Abstract

Preeklamsi merupakan gangguan kehamilan yang sering terjadi di usia kehamilan 20 minggu akibat kelainan fungsi endotel dari pembuluh darah yang dapat menurunkan perfusi organ dan dapat mengakibatkan terjadinya protein urin positif dan hipertensi. Protein urin positif merupakan adanya kandungan protein di dalam urin akibat kegagalan ginjal dalam memfiltrasi protein. Sedangkan hipertensi merupakan peningkatan tekanan darah yang melebihi batas normal (≥140/90 mmHg). Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kadar protein urin dengan tekanan darah pada ibu hamil trimester II dan III di Puskesmas Madukara 1. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional analitik dengan desain studi kohort prospektif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan April 2022. Sebanyak 30 sampel ibu hamil yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi akan diambil data tekanan darah dan protein urin secara sekunder pada TM II dan secara primer pada TM III. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi Square Fisher’s Exact Test. Pada pemeriksaan hubungan antara protein urin terhadap tekanan darah ibu hamil TM II diperoleh nilai p:1,000 (p>0,05) yang menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara protein urin terhadap tekanan darah pada ibu hamil TM II. Sedangkan pada pemeriksaan hubungan antara protein urin terhadap tekanan darah ibu hamil TM III diperoleh nilai p: 0,003 (p<0,05) yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara protein urin terhadap tekanan darah ibu hamil TM III.

Abstract

Prevalensi kasus kronis khususnya pada lansia semakin meningkat. Pemerintah merancang Prolanis sebagai Program Pengelolaan Penyakit Kronis khususnya penyakit hipertensi dan Diabetes Mellitus Tipe-2. Pada pasien DM, fungsi ginjal mengalami penurunan yang menyebakan kadar ureum dan kreatinin meningkat. Selain itu peningkatan kadar kreatinin juga disebabkan oleh usia dan jenis kelamin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan kadar ureum dan kreatinin pasien proalnis lansia DM Tipe-2 berdasarkan jenis kelamin di UPTD Puskesmas banjarmangu 1. Jenis penelitian ini berupa penelitian analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional menggunakan tekhnik total sampling terhadap pasien prolanis DM Tipe-2 di UPTD Puskesmas Banjarmangu 1. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 21 sampel. Pelaksanaan penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei 2022, Dan diperoleh hasil nilai p=0,334 (p>0,05) pada nilai ureum dengan jenis kelamin laki-laki, p=0,385 (p>0,05) pada nilai ureum dengan jenis kelamin perempuan, p= 0,177 (p>0,05) pada nilai kreatinin dengan jenis kelamin laki-laki, p=0,168 (p>0,05) pada nilai kreatinin dengan jenis kelamin perempuan. Maka dapat disimpulkan tidak terdapat perbandingan yang signifikan antara kadar ureum dan kreatinin pada pasien prolanis lansia DM Tipe-2 berdasarkan jenis kelamin di UPTD Puskesmas Banjarmangu 1.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the variable amount of raw material inventory and labor hours on production volume. The research method used is the quantitative method and the data used is secondary data obtained directly through interviews with company owners. In this study, sampling used a periodic data approach with a semester scale of 20 samples. The variables used in this study are two independent variables and one dependent variable, so the most appropriate analysis tool is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of multiple linear analyses, it is known that the amount of raw material inventory and labor hours simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on production volume. It can also be seen from the company's data that with every increase in the cost of controlling the number of raw materials and labor hours, the production volume also increases. The calculation results show that there is a very strong relationship between the variable amount of raw material inventory and labor hours in increasing production volume.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation and work environment on performance (a survey of elementary school teachers at Al- Mutaqqin Foundation, Tasikmalaya City). The method used in this study is causality through a census approach. With a research sample of 68 elementary school teachers, Al-Mutaqqin Foundation, Tasikmalaya City. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that compensation has a very good assessment classification, the work environment has a very good assessment classification, while employee performance has a good classification for elementary school teachers at Al-Mutaqqin Foundation, Tasikmalaya City. Taken together, compensation and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance at the Al-Mutaqqin Foundation Elementary School Teacher, Tasikmalaya City. Partially, compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at the Al-Mutaqqin Foundation Elementary School Teacher, Tasikmalaya City. Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine, firstly the description of work motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of employees at BPR Nusamba Singaparna Tasikmalaya, secondly the influence of work motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously on organizational commitment of employees of BPR Nusamba Singaparna Tasikmalaya, thirdly the influence of work motivation partially on commitment. organizational commitment of employees of BPR Nusamba Singaparna Tasikmalaya, and the fourth effect of job satisfaction partially on organizational commitment of employees of BPR Nusamba Singaparna Tasikmalaya. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The results showed that work motivation was in the very good category, job satisfaction was in the good category, and the organizational commitment of the employees of BPR Nusamba Singaparna Tasikmalaya was in the very good category. There is a simultaneous significant effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on organizational commitment of employees of BPR Nusamba Singaparna Tasikmalaya. There is a partially significant effect of work motivation on organizational commitment of employees of BPR Nusamba Singaparna Tasikmalaya. There is a partially significant effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment of employees of BPR Nusamba Singaparna Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of store atmosphere and service quality simultaneously or partially on customer satisfaction of Restoran Hj.Ocoh Sunda & Seafood Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respodents. Data collection wa carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that store atmosphere and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Partially, store atmosphere has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Partially, service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of communication and organizational culture on employee performance (a case study on employees of Matahari Department Store Tasikmalaya). The method used in this research is causality through a case study approach. With a research sample of 135 employees of the Matahari Department Store Tasikmalaya. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that Communication has a very good assessment classification, Organizational Culture has a very good assessment classification, while Employee Performance has a good classification at Matahari Department Store Tasikmalaya Employees. Together, Communication and Organizational Culture have a significant influence on Employee Performance at Matahari Department Store Tasikmalaya Employees. Partially, communication has a significant effect on employee performance at Matahari Department Store Tasikmalaya employees. Partially, organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance at Matahari Department Store Tasikmalaya employees

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Intellectual Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence on the Performance of Non Managers at Hotel Grand Metro Tasikmalaya. Respondents in this study were non-manager employees at the Grand Metro Tasikmalaya Hotel. Based on the sample method, the number of samples in the study was 34 respondents. In this study using primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. The number of questionnaires distributed was 34 and 34 employees that could be returned and processed. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear analysis. The results showed that intellectual intelligence had a significant effect on employee performance, spiritual intelligence had a significant effect on employee performance and spiritual intelligence simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that when intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence increase employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance (a case study on non-manager workers at Laut Biru Pangandaran Hotel). The method used in this research is causality through a case study approach. With a research sample of 51 non- manager workers at the Laut Biru Pangandaran Hotel. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that simultaneously intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence had a significant effect on employee performance. Partially Intellectual Intelligence has a significant influence on Employee Performance. In contrast to Spiritual Intelligence does not have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of motivation and work environment on employee spirit (a survey of employees at RM. Hj Ocoh Jl. Mangin and RM. Hj Ocoh Jl. Sutisna Senjaya Tasikmalaya). The method used in this study is causality through a census approach. With a research sample of 60 employees of PT. Independent Power of Grace. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this research is Path Analysis using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that Motivation has a very good rating classification, the Work Environment has a very good rating classification and Work Spirit has a good rating classification for RM Employees. Hj Ocoh. Simultaneously, motivation and work environment have a significant effect on employee spirit at RM. Hj Ocoh. Partially, motivation and work environment have a significant effect on employee spirit at RM. Hj Ocoh.. Hj Ocoh.
