Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kinerja pegawai dalam pelayanan administrasi kependudukan di Kantor Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Timur dikaji dari kualitas kerja, ketepatan waktu, inisiatif, kemampuan, dan komunikasi. Pendekatan penelitian ini yakni kualitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian bahwa 1) Kinerja pegawai dilihat dari kualitas kerja sudah dapat diwujudkan, akan tetapi belum sepenuhnya optimal. Hal ini terbukti dari masih ada kegiatan pelayanan yang belum sesuai dengan mutu baku waktu pada SOP, serta masih ada pegawai yang kurang cermat dalam melakukan pelayanan; 2) Kinerja pegawai dilihat dari ketepatan waktu sudah dapat diwujudkan, akan tetapi belum sepenuhnya optimal. Hal ini terbukti dari adanya beberapa oknum pegawai yang tidak tepat waktu pada jam masuk dan pulang kantor, serta penyelesaian pelayanan administrasi kependudukan melebihi target waktu; 3) Kinerja pegawai dilihat dari inisiatif sudah dapat diwujudkan, akan tetapi belum sepenuhnya optimal. Hal ini terbukti dari masih ada yang bergantung pada instruksi dari Kepala Seksi sebagai atasannya; 4) Kinerja pegawai dilihat dari kemampuan sudah dapat diwujudkan, akan tetapi belum sepenuhnya optimal. Hal ini terbukti dari tingkat pendidikan dan tingkat keikutsertaan pegawai dalam pelatihan, serta kemampuan pegawai dalam berbahasa Inggris masih belum optimal; 5) Kinerja pegawai dilihat dari komunikasi sudah dapat diwujudkan dengan optimal. Hal ini terbukti dari adanya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, adanya pengembangan berbagai bentuk mekanisme komunikasi efektif, serta terjalinnya komunikasi yang efektif antara pegawai dengan pimpinan/ atasan maupun antara pegawai dengan rekan kerja.

Abstract

Quality mosque organizations need human resource development, what is meant by human resource development in this study is the implementation process carried out at the Amaliah Mosque, Sukarami District. The research entitled Implementation of Human Resource Management Program for Mosque Youth Associations in Improving the Prosperity of the Amaliah Mosque, Sukarami District, Sukabangun 2 Village, Palembang City. The research objectives were 1) to know the Implementation of Human Resource Management in the Mosque Youth Association Program in Increasing the Prosperity of the Amaliah Mosque, 2) to find out the inhibiting and supporting factors in the Human Resource Management Program for the Mosque Youth Association in Increasing the Prosperity of the Amaliah Mosque. This type of research is qualitative research. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that 1) The mosque youth level program is prepared to become children who have noble character, have an independent leadership spirit, memorize the 30 chapters of the Qur'an, have Islamic morals, implement HRM, integrate the tahfidz curriculum, dirosyah Islamiyyah and leadership as the soul of a teacher example. Teenagers memorize the Qur'an in 30 juz increments, equipped with a variety of religious material on the mulazamah system. 2) Supporting factors, namely directly from the taklim assembly, the availability of adequate funds and supervision so that simple activities carried out at the mosque appear to be successful because of good communication and cooperation between administrators and mosque youth. While the obstacles in the implementation, namely the lack of awareness of the people around the Amaliah mosque to participate in existing programs or activities on a regular basis, so that religious activities do not seem optimal, only from mosque youth who play an active role in the prosperity of the mosque.

Abstract

The thesis entitled "Management of the Al-Hikmah Taklim Assembly in Increasing Residents' Interest in Participating in Recitations in Kelurahan Kebun Bunga, Sukarami District, Palembang City". With the formulation of the problem, namely (1) how is the management of the Al-Hikmah Al-Hikmah Kelurahan Kebun Bunga management? And (2) what are the efforts of the Al-Hikmah taklim assembly in cultivating the interest of Kebun Bunga kelurahan residents so they are interested in joining the taklim assembly? The type of writing used is qualitative writing. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The theory used is Georry Terry's theory for management and Crow and crow theory as the interest of the assembly. The results of writing (1) management that is applied in the Taklim Assembly is appropriate and effective through planning, organizing, actualting and controlling. Through the stages of controlling (supervision) it can be formulated as a process of determining what must be achieved, what will be done, namely implementation, assessing implementation and if necessary making improvements, so that implementation is according to plan. (2) An increase in one's religious understanding can be seen from how much the religious dimension is applied in human life, this is in line with the Crow and Crow theory, where the emergence of motivation in a person is asking for a tendency to manifest oneself who has potential and understands one's own desires first. don't follow takliman yourself not at the will of the congregation.

