Abstract

E-klampid merupakan suatu situs resmi yang dimiliki oleh Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan sipil Kota Surabaya. Situs ini dipergunakan mempermudah pengurusan aministrasi kependudukan secara online, yang mencakup: akta kelahitan, akta kawin, akta cerai, akta kematian, pengauan anak, pengesahan anak adapun pelaporan kelahiran, perkawinan, kematian yang ada di luar negeri, catatan pinggir, kutipan ke2, perubahan kewarganegaraan. Kejadian yang dialami oleh seseorang meliputi kelahiran, kematian, lahir mati, perkawinan, perceraian, pengakuan anak, pengesahan anak, pengangkatan anak, perubahan nama dan perubahan status kewarganegaraan.Melalui situs Klampid masyarakat Surabaya dapat melaporkan peristiwa kependudukan seperti hanya pembuatan KTP-El, kartu keluarga, KIA, surat keterangan ( SKTT OA, SKPTI, SKP WNI), tanda bukti penduduk non-permanen dsb. Kejadian yang dialami penduduk yang harus dilaporkan karena membawa akibat terhadap penerbitan atau perubahan Kartu Keluarga, Kartu Tanda Penduduk, dan/atau meliputi pindah datang, perubahan alamat, serta status tinggal terbatas menjadi tinggal tetap. Dalam penyelenggaraan E-klampid pemerintah kota Surabaya juga menertibkan masyarakat dalam pencatatan kenendudukan atau yang biasa disebut KALIMASADA (Kawasan Lingkungan Sadar Adminduk). Program ini dilaksanakan Ketua RT pada tiap Kecamatan se-Kota Surabaya sekaligus sebagai perintis layanan adminduk di lingkungan Rukun Tetangga guna lebih mendekatkan pelayanan Adminduk kepada masyarakat. Sebagai Petugas harus mampu mensosialisasikan Adminduk dalam hal: jenis layanan, tempat layanan, Syarat dan prosedur layanan. Petugas juga memmbantu Registrasi Pelayaan Adminduk di wilayahnya meliputi 4 layanan yaitu pindah datang, pindah keluar, akta kelahiran dan akta kematian. Untuk pengrusan lainnya didorong untuk melakukan mandiri secara oneline atau kekelurahan.

Abstract

The Along with the development of technology, correspondence activities which were originally done conventionally have turned more modern and sophisticated. Therefore, technological developments make it easier to manage community mobility documents in the village or district. The development of this technology is in the form of a website that can be accessed online to facilitate correspondence activities. The purpose of this research is to design a web-based correspondence management information system in Sumberkarang Village. This research method uses PIECES analysis. Based on the results of research and discussion, it is shown that in the implementation of the design information system to manage correspondence in Sumberkarang Village it runs properly and the results can be used to manage incoming and outgoing mail. The management of the correspondence can also be tested and proven by using the results of the Blackbox test.

Abstract

Nemo Dat Quod Non Habet (no one can give what he does not have). This expression is even more meaningful when humans realize that they are not alone on this earth. In reality, humans live together with others. In this togetherness, humans must always respect and maintain human rights as a legacy of the Creator. This inheritance is a free grace from God so that humans can live well according to God's law. One of those inheritances is private property rights. Private property rights are authentic rights in every human being. Every human being has the right to private property in the form of material goods and psychological ones. It means that man by nature already has it in him. Humans do not give these rights so they have no right to revoke them. Even if humans do not recognize private property rights. It doesn't mean that the right doesn't exist. In the course of human history, private property rights seem to be lost because of efforts to shrink them with various arguments that support the interests of one party. In reality. It brings suffering to those who are unskilled and have no capital. In addition, there are also radical groups who try to abolish private property rights because they are seen as the root of suffering. In the midst of this uncertain situation, the Christian community does not turn a blind eye to the experiences of the people. The Church promotes a view that is based on the will of God and in accordance with the will of mankind in general, which seeks to establish justice through the commentary on private property rights contained in the Encyclical Centesimus Annus. Private property must be nurtured through work, which is a powerful means of maintaining private property. Humans will take some of the treasures of this earth to be their personal property. Even if a man works for others, he will receive a decent wage to live well. Private property will help humans to develop as the image of God, strengthen human dignity and allow for wider participation of workers in personal development and cultivate this earth. Therefore, humans must use this natural wealth with human knowledge. From this function, it is clear that private property has individual and social dimensions. Private property must be protected from all efforts to shrink it. In this case, the state (government) and religious communities have the duty as the main line to protect it. This study uses library research methods (library research). The author uses the CA Encyclical as the main source. Meanwhile, in its presentation, the writer uses descriptive-critical method.

Abstract

The New Normal makes us all have to be able to accept these very significant changes. In fact, this also occurs in all sectors in Indonesia, both economically, politically, and even in education. All regulations are enforced in order to realize the goal of The New Normal itself, which is so that we can all hinder the progress of Covid-19 cases. Because of these conditions, the government has imposed the PPKM system which has even reached Level 3, WFH (Work From Home), GTPP (Task Force for the Acceleration of Handling Covid-19 ), and the implementation of online teaching and learning processes. Good leaders in the government sector and the corporate sector must turn their heads in the face of changes caused by Covid-19 . The impact it causes is also very visible, from the number of companies that lay off their employees, the occurrence of panic buying at the beginning of the emergence of Covid-19 in Indonesia, and the soaring poverty rate because at that time it was difficult for people to earn a living. But to change it all must start from the people concerned. We all have to work well together. Both the community and the government. If only one-sided goals will never be achieved as we want. I know, maybe for some people this obstacle is enough to be a benchmark for their economy. But in order to realize our goal of inhibiting the increase in Covid-19 , we must be enthusiastic to go through all of this. Change management itself begins because of a truce caused by changing times, globalization, more and more consumer desires, and so on. In this study, the author uses a qualitative approach, which is how the data taken are sourced from valid web pages, scientific journals, and books. For the analysis technique, the writer uses interpretation, content, and narrative techniques.

