Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Promotion Mix and Price Perception on Purchase Decisions at the Mangkok Makan Food Bowl in Tasikmalaya. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique used in this study is a non-probability sampling technique by means of purposive sampling. Sources of primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. The results show that Promotion Mix and Price Perception simultaneously have a significant effect on Purchase Decisions at the Mangkok Makan Food Bowl in Tasikmalaya, also Promotion Mix partially has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at the Mangkok Makan Food Bowl in Tasikmalaya and Partial Price Perception has not a significant effect on Purchase Decisions at the Mangkok Makan Food Bowl in Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneously and partially Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image on Purchase Decisions through a survey on consumers of Scarlet Whitening products. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach with survey methods. The population in this study is unknown and a sample of 100 respondents was taken. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through a questionnaire. Data analysis used was classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 25. Hypothesis testing used t, F and R² tests. The results showed that Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image simultaneously had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Celebrity endorsers partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions and brand image partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and communication on work performance (a survey of employees in the marketing division of PT. Bumi Makmur Indah Pangandaran). This type of research is quantitative research with causality method and survey approach. The sample that will be selected in this study is the Marketing Section Employees of PT. Bumi Makmur Indah Pangandaran as many as 27 people. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that work discipline and communication had a significant influence on job performance for employees of the marketing division of PT. Beautiful Prosperous Earth in Pangandaran. Partially, Work Discipline has not a significant influence on Work Performance for Employees in the Marketing Division of PT. Beautiful Prosperous Earth in Pangandaran. Communication has a significant influence on the work performance of employees in the marketing division of PT. Beautiful Prosperous Earth in Pangandaran.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially between Compensation and Work Discipline on the Performance of the Ciamis Shopee Express Courier. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used the saturated sample method with a total sample of 35 peoples. Data collection techniques using online questionnaires. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26. The results show that compensation and work discipline have a significant effect on performance simultaneously. Partially, compensation has a significant effect on performance. Partially, work discipline has a significant effect on performance.

Abstract

Akhir tahun 2020 telah terjadi merger antara tiga Bank Umum Syariah anak perusahaan Bank BUMN di Indonesia dengan nama PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. Hasil merger dinilai oleh Gubernur Bank Indonesia akan mampu untuk menaikkan perekonomian syariah dan memperkokoh perbankan syariah di Indonesia. Hasil ini tidak terkecuali juga berlaku pada Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Kantor Cabang Pembantu (KCP) Kertosari, Banyuwangi, yang termasuk dalam bank hasil merger. Merger ini dapat memberikan pengaruh positif bagi karyawan yang ada, diantaranya perusahaan dapat menghasilkan sumber daya insani yang lebih berkualitas dan memiliki dedikasi yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kerjasama tim, komunikasi, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pasca merger menjadi Bank Syariah Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk KCP Kertosari, Banyuwangi sebanyak 17 orang. Analisis kuantitatif Regresi Linier Berganda digunakan dalam penelitian ini, Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa secara parsial Kerjasama tim, komunikasi, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini dapat memberikan masukan penting bagi pihak manajemen agar tetap peduli, atau bahkan bisa lebih meningkatkan kompensasi yang diberikan, sehingga kinerja karyawan akan semakin meningkat

Abstract

A decline in physical functional health and the tendency of morbidity increase in the elderly. One of which is coronary heart disease and one of the risk factors is hypercholesterolemia. Waist size is strongly correlated with central obesity and cardiovascular risk. In this case, cardiovascular disease ranks as the first cause of death in Indonesia. It is a general term that describes diseases of the heart or blood vessels. Excess levels of triglycerides in the body are called hypertriglyceridemia. The study was conducted in April-May 2022 by doing descriptive observation. There were only respondents out of 87 were analyzed using univariate and then by correlation test with the result that there is no relationship between age and triglyceride levels with Sig value. F Change (P) of 0.235, which means the value is > 0.05. In the results between waist circumference and triglyceride levels, the results of Sig. F Change (P) of 0.002 which means the value is <0.05 so it can be concluded that waist circumference with triglyceride levels has a relationship and has a strong relationship level at the R value (Correlation Coefficient) of 0.617 has a strong relationshi.

Abstract

Platelets (thrombocytes) form a mechanical blockage to the hemostatic response to burns through several reactions, adhesion, aggregation, release, fusion, and procoagulant activity. EDTA prevents platelets from clumping, so it is used as an anticoagulant in the platelet count. Excess concentration of K3EDTA causes shrinkage of blood cells. This study aimed to determine the difference in the number of platelets using K3EDTA anticoagulant with different sample volumes at the Wanadadi 1 Health Center employees, Kab. Banjarnegara. The study was conducted by analytical observation from February August 2022. A total of 10 respondents took 5 ml of blood samples and then divided them into K3EDTA vacutubes with sample volume of 0.5 ml, 1.5 ml, and 2.5 ml. Sample examination using the Hematology Analyzer impedanceelektrik method. The type of research design is analytic observational with a cross-sectional design. Random sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out by conducting a normality test. If the data were normally distributed, p 0.05, then the One Way ANOVA parametric test was continued. The mean number of platelets in a sample volume of 0.5 ml is 287,1000 31,14643 mm, the average number of platelets in a sample volume of 1.5 ml is 294,6000 34.67692 mm, and the average number of platelets in a sample volume of 2.5 ml of 291.1000 35.41955 mm. The lowest mean platelet count was at a volume of 0.5 ml based on statistical tests p = 0.885 (P 0.005). So, there is no significant difference in the number of platelets using K3EDTA Anticoagulants with different sample volumes for employees of Wanadadi Health Care Center 1 Banjarnegara.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on consumer satisfaction using Astrajingga outdoor equipment rental services (Survey of Astrajingga Store Consumers). The method used in this study is causality through a survey approach. With a research sample of 100 Astrajingga Store Consumers. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that service quality has a very good rating classification, product quality has a very good rating classification, while consumer satisfaction has a good rating classification for Astrajingga Store Consumers in Tasikmalaya City. Simultaneously service quality and product quality have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Partially, service quality has a significant influence on consumer satisfaction and product quality has a significant influence on consumer satisfaction using Astrajingga Outdoor Equipment Rental Services.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on consumer satisfaction Coffee Shop Fullhoper in Tasikmalaya simultaneously and partially. By using survey research method, the sample technique used is accidental sampling and taken as many as 100 people. The analytical tools used in this research are classical assumption test andregression multiple. The results showed that the effect of product quality and service quality simultaneously had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Product quality and service quality partially significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Visual Brand Communication and Product Quality on Brand Experience (Survey of Wardah Cosmetics Consumers in Tasikmalaya City). The method used in this study is causality through a survey approach. With a research sample of 100 Wardah Cosmetic Consumers in Tasikmalaya City. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that Visual brand communication has very good assessment criteria, product quality has very good assessment criteria and brand experience has good rating classifications. Visual brand communication and product quality simultaneously have a significant effect on brand experience, meaning that they are able to improve brand experience together. Partially, Visual Brand Communication has a significant influence on Brand Experience. Partially Product Quality has a significant effect on Brand Experience, meaning that both variables are proven to improve brand experience.
