Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Haleyora Power di DKI Jakarta dan Banten, baik secara individu maupun bersama-sama. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis SPSS, dengan sampel sebanyak 61 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data dianalisis melalui serangkaian uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan adanya menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan secara parsial dan secara bersama-sama antara motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 60,3% menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan lingkungan kerja secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, sementara 39,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya.

Abstract

Every company owner will show potential investors that his company is the right investment alternative, therefore the company owner will give a good signal about the company. Data collection is used as secondary data. The data was tested using statistical analysis, namely using SPSS computer software. The population of this research is manufacturing industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021 - 2023. The total sample is 26 companies with a total of 78 annual report publications in 2021 - 2023. The analysis method used is the multiple linear regression method. Based on the results of the hypthosts test, it can be concluded that: 1) Financial performance, Capital Structure and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) have no effect on company value. 3) Good Corporate Governance (GCG) which is proxied by Managerial Ownership cannot moderate the relationship between financial performance and capital structure on company value in the manufacturing business during the Indonesian Stock Exchange year 2021 – 2023. 4) Good Corporate Governance (GCG) which is proxied by Ownership Managerial management can moderate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on company value in manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2021 - 2023.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of emotional intelligence, communication and organizational culture on employee performance at PERUMDA Tirta Sanjiwani Drinking Water, Gianyar Regency. This study uses census techniques so that all members of the population are involved as research subjects. Primary data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The measurement scale uses a Likert Scale which consists of five answer choices. Hypothesis testing is done using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded (1) Emotional intelligence, communication and organizational culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance , and (4) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The implication of the results of this research is that improving employee performance can be done by motivating and encouraging employees to dare to take initiative.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership, motivation and work environment on employee performance at Rindang Coffee and Eatery Palembang. This research was carried out using quantitative analysis and involved 50 respondents, based on the results showing that both leadership, motivation and work environment affect employee performance partially or simultaneously. Testing in the research was carried out through partial tests, simultaneous tests, and coefficient of determination in SPSS version 25, the results of partial testing showed that leadership (X1), Motivation (X2) were significant on Employee Work Performance at Indang Coffee And Eatery Palembang, with respective Tcounts -respectively 1.907 and 2.707 (THcount > TTable 1.679) and Work Environment (X3) Ts 3.012 (THcount > TTable 1.679) and for the test together, FCount 619.051 (FCount > FTable 3.132) this shows that there is a positive and significant influence on employee work performance.

Abstract

Indonesia negara yang masih diklasifikasikan sebagai negara berkembang, kemiskinan adalah masalah yang menjadi pusat perhatian. Factor-factor ini termasuk pertumbuhan ekonomi yang lambat, indeks pembangunan manusia yang rendah, dan meningkatnya pengangguran. Jadi penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh indeks Pembangunan manusia dan Tingkat pengangguran terhadap kemiskinan di Indonesia dalam kurun waktu 2014-2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Masalah kemiskinan dapat dilihat dari factor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Data penelitian diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistika (BPS) tahun 2014-2023 dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda, serta uji t dan uji f. Hasil uji asumi klasik menunjukan tidak adanya masalah normalitas, multikolinearitas, hesteroskedastisitas, autokorelasi pada model regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan variable indeks Pembangunan Manusia berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap Tingakt Kemsikinan di Indonesia tahun 2014-2023. Variabel pengangguran berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Tingakt Kemiskinan di Indonesia tahun 2014-2023. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukan bahwa variable indeks Pembangunan Indonesia dan Tingkat pengangguran berpengaruh positif terhadap Tingkat Kemiskinan di Indonesia tahun 2014-2023.

Abstract

The company PT XYZ Ekspress operates in the field of delivery services for packages of goods and documents in small and large quantities. Because there are so many similar companies, a strategy is needed to survive in the current competitive situation. One of these strategies is in determining shipping rates. Determining competitive rates is done with more than estimates, but precise calculations are needed. The methods used include qualitative and quantitative approaches with data collection techniques in the form of documents and interviews. In determining shipping rates, PT XYZ Ekspress considers the shipment's distance and weight, which indirectly reflects cost considerations. The assumption is that the longer the distance and the heavier the goods sent, the higher the costs required. Determination of tariffs based on the Full Costing method uses costs as the basis for determining tariffs. In conclusion, costs are the basis for setting tariffs, so the determined selling price must be able to cover the costs incurred and obtain the desired profit, is correct. Tariff determination by PT Therefore, it is recommended that companies consider using the full costing method in the following years because this method places costs as the basis for setting rates so that the determined selling price can cover the costs incurred and obtain the desired profit.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of consumers' perception of celebrity endorsement and their emotional values on customer satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. Employing a quantitative associative research approach with a cross-sectional design, data were collected through purposive sampling from individuals who visited the Masbrow Café (N = 95). Written questionnaires were utilized as the primary data collection method, employing established instruments derived from prior research to measure customer satisfaction, emotional values, and perceptions of celebrity endorsement. Data analysis, conducted using advanced statistical methods such as regression analysis and ANOVA with SPSS version 25, revealed significant effects of emotional values and celebrity endorsement on customer satisfaction. Both emotional values and celebrity endorsement were found to significantly contribute to customer satisfaction. These findings underscore the importance of considering both emotional appeals and celebrity endorsements in marketing strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction. Implications and limitations of the study are discussed to provide insights for future research and practical applications.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan motivasi terhadap keberhasilan produk tempe. Lokasi penelitian UMKM di Kecamatan Medan Marelan Kota Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 34 responden. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial variabel kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel keberhasilan produk. Motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keberhasilan produk. Sedangkan secara simultan seluruh variabel kewirausahaan dan motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel keberhasilan produk. Konstribusi pengaruh variabel sebesar 47.3%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas strategi bisnis pasca pandemi Covid-19 yang diterapkan oleh PT. Sido Muncul Tbk, perusahaan terkemuka di sektor kesehatan di Indonesia yang berfokus pada upaya untuk memperkuat posisi mereka sebagai produsen produk herbal dan suplemen terbesar di negara ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur, yang didasarkan pada data sekunder seperti artikel ilmiah terpublikasi, dan sumber data utama adalah laporan tahunan PT. Sido Muncul Tbk dari tahun 2021 sampai dengan 2023 yang berkorelasi dengan strategi yang diterapkan perusahaan. Hasil analisis strategi bisnis PT. Sido Muncul pasca pandemi Covid-19 telah menunjukkan pentingnya perusahaan mengembangkan strategi yang responsif terhadap perubahan pasar, termasuk pengembangan produk baru dan ekspansi ke pasar baru. Sehingga, strategi bisnis yang dibangun harus memperhatikan tingkat persaingan di pasar dan mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan kebutuhan pasar yang selalu berubah, terutama dalam kondisi pasca pandemi Covid-19. Strategi bisnis yang diterapkan perusahaan membantu dalam mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kinerja bisnisnya di tengah-tengah tantangan pasca pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motor vehicle tax contribution and motor vehicle name return duty on the original revenue of Lampung Province. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive where the data processing is carried out statistically. The data used in this study are secondary. The number of samples is 60 months using the Saturated Sampling method, a group of Non-Probability Sampling, which is carried out by census where the population is sampled, namely reports on the realization of motor vehicle taxes, motor vehicle name return duties, and local original income for 2018-2022. Analysis techniques are carried out through classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis tests. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that simultaneously motor vehicle tax, and motor vehicle name return duty have a positive and significant effect on local original income, and partially each variable has a significant positive effect on regional original income.