Abstract

Artikel ini bermaksud untuk mendapati faktor apa saja yang memiliki pengaruh pada variabel dependen: Likuiditas (Y1). Likuiditas didefinisikan dengan kesanggupan suatu perusahaan dalam mencukupi liabilitas jangka pendeknya. Likuiditas dimanfaatkan perusahaan untuk mengetahui posisi finansialnya dan menjadi alat ukur yang dapat memperbaiki kinerja perusahaan. Hasil artikel literatur review ini didapat dari riset terdahulu yang relevan yang bersumber dari jurnal penelitian melalui media online seperti Google Scholar dan Mendeley. Hasil dari penelitian terdahulu berfungsi untuk memperkuat konsep serta kejadian yang berkaitan atau pengaruh antar variabel dependen dengan independen. Variabel independen dalam artikel ini meliputi Dana Pihak Ketiga (X1), Rasio Utang (X2), dan Perputaran Piutang (X3). Artikel ini bertujuan guna menciptakan dugaan pengaruh antar variable untuk dipergunakan pada penelitian berikutnya. Hasil dari artikel review dalam studi literatur manajemen keuangan ialah: Dana Pihak Ketiga, Rasio Utang, serta Perputaran Piutang berdampak pada Likuiditas.

Abstract

This article is entitled Men’s and Women’s Language Features Used in the Conversation of the Talk Show “The Ellen Show”. This article aims to find the men’s and women’s language features in “The Ellen Show”. The analysis of the article was focused on the utterance of man speakers and woman speakers to find out the features of men’s and woman’s language used in a conversation on a talk show. This article uses Lakoff’s theory about Women’s Language Features and Coates’ theory about Men’s Language Features to analyse the utterances of the talk show’s men and women speakers. This article uses the documentation and observation technique to collect data. As a result, there are ten data and seven language features from woman speakers, namely Lexical Hedges or Filters, ‘Empty’ Adjectives, Rising Intonation on Declarative, Intensifies, ‘Super-polite’ Forms, Avoidance of Strong Swear Words, and Empathic Stress. From the man speaker, there are six data and four language features: Direct Form, Compliment, Swearing, Taboo Language, and Questions. The results indicate any linguistic features, differences, and similarities between men and women in a conversation on the talk show.

Abstract

Peran Guru Dalam Pengelolaan Kelas Pada Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab Siswa Kelas VII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Muhammadiyah Limbung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran guru dalam pengelolaan kelas pada pembelajaran bahasa Arab siswa kelas VII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Muhammadiyah Limbung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif, penelitian ini dilakukan di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Muhammadiyah Limbung dengan subjek guru bahasa Arab dan kelas VII A. Semua data yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui instrumen penelitian yaitu peneliti, pedoman observasi, pedoman wawancara dan pedoman dokumentasi, dengan menggunakan analisis data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru dalam pengelolaan kelas pada pembelajaran bahasa Arab siswa kelas VII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Muhammadiyah Limbung sudah cukup baik ditandai dengan guru mengatur peserta didik dan tempat duduk peserta didik sesuai kebutuhan peserta didik. Mengatur penataan kelas dan menjaga kebersihan kelas, guru mengatur pajangan kelas agar kelas selalu terlihat indah, membuat jadwal piket membersihkan agar kebersihan kelas tetap terjaga dan mengelola kegiatan pembelajaran dengan baik. Sehingga proses pembelajaran terlaksana dengan baik, aktif, efektif, nyaman serta tidak membosankan. Dalam proses pembelajaran guru selalu mempersiapkan RPP (Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran), buku paket, daftar hadir dan daftar penilaian sebagai pegangan seorang guru ketika mengajar di dalam kelas.

Abstract

The Dendrobium salaya orchid is an ornamental plant with high selling value, but there are problems with the flowering period which takes a long time. The study was to determine the effect of the frequency of formulations in the form of nanonutrients, gibberellins, and benzyl andenine purines on the flowering. The research was carried out from September to October 2022 at the Nambangan Greenhouse, Sidomulyo Village, Candimulyo District, Magelang Regency. The plan used for the study was a factorial Complete Randomized Block Design . The first factor is requency of fertilizer formulations. The second factor was in the form of fertilizer formulation treatment, the research repetition consisted of 3 blocks per treatment unit repeated 3 repetitions. Data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance. followed by the LSD test. The parameters used in this study were plant height, number of leaves, day of spike emergence, spike length, number of spikes planted, number of florets planted, number of florets per spike. The results of the study in the form of nano nutrients, gibberellins and benzyl adenine purines on the flowering showed a significant but not significant effect on the frequency of formulation administration in the Analysis of Variance followed by a further LSD test, which showed that to stimulate flowering it was sufficient to use a 1 ppm nano nutrient formulation. but if you want more optimal results on the number buds, you need to apply a 100 ppm gibberellin formulation + 100 ppm benzine adenine purine + nanonutrient 1 ppm