Abstract

Bangunan SMA Negeri 2 Purwokerto merupakan bangunan kolonial dengan aplikasi gaya arsitektur modern aliran Nieuwe Bouwen. Langgam arsitektur pada bangunan SMA Negeri 2 Purwokerto telah beradaptasi dengan iklim tropis dimana hal tersebut merupakan perkembangan dari arsitektur kolonial. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, studi pustaka, dan wawancara. Data yang terkumpul di analisis dengan analisis kualitatif, karakter spasial, dan karakter visual dan di dukung dengan teori morfologi arsitektur, teori arsitektur modern, dan teori arsitektur fungsionalisme.  Hasil analisis menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa adaptasi dari iklim tropis pada bangunan terlihat pada penggunaan elemen-elemen pada bangunan sehingga menimbulkan sirkulasi udara yang baik serta suhu ruangan yang dapat berkaitan dengan kenyamanan penghuni. Karakteristik bangunan yang berorientasi terhadap adaptasi iklim tropis dapat terlihat dari kondisi fasad bangunan. Fungsi pada elemen-elemen bangunan saling berkaitan yang berdampak pada sistem sirkulasi udara bangunan.  Dengan adanya orientasi terhadap iklim tropis, elemen yang terdapat pada bangunan harus memiliki fungsi sebagai penyalur udara.Bangunan SMA Negeri 2 Purwokerto merupakan bangunan kolonial dengan aplikasi gaya arsitektur modern aliran Nieuwe Bouwen. Abstract

This research is conducted by the objective to know the effects of motivation and work discipline on the work of performance government employees on the Village in Tamansari District Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with the causality method. Data collection techniues were obtained directly questionnaires distributed to 45 respondents who were government employees on the Village in Tamansari District Tasikmalaya City. the data analysis tool used in this study is path analysis. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that: (1)There is an influence of motivation on work discipline government employees on the Village in Tamansari District Tasikmalaya City positively and significantly. (2) There is an influence of motivation on the work performance government employees on the Village in Tamansari District Tasikmalaya City positively and significantly. (3) There is an influence of discipline on the work performance government employees on the Village in Tamansari District Tasikmalaya City positively but not significantly (4) There is an influence of motivation on work discipline on the work of perfomance government employees on the Village in Tamansari District Tasikmalaya City positively and significantly. (5) There is no influence and it is not significant motivation towards work performance through work discipline government employees on the Village in Tamansari District Tasikmalaya City.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at CV. Tasikmalaya Cell Warehouse. The method used in this research is the causality method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 94 respondents who were employees of CV. Tasikmalaya Cell Warehouse. The data analysis tool used in this research is path analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that: (1) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Work Discipline on CV. Cell Warehouse in Tasikmalaya; (2) Motivation directly has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Performance on CV. Cell Warehouse in Tasikmalaya; (3) Work Discipline directly has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance on CV. Cell Warehouse in Tasikmalaya; (4) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through Work Discipline on CV. Tasikmalaya Cell Warehouse.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the influence of leadership style and motivation on employee work discipline (a study on the Anugrah Adi Jaya Tasikmalaya Company). The method used in this research is a survey method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were obtained directly through questionnaires which were distributed to 47 respondents who were employees of Anugrah Adi Jaya Tasikmalaya Company. The data analysis tool used in this research is path analysis. based on the results of the study, it can be seen that: (1) Leadership style has a positive and significant influence on motivation at Anugrah Adi Jaya company; (2) Leadership style directly has a positive but not significant influence on Work Discipline at Anugrah Adi Jaya company; (3) Motivation directly has a positive but not significant influence on Work Discipline at Anugrah Adi Jaya company; (4) There is influence an no significant Leadership Style on work Discipline through Motivation at Anugrah Adi Jaya company.

Abstract

The objectives of this study was to determine and analyze packaging, product quality and purchasing decisions on Sale Ambon products by Mrs. Ooh Cipatujah Tasikmalaya and the effect of packaging and product quality on purchasing decisions on Sale Ambon products by Mrs. Ooh Cipatujah Tasikmalaya. The research method used in this study is a survey method, while the types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The object of this research is the consumer of Sale Ambon Products, Mrs. Ooh Cipatujah Tasikmalaya, with a sampling technique using simple random sampling method, where the survey was conducted to consumers of Sale products Ambon Mrs. Ooh Cipatujah Tasikmalaya. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this test prove that the packaging and product quality simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions on Sale Ambon products, Mrs. Ooh Cipatujah Tasikmalaya. Likewise, partially packaging and product quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions on Sale Ambon products, Mrs. Ooh Cipatujah Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of price perception and product quality variables on purchasing decisions on consumers of rice shop CV Wirabuana Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a survey method with data obtained directly through a questionnaire to 100 respondents taken from the consumer rice shop CV Wirabuana. The technique used is multiple regression. Based on the results of this study, it is known that there is a simultaneous significant effect between Price Perception and Product Quality on Purchase Decisions. Price perception partially has no significant effect on Purchase Decisions and Product Quality Partially has a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Decisions rice shop CV Wirabuana Tasikmalaya.
