<![CDATA[Keberadaan pekerja anak merupakan suatu fenomena yang kompleks dan sudah berlangsung lama dimulai dari negara-negara Eropa dan kemudian negara berkembang di dunia termasuk negara Indonesia. Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor seperti kondisi anak itu sendiri, latar belakang keluarganya, pengaruh orang tua, budaya dan lingkungannya. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meminimalisir kasus Pekerja Anak adalah dengan melakukan pengawasan ketenagakerjaan dan pemeriksaan terhadap pemberi kerja disetiap perusahaan-perusahaan yang mempekerjakan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan mengenai penerapan dalam perlindungan hukum terhadap pekerja anak menurut Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan dan mengetahui hambatan apa yang terjadi di dalam penerapan perlindungan hukum terhadap pekerja anak menurut Undang-Undang ketenagakerjaan Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif yang kemudian disusun secara sistematis dan dianalisis sehingga hasil dari penelitan ini disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif analisis. Sehingga kesimpulan dari tulisan ini mengharapkan agar melakukan peninjauan baik dalam bentuk sosialisasi yang lebih inten agar budaya memperkerjakan anak tidak terjadi kembali.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze deixis applied in Spider-Man: No Way Home movie and its reference by using the theory of deixis by Levinson (1983) and theory of role of context by Dijk. This study applies descriptive qualitative research method in analyzing deixis and its reference applied in Spider-Man: No Way Home movie script. The procedures are: collecting data with observation method and documentation technique. This study applies the theory of deixis by Levinson (1983) and Dijk. In data analysis and presented descriptively by informal method. The finding shows that all types of deixis are applied in the data source with the quantity of 920 in total; person deixis: 692 data, spatial deixis: 28 data, temporal deixis: 18 data, social deixis: 14 data, and discourse deixis: 168 data. Person deixis consist of first-person deixis to identify the speaker, second person deixis used to appoint the addressee, and third person deixis refer to a person neither the speaker nor the addressee. Spatial deixis used to explain the location of certain utterance. Temporal deixis described an exact time of utterance. Social deixis illustrated certain relationships among characters. Lastly, discourse deixis functioned to refer to something that being talked about in the same utterance.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran orang tua dalam pendidikan karakter tanggung jawab anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomologi. Pada penelitian ini digunakan teknik pengumpulan data yang meliputi tahap observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan pencatatan, serta menggunakan analisis data trianggulasi model Milles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kelima subjek orang tua mampu berperan sebagai guru atau penuntun, sebagai pengajar, dan sebagai pemberi contoh terhadap pendidikan karakter anak. Selanjutnya, bentuk tanggung jawab ang dimiliki anak menunjukan kelima subjek anak memiliki tanggung jawab moral dan sosial, sementara hanya empat subjek yang menunjukan tanggung jawab sosial dengan baik. Dan terakhir, terdapat dua faktor yang mendukung dan satu faktor penghambat pendidikan karakter tanggung jawab anak di Desa Gribig. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa peran orang tua dalam pendidikan karakter tanggung jawab dapat diartikan bahwa orang tua merupakan tokoh sentral yang memegang peranan dalam mendidik karakter anak di rumah. Hendaknya orang tua selalu menjaga karakter karakter tanggung jawab anak tetap tumbuh dengan baik dan anak-anak tumbuh menjadi manusia yang memiliki nilai-nilai moral.]]>

<![CDATA[This study is entitled Semiotic Study of Football Team Logos in La Liga. Each football team has a logo with the historical aspect to show their identity to the public, and where the team was built. Therefore, the public can recognize the team just by looking at the logo. The formulation of the problem in this study is to discuss some of the logos of the club from a semiotic perspective. The aims of this study are to identify and describe the verbal and non-verbal signs used in La Liga team logos, and to analyze the meanings of La Liga team logos based on the color terms. The data sources are six logos of La Liga team. The data in the forms of verbal and visual signs were collected using a documentation method. In order to analyze the verbal and visual signs, as well as the color terms, the qualitative method was applied. The results of the study reveal that the verbal signs on six of La Liga team logos generally shows the acronym of the name of the football club. The non-verbal signs found on six logos are generally in the form of symbols and icons related to football and the kingdom in Spain. The meanings of the logos itself are identified from the colors used in the logo. The most used colors are red, yellow, blue and black. The colors in the logo help the fans understand the meaning and purpose of the logo.]]>

Dalam data historis Hikayat Tionghoa, Catatan Arab dan Persia, mengatakan bahwa Islam masuk nusantara sekitar abad ke-7 atau awal abad ke-8. Proses islamisasi ini membawa pengaruh terhadap seni bangunan dan juga ragam hias atau seni hias. Wujud dari proses Islamisai ini terdapat pada kompleks Makam Sendang Duwur yang merupakan salah satu bentuk peninggalan sejarah yang berasal dari masa transisi Indonesia Hindu ke Islam. Penulis tertarik untuk meneliti tentang Estetika Ornamen Makam di Kompleks Makam Sendang Duwur, Paciran, Kabupaten Lamongan, Jawa Timur Kajian Variasi, Fungsi dan Makna untuk dikaji lebih lanjut. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, studi pustaka, dan wawancara. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan analisis kualitatif dan dibantu dengan teori seni dam semiotika. Hasil penelitian berupa Variasi ornamen yang ada di kompleks Makan Sendang duwur terbagi atas variasi pada gapura, cungkup dan nisan. Fungsi dari ornamen pada nisan berfungsi sebagai penghias, penopang bangunan dan sebagai alat pendukung lainnya.]]>

