Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of product innovation and promotion on purchasing decisions at Samudra Resto & Cafe. The research methods used in this research are quantitative with a survey approach. The population in this study was 100 respondents. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data analysis used is a classic assumption test and multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 26. The results showed that product innovation and promotion simultaneously had a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Samudra Resto & Cafe. Product innovation, partially has no significant effect purchasing decisions at Samudra Resto & Cafe. Promotion, partially significant effect purchasing decisions at Samudra Resto & Cafe.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price perception and promotion on purchasing decisions at Tjiawi Café and Eatery. This type og research is a quantitative research with causality method and survey approach. The population in this study is not know with certainty and the sample taken is 100 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis, with hypotesis testing, namely the F test and t test. The results of the study based on the F test showed that the perception of price and promotion simultaneously had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the t test, it shows that the perception of price partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and promotion partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Kegiatan PASKIBRA yang dilakukan di SMA Muhammadiyah 18 Jakarta ini memberikan pengaruh terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa dalam hal kedisiplinan, kepercayaan diri, bertanggung jawab, sikap tegas dan berjiwa kepemimpinan serta saat kegiatan berlangsung dapat juga menumbuhkan sikap semangat kebangsaan seperti cinta tanah air dan semangat kebangsaan yang bertumpu pada nilai-nilai Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan. Selain kegiatan ekstrakurikuler PASKIBRA ini, untuk menumbuhkan karakter disiplin juga dapat diimbangi dengan kegiatan lain yang masih berhubungan dengan kedisiplinan. Kedisiplinan siswa bisa dimulai dari datang ke sekolah tepat waktu, berpakaian rapi, bersikap sopan santun terhadap senior atau yang lebih tua, berbuat baik antar sesama dan menghormati guru di sekolah

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions for salt products in Tasikmalaya at PD. Pomegranate in Tasikmalaya. The method used in this research is the census method. The population in this study were PD salt customers. Pomegranate in Tasikmalaya. The sampling technique in this study is saturated sampling, so that the entire population in this study is used as the research sample. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it is known that partially the Promotion variable is not significant to Purchase Decision. Service Quality variable is significant to Purchase Decision. Meanwhile, promotion and service quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase salt products in Tasikmalaya at PD. Pomegranate in Tasikmalaya

Abstract

Equitable development is an effort that is always maximized by every developing country, but the existence of poverty is a definite problem and always owned by every country. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the open unemployment rate, population and education on the poverty rate in Central Java province in 2006-2020. The data in this study used secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of Central Java in the form of time series data. This study used quantitative methods processed by multiple linear analysis with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) model using SPSS 23.0 for windows. The results of this study show that simultaneously the variables of open unemployment rate, population and education affect the poverty rate in central Java province. And partially the open unemployment rate has a positive and significant effect on the poverty rate in Central Java, the number of people negatively affects the poverty rate in Central Java, education does not affect the poverty rate in Central Java.

Abstract

Morocco's long gastronomy history creates it unique for tourists who visit the country from time to time. In addition, developing specialty coffee in the Middle East requires Morocco to follow the third-wave coffee culture. Therefore, in sustaining specialty coffee in Morocco, the community, especially youth, participates in cultivating this third-wave culture, apart from following global economic trends and developing communities in coffee knowledge from farm to cup. The author's visit to Morocco to explore the uniqueness of specialty coffee and discover its new coffee cultures in the region for the last four years. This report is qualitatively based on observations from visits and interviews with Hajar Jeddou, one of the coffee professionals in Morocco. Abstract

Masjid Asasi Sigando Padang Panjang merupakan bangunan yang penting dan tidak dapat dipisahkan dari segala aspek sosial dan budaya masyarakat. Masjid Asasi Sigando Padang Panjang memiliki karakter tersendiri dalam segi tipologi arsitektur bangunan karna setiap masjid yang ada di Indonesia termasuk wilayah Sumatera Barat memiliki keberagaman bentuk bangunan masjid, Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa pengumpulan data yang meliputi studi pustaka, observasi dan wawancara kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Kualitatif, Tipologi dan Arsitektual. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teori Arsitektur, Teori Kebudayaan dan Teori Akulturasi.Hasil analisis menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa Tipologi bangunan Masjid Asasi Sigando Padang Panjang memiliki kesamaan dengan masjid kuno yang lain di Sumatera barat yaitu sama-sama memiliki unsur tipologi bangunan khas Minangkabau yaitu Rumah Gadang yang dapat dijelasakan dalam pembahasan tipologi bangunan berdasarkan  fungsi, geometri dan langgam bangunan, hal tersebut terjadi karena kuat nya kepercayaan dan konsep adat Minangkabau yang melektat dalam diri masyarakat Sumatera Barat sehingga setiap prilaku, hasil karya dan perbuatan mayarakat mencermikan wujud kebudayaan adat istiadat Minangkabau.

Abstract

This research is entitled “Feminism Seen through the Main Character in ‘Moxie’ Movie”. This study talked about the feminism values that seen through in the main character in moxie movie. This study based on how single human being wants to get treated equally to express themselves in every aspect in their life for example in gender. The two purposes in this study were to find out the kind of feminism by character in ‘moxie’ movie script and to know the factors causing the appearance of feminism in the movie. The descriptive qualitative study applied in this study and analyzed by using Tong theory (2009). The data in this study was collected by using observation method and note-taking technique. To present the analysis, this study applied the informal methods and the result of the analysis was presented in the form of words.

Abstract

Abstract: The title of this research is women’s language used by the characters in Brave movie. It aims to analyze the types of female language used by the characters in Brave movie. The data source is taken from the Brave movie script. The data was collected by reading the movie script and choosing which part contains women’s language in movie "Brave" script. The qualitative descriptive method is used in analyzing it using the theory of Lakoff (1975). The results showed that 5 types of 9 women's languages were found in the Brave movie script. They are intensifiers, rising intonation, emphatic stress, lexical hedges, and super polite form.

Abstract

PT Indonesia Thai Summit Auto merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi produk Stamping Body Parts dan Assembly Parts for Automobile. Sebagai perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dalam bidang industri otomotif, jadi diperlukan strategi dan perencanaan yang baik untuk meningkatkan produksinya. Salah satu hal yang harus diperhatikan adalah masalah tingkat produktivitas pekerja dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaannya. Pada lini kerja Spot Assembly pada model YHA dengan part number 64513-72S00. Didapatkan pada data dari PT Indonesia Thai Summit Auto pada bulan Februari 2022 part 64513-72S00 di mana permintaan customerpada bulan Februari sebanyak 1990pcs dengan waktu kerja selama 8 jam tidak tercapainya produksi harian untuk permintaan customer dan belum adanya waktu standar dalam pembuatan part tersebut sehingga menghabiskan 221 detik/part hingga proses akhir. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah diperoleh total waktu standar yang optimal sebesar 0.059 jam atau212.4 detik untuk menghasilkan 16.95 Part/jam part 64513-72S00. Perbaikan yang dilakukan agar dapat meningkatkan produktivitas pada lini kerja spot assembly adalah dengan menambahkan rak dengan roda sehingga keluar dan masuknya box part mudah, selain itu pembuatan rak menjadi mudah dijangkau oleh karyawan. Pada sebelum improvementmenghabiskan waktu sebanyak 7 jam 40 menit untuk menghasilkan 120 part, sedangkan setelah dilakukan improvement waktu yang dihabiskan untuk menghasilkan 120part adalah 7 jam 8 menit. Dengan penetapan waktu standar tersebut tingkat produktivitas menjadi 16.67% dari yang semulanya hanya 16.61%, terjadi peningkatan sebanyak 0.06%.
