitates and improves employee performance so as to improve service efficiency. SIMRS improves hospital operational control with more effective and efficient information in terms of service processes to operational costs. With SIMRS, the continuity of Bhayangkara Hospital management system is easier and controlled with an automated system. SIMRS provides accurate data that facilitates decision making in developing strategies and policies.

Abstract

The rapid growth of internet usage has significantly impacted consumer habits, changing their behavior in various ways. Correspondingly, this evolution has also transformed social media from a communication platform to a marketing tool. Nowadays, social media marketing activities and electronic word of mouth play an important role in growing brand awareness which significantly influences consumer purchase intention. Using the theory of planned behavior, this study aims to analyze the direct and indirect effects of social media marketing activities, electronic word of mouth, and brand awareness on purchase intention with a focus on the HMNS perfume brand in Banten. This research uses a quantitative approach, with a sample of 140 respondents of Banten population. The software used in this study is Smart-PLS to test the proposed hypothesis. The results of this study reveal that social media marketing activities and electronic word of mouth have a positive effect on brand awareness, electronic word of mouth and brand awareness have a positive effect on purchase intention. However, the effect of social media marketing activities does not significantly affect purchase intention. The results of this study provide valuable benefits for companies in this industry to develop effective marketing strategies to be successful in a highly competitive market. This study suggests that managers maximize the potential of social media marketing to increase brand awareness, which has a positive impact on purchase intention.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, informasi dan komunikasi terjadi perubahan di berbagai sendi kehidupan masyatakat kini. Salah satu yang mengalaminya adalah jasa perbankan lewat digitalisasi keuangan melalui pemanfaatan layanan mobile banking. Bank Central Asia (BCA) memiliki layanan mobile banking yang dikenal dengan BCA Mobile. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan, kemudahan dan keamanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah serta untuk mengetahui variabel mana yang paling dominan terhadap kepuasan nasabah BCA Mobile. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan data primer kuantitatif. Tahap uji yang dilakukan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, regresi linear berganda, uji F, uji t dan koefien determinasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dengan data yang berhasil dikumpulkan sebanyak 160 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Alat bantu pengujian yang digunakan adalah SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kualitas layanan, kemudahan dan keamanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah BCA Mobile. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel kualitas layanan, kemudahan dana keamanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah BCA Mobile.