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Strategi Dakwah Tokoh Masyarakat Dalam Meningkatkan Kerukunan Umat Beragama Di Desa Makarti Jaya Kecamatan Peninjauan Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu”. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keadaan kerukunan umat beragama di desa Makarti Jaya Kecamatan Peninjauan, strategi tokoh masyarakat dalam meningkatkan kerukunan umat beragama di desa Makarti Jaya serta faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat kerukunan umat beragama di desa Makarti Jaya Kecamatan Peninjauan. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Lokasi Penelitian ini di Desa Makarti Jaya Kecamatan Peninjauan Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu keadaan kerukunan umat beragama didesa Makarti Jaya ini dapat dinilai dengan baik dan sikap toleransi yang tinggi, karena masyarakat di desa Makarti Jaya ini umumnya masih memiliki kesatuan dalam menciptakan masyarakat yang harmonis. Sebagai bentuk strategi tokoh masyarakat desa Makarti Jaya ini dalam meningkatkan kerukunan umat beragama yaitu menganjurkan warga untuk menerapkan sikap toleransi, meningkatkan hubungan melalui komunikasi antar umat beragama dan membentuk organisasi karang taruna antar umat beragama. Melihat dari faktor pendukungnya yaitu adanya kesadaran beragama dan rasa kekerabatan sehingga terciptanya rasa kebersamaan, dan yang jadi faktor penghambat yaitu adanya sifat egois dari sebagian warga dan kecenderungan ingin meningkatkan jumlah penduduk warga berdasarkan salah satu agama yang ada di desa Makarti Jaya Kecamatan Peninjauan.

Abstract

This study is entitled The Meaning of Signs in Victoria’s Secret Advertisement. This study focuses on the analysis of verbal and visual signs in the poster available on the Victoria’s Secret website. It aims to identify the kind of signs implied in Victoria’s Secret advertisements and to analyze the meaning of the signs implied in Victoria’s Secret advertisements. This study used advertisements as primary data. This study applied the documentation method and note-taking technique in collecting data. This study used qualitative methods and the data was analyzed descriptively. The result of this study was presented in the informal method. Three theories were applied in this study. Dyer's (1982) theory was used to analyze the signs, particularly the verbal and visual signs found in the data. Then, the verbal signs meaning was analyzed through the theory from Barthes (1964) on the meanings of the signs and the color theory by Cerrato (2012) to analyze the meaning of the color in the data. The result shows that there are eight signs found in the data, four of them are categorized as verbal signs, and four others are visual signs. The verbal signs are visible through the placement, shape, and color of the texts, meanwhile, the visual sign focuses on the situation that happens throughout the posters. Based on the analysis, one verbal sign has a denotative meaning, another has a denotative and connotative meaning, and one does not have a denotative and connotative meaning, however, none of the data shows any myth aspects. Then, there is no dominant color found in the data because the colors in the data are different from one another.

Abstract

One way to reduce carbon dioxide emissions from power plants powered by fossil fuels is by utilizing new renewable energy sources to generate the electrical energy needed each day. The Faculty of Engineering 03 UNTIDAR Building has a roof area of 997.4 m2 and a solar irradiation potential of 4.89 kWh/m2 per day, so it is very probable to build a rooftop PLTS to supply the building's lighting demand. Therefore, a plan for installing a rooftop PLTS system was implemented in this study in order to contribute to the utilization of new, renewable energy and the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions. The method employed in this planning is descriptive analysis, which includes analyses of the locations for installing solar modules, the building's daily electricity usage, the technical design of the rooftop PLTS system, analyses of the energy produced, and analyses of the potential to lower carbon dioxide emissions. According to the planning results, the rooftop PLTS has a capacity of 124 kWp and can generate 135,299,299.29 kWh of electrical energy annually utilizing 231 units of 540 W solar modules that are divided into 10 strings. 8,267.97 kWh are typically exported each month to PT. PLN as electrical energy. While the potential reduction in carbon dioxide emissions is calculated to be 135,299.29 tons of CO2 annually.