<![CDATA[Thesis with the title Error Analysis of English by 8th-grade student in SMPN 4 Baturiti. This thesis aims to analyze the repeated errors made by SMPN 4 Baturiti students to find the types of errors in their writing, the causes of students in error writing, Writing in English is not easy even though the students have learned this before. They still find some problems in writing and cannot write the sentences in right structure. They still need more knowledge to understand the basics. The students still write sentences by using Indonesian rules and also still miss in grammar knowledge. The data used in the study was taken from descriptive writing test by the students in SMPN 4 Baturiti, Tabanan. The eight grade student was chosen because they already know how to make a descriptive text and they have learned it before. This school has four classes of eighth-grade (8A-8D). In this study, the writing data were taken from students in 8B. In collecting data, this thesis uses qualitative methods. In collecting data there are four steps used, namely first, selecting data properly, identifying errors, then classifying data based on its type, and finally evaluating the data found. In analyzing the data, the theory of error analysis was used by Ellis (1997). The results of the analysis show the types of errors found in the writing of SMPN 4 Baturiti students. Errors found in youth writing are grouped and categorized into four types: Omission. There are five omission errors. These errors were found and analyzed with a syntactic structure perspective.]]>

<![CDATA[Makroalga di pesisir Indonesia memiliki keanekaragaman spesies biodiversity yang tinggi, namun organisme ini sangat rentan terhadap perubahan kondisi lingkungan baik secara alami seperti faktor angin, gelombang, arus dan musim menjadi faktor pemicu perubahan habitat makroalga. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui komposisi jenis, keanekaragaman, keseragaman, dominasi dan kelimpahan jenis makroalga yang terdapat di kawasan perairan Teluk Gilimanuk. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa data primer, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode obsevasi pada 3 stasiun dengan jarak antar stasiun 20 meter. Selain itu dilakukan pengamatan parameter fisika dan kimia perairan sesuai dengan lokasi penelitian. Hasil penelitian ditemukan makroalga yang terbagi kedalam 3 devisi makroalga yaitu alga hijau (Chlorophyta), alga merah (Rhodophyta) dan alga coklat (Phaeophyta) yang terdiri dari 6 genus yaitu Ulva, Halimeda, Amphiroa, Gracilaria, Rosenvingea, dan Dictyota. Nilai Indeks keanekaragaman makroalga dikategorikan rendah hingga sedang, Nilai indeks keseragaman pada stasiun satu rendah dan pada stasiun dua dan tingga dikategorikan tinggi. Adapun nilai indeks dominansi (C) pada stasiun satu dikategorikan tinggi.]]>

<![CDATA[This research focused the code-switching that appeared in the video "ANATOLY: PSIKOPAT RUSIA yang OBSESI sama.... | #NERROR" by youtuber Nessie Judges. The purpose of this study was to determine the types of code-switching the reasons of code-switching was used in the video. The types were intra sentential code-switching, inter sentential code-switching, and tag switching. The theory applied in this study was Hoffman's theory, and the descriptive qualitative method used to collect the data, which included documentation and note taking. The result were eight data categorized into intra-sentential code switching, one data belonged to inter-sentential code switching, and four data in tag switching. Furthermore, the reason of using code-switching were talking about a specific topic, interjection, intention of clarifying the speech content for the interlocutor, and expressing group identity.]]>

<![CDATA[The title of this study is non verbal signs in Marshmello feat Bastille’s music video “Happier”. This study focused on the analysis of the non-verbal signs found in Marshmello feat Bastille’s music video “happier”. There are two aims of this study. First, it is to identify non-verbal signs in the music video. Second, it is to analyze and explain the non verbal signs found in the music video. The data in this study were in the form of image taken from snapshot of the music video. In this study, there were ten image snapshots that will be discussed. In this study, the method to collect the data were documentation. The data relating with the image snapshots were analyzed qualitatively based on the theory of verbal and non-verbal signs by Dyer. It is also supported by the theory of color meaning by Oleson. The result shows that almost all the non-verbal elements and can be found in the music video. Only three elements which are national and racial, cropping, and special effects were not used in the music video. It shows that the music video doesn’t use any racial stereotypical nor it used any special effects and cropping technique to make the music video more dynamics and draw the attention to certain part of the body.]]>

<![CDATA[The title of this study is translation shifts of noun phrases in black cat novel. This study focused on the analysis of the translation shifts of noun phrases found in the black cat novel by Edgar Allan Poe. There are two aims of this study. First, it is to find whether there is a translation shifts that appears in the novel entitled Black Cat by Edgar Allan Poe. Second, it is to describe what kind of translation shifts that occurs in the process of translation. The data in this study were taken from the black cat novel by Edgar Allan Poe. In this study, the data that will be presenting by column and after that will be discussed one by one. There are twenty data that will be analyzed. In this study, the method to collect the data were doing a library research. The method and technique of analyzing data in this study is qualitative research. The data analysis will be done by classifying the word or sentences in the novel. The theory used to support the writer to analyze the data is a translation shifts theory by Catford (1965). The result shows that the translation shifts was occurs in the novel entitle Black Cat. There are only four types of translation shifts that occurs in the novel. First is structure shift. The second shift that occurs on the novel is class shift. In the cast of this shift there are possibility of a change in word class. It can be noun to verb, verb to noun, verb to adjective, adjective to adverb and vice versa. The third shift that showed in the data is unit/rank shift. The last shift that occurs in the novel entitle the black cat is intra system shift.]]>
