Abstract

An MSME that is developing will always experience challenges that are not small and not easy; with the increasing number of people who want to open a business, the competition against other business actors will become tighter, and every MSME business actor will increasingly be faced with various challenges such as limited labor resources. And will continue to compete with larger businesses. Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) such as "3S TEH CEM" are faced with the challenge of continuing to innovate to expand market share and increase revenue. This study uses a qualitative approach to understand the perspectives and experiences of business owners and gain in-depth insight into the innovation strategies implemented in developing products and strengthening branding. The research results show that innovation can be implemented through various strategies, such as providing member cards to increase customer loyalty, creating new menus with various choices, setting up shops with interesting concepts, adding ice cubes, and adding syrup with various fruit flavors by selling iced tea. This syrup, 3S Teh Cem, also has a unique recipe to provide various drink choices to consumers; 3S Teh Cem MSMEs have information on the elements of management aspects in the implementation procedures of 3S Teh Cem, which will greatly influence how they will continue to develop innovation. To make this business a bigger business, it must collaborate with other producers and utilize the services of content creators/influencers to expand marketing reach via social media. This study concludes that innovation is a strategy that cannot be ignored when facing business competition. By implementing the right innovations, "3S Teh Cem" can increase its competitiveness and attract consumer interest with unique and quality products. The suggestions include involving customers through member cards, developing menus and strengthening branding, providing product innovations for health, establishing strategic collaborations with other parties, utilizing social media, and strengthening internal systems to support continuous innovation and skills training for employees. In this way, "3S Teh Cem" can continue to develop and become a major player in the contemporary beverage industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

Mengembangkan budaya yang berkualitas dalam lembaga pendidikan dapat di lakukan dengan mengembangkan inovasi pendidikan, ekstra kulikuler, budaya, karakter kepribadian siswa serta program pengembangan prestasi akademik dan non akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui urgensi kepemimpinan Transformasional di sekolah. Melalui penerapan prinsip kepemimpinan transformasional disekolah dapat memberikan pelajaran penting bagi siswa dan guru dikarenakan kepemimpinan ini mengembangkan inovasi serta memberikan motivasi berfokus pada sasaran mutu dan tindak lanjut. Selain itu hasil penulisan ini akan mendeskripsikan dampak kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap pengembangan inovasi dan budaya dalam pendidikan leadership.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan karya ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran kepala sekolah sebagai agen perubahan visioner dalam pengembangan pendidikan saat ini. Penelitian ini menggnakan penelitian literature review yaitu metode tinjauna pustaka komprehensif dengan mengambil informasi dari berbagai sumber seperti jurnal ilmiah, buku teks, serta laporan penelitian. Analisis dilakukan secara deskritif dengan mengidentifikasi tema utama, merangkum berbagai informasi, dan menafsirkan berbagai temuan untuk menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian tersebut adalah peran kepala sekolah dalam memberi arah, bimbingan, serta perubahan sangatlah penting bagi pengembangan pendidikan, melalui pembentukan nilai dan norma di sekolah. Peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang tepat untuk mewujudkan perkembangan pendidikan bisa di lihat melalui cara kerja kepala sekolah, pengimplementasian visi sekolah, serta tanggung jawabnya terhadap berbagai hal yang terkait perubahan dalam menngembangkan pendidikan tersebut. Dari data diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa sebagai agen perubahan, kepala sekolah memiliki peran penting yaitu membangun serta menumbuhkan kesadaran dalam perubahan ke arah yang lebih baik dan mengembangkan serta menciptakan visi dan misi perubahan untuk perkembangan pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to deeply analyze Ismail Raji al-Faruqi's thoughts on the concept of Islamic education, rooted in the principle of tawhid (divine unity). Utilizing a philosophical and historical approach, this research explores al-Faruqi's ideas on the unity of knowledge, humanity, and truth as the foundation of Islamic education. Data were collected through library research from various primary and secondary sources. The findings reveal that al-Faruqi rejects the dichotomy between religious and worldly sciences and emphasizes the importance of integrating revelation and reason in the education system. Al-Faruqi's ideas on the Islamization of knowledge provide a solution to address the crisis in modern science and offer a holistic paradigm for Islamic education. This research contributes to the development of Islamic education curricula that are relevant to the challenges of the contemporary era.
