Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of word of mouth and price perception on purchasing decisions at Cilok Goang Uruy. The method used in this study is causality through a survey approach. With a research sample of 100 consumers of Cilok Goang Uruy Golacir Tasikmalaya. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that the word of mouth and price perception had a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Cilok Goang Uruy Golacir Tasikmalaya. Partially, Word of Mouth has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Cilok Goang Uruy Golacir Tasikmalaya. Partially, price perception has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Cilok Goang Uruy Golacir Tasikmalaya

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of raw material inventory and machine maintenance on production result. The research method used is the quantitative method and the data used is secondary data obtained directly through interviews with company owners. In this study, sampling used a periodic data approach with a semester scale of 20 samples. The variables used in this study are two independent variables and one dependent variable, so the most appropriate analysis tool is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of multiple linear analysis, it is known that the amount of raw material inventory and labor hours simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on production result. It can also be seen from the company's data that every increase in raw material inventory and machine maintenance result in a increase in productionthe. The calculation results show that there is a very strong relationship between the variable amount of raw material inventory and increasing production result.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the promotional strategies evidence through social media and the effect of promotional strategies through social media toward purchasing decisions. The survey was conducted on 100 respondents, the aged over 18 years, and who had purchased Wardah cosmetic at Muara Kosmetik Tasikmalaya by using a questionnaire as the main data collection.  The data were analyzed by using several formulas in quantitative methods such as validity test, reliability test, linear regression, and coefficient of determination which is assisted by software IBM SPSS Statistics 24. The result of analyzing data shows that social media can facilitate the consumers to obtain the information related to the products offered and product information to be purchased by consumers. Besides being able to facilitate the dissemination of information, the companies also facilitated to buy and sell online by using promotional strategies through social. By carrying out promotional strategies through social media, it possibly evidences the consumers purchasing decision in buying wardah cosmetic at Muara Kosmetik Tasikmalaya positively and significantly.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Taste and Price Perception on the intention to repurchase Starbucks products. The method used in this study is a survey method using data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who are Starbucks Tasikmalaya consumers. The technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that Taste and Price Perception simultaneously have a significant effect on Repurchase Interest, Taste partially has a significant effect on Repurchase Intention, and Price Perception partially has a significant effect on Repurchase Interest of Starbucks products.

Abstract

The increasing business competition in every business sector is a problem for entrepreneurs and prospective entrepreneurs. In order to get consumers and retain consumers even though there are many offers from competitors, it is important for entrepreneurs to be able to maintain a sense of loyalty in consumers. This study aims to determine whether Customer Relationship Management and service quality affect consumer loyalty to consumers of Eka Walet Stores in Jambi City. This study uses quantitative research using primary data with a sample size of 80 respondents. The data was collected using a questionnaire method with a Likert scale. Instrument testing uses validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test with a significance level of 5%. The data analysis used includes descriptive and correlation analysis. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression models with hypothesis testing using the R Square test, t test and f test. The results of the study indicate that Customer Relationship Management has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Eka Walet Shop as evidenced by the t value (2.851) > t table (1.991). Service quality also shows that it has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Eka Walet Shop as evidenced by the t value (5.809) > t table (1.991). Customer Relationship management and service quality also simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Eka Walet Shop as evidenced by the f count (228,049) > f table (3.12) and has an R Square value of 0.856. The limitation of the research is the scope of the research which is only on one business and does not take into account other variables that also affect consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Marketing activities have now begun to focus on customer satisfaction. Knowing the factors that cause customers to be satisfied that can lead to repurchase intentions. This paper focuses on the discussion that experiential marketing can be a strategy that can be used by restaurant marketers to increase customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. This article is expected to add insight, and become a reference for now and in the future, especially in the field of marketing management regarding experiential marketing, customer satisfaction, and repurchase intention. Tt can be concluded that the higher the sense of experience, the higher the customer satisfaction, this phenomenon can occur because all businesses that focus on products and services aim to provide a pleasant experience to customers. When customer satisfaction increases, it can increase repurchase intention. Furthermore, the higher the customer satisfaction, the higher the repurchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the financial performance of PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk in terms of financial ratios. This study uses 3 ratios namely Liquidity Ratio, Solvency Ratio, and Profitability Ratio. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The data used is obtained from the financial statements of PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk 2016-2021. But in 2021 PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk succeeded in increasing its Liquidity Rasio. Solvency Rasio Analysis Also decreadased because teh campony was Not able to measure the value of the rasio of total debt to assets. Profitability rasio analysis also fluctuated but the company was still able to take advantage its assets.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Muslim spiritual attachment on marital conflict. This research was conducted with quantitative methods through the distribution of the scale with the number of research respondents as many as 125 wives in the city of Makassar. The data collection technique was done by purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using logistic regression analysis technique with the help of JASP version 0.14.1.0. The results showed that among the three dimensions of Muslim spiritual attachment, only the secure relationship dimension had a significant effect on marital conflict with a B value of (-0.602). The dimensions of separation protest and the positive dimensions of the model of self have no significant effect on marital conflict. The value of R2 = 0,059 which means that the three dimensions of Muslim spiritual attachment, namely the dimensions of secure relationship, separation protest, and positive model of self together are able to explain the marital conflict variable with conformity of 5.9%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penilitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh tata kelola terhadap manajemen risiko pada perusahaan diindonesia.Perusahaan yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2017-2018 pada PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk dipilih sebagai penilitian sampel.Dalam penilitian ini,sebagai kinerja perusahaan yang berdasarkan laporan keuangan dan manajemen risiko.Sementara pada tata kelola manajemen risiko dapat diukur dengan pengungkapan tata kelola risiko, yang mempengaruhi sebagian besar dari pelaporan-pelaporan tingkat kinerja pegawai pada perusahaan tersebut.Hasil penilitian tersebut menyimpulkan bahwa luasnya suatu tata kelola terhadap manajemen risiko maka semakin terlihat bagaimana tingkat kinerja didalam perusahaan.Kinerja yang dilihat dari penilitian ini adalah kinerja bagaimana akuntansi melihat kinerja pasarnya,dengan begitu maka jumlah risiko manajemen yang dilakukan terlihat sebagai posisi negatif atau positif. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa penelitian ini memiliki hubungan antara tata kelola dengan manajemen risiko yang akan dilihat tingkat implikasi bahwa keberadaan mekanisme pada tata kelola dan manajemen risiko yang baik yang akan dapat mengurangi risiko yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan tersebut dan sekaligus dapat meningkatkan hasil nilai pendapatan perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of product innovation and product creativity on competitive advantage in Samudra Bordir Tasikmalaya. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The data analysis used is the classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 24. The results of this study indicate that product innovation and product creativity simultaneously have a significant effect on competitive advantage in Samudra Bordir Tasikmalaya. Product innovation partially has a significant effect on competitive advantage in Samudra Bordir Tasikmalaya. Product creativity partially has a significant effect on competitive advantage in Samudra Bordir Tasikmalaya.
