<![CDATA[Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan Passing aktif segitiga dan segiempat terhadap akurasi Passing pemain pada tim futsal extrakulikuler SMK PGRI 3Walikuku. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang menggunakan metode eksperimen, dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan two group prettest-posttest. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah pemain pada pada tim futsal extrakulikuler SMK PGRI 3Walikukun sebanyak 24 pemain. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t dengan taraf signifikan 5 %. Hasil analisis uji t pada kelompok A diperoleh nilai t hitung (18,58) > t tabel (1,58), dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh latihan Passing aktif segitiga terhadap akurasi Passing pemain pada tim futsal extrakulikuler SMK PGRI 3Walikukun. Hasil analisis uji t kelompok B diperoleh nilai t hitung (19,08) < t tabel (1,75), dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh latihan Passing aktif segiempat terhadap akurasi Passing pemain pada tim futsal extrakulikuler SMK PGRI 3Walikukun. Berdasarkan persentase peningkatan dapat disimpulkan akurasi dengan latihan Passing aktif segitiga (8,78 %) mempunyai peningkatan lebih kecil dibandingkan Latihan Passing aktif segiempat (10,09 %).]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar IPA melalui penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 123 Banti. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 123 Banti sebanyak 16 orang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan Kurt Lewin yang terdiri dari empat langkah pokok, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar, lembar observasi aktivitas siswa, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus I yang tuntas secara individual dari 16 siswa hanya 7 orang atau 43,7% yang memenuhi criteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM). Secara klasikal belum terpenuhi karena nilai rata-rata diperoleh sebesar 66,06. Sedangkan pada siklus II dimana dari 16 siswa terdapat 14 orang atau 87,5% yang memenuhi criteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) dan secara klasikal sudah terpenuhi yaitu nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh sebesar 86,43. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Hasil belajar ipa siswa kelas V SD Negeri 123 Banti Kecamatan Baraka Kabupaten Enrekang melalui perapan model pembelajaran problem based learning mengalami peningkatan.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of writing this work is to understand constitutional law in Indonesia from Mahfud MD's perspective. This research adopts a qualitative approach to deepen understanding of constitutional law in Indonesia from Mahfud MD's perspective. The literature review involves studying literature related to constitutional law theory and the work of Mahfud MD as the main reading material. The main data source comes from Mahfud MD's writings, including books, articles and speeches discussing constitutional law in Indonesia. Data collection techniques include literature study, document analysis, and a review of Mahfud MD's online publications. Data analysis was carried out using a qualitative descriptive approach, identifying the main concepts and views of Mahfud MD through comparison and synthesis of information. Legal politics in the Indonesian context, both before and after the amendments to the 1945 Constitution, provides a historical perspective on the evolution of the Indonesian legal framework and its impact on the direction of law formation. Mahfud MD's understanding that legal politics is an official and valid legal policy, which determines the direction, form and substance of laws, provides a basis for seeing the complex relationship between politics and law.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penulisan karya ini untuk mengetahui perlindungan hukum bagi individu yang memegang sertifikat hak milik tanah dievaluasi dalam konteks sengketa. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian hukum normatif atau doktrinal, dengan fokus pada kajian mendalam terkait norma hukum, hukum substantif, asas-asas hukum, teori-teori hukum, kaidah-kaidah hukum, dan analisis hukum perbandingan, khususnya dalam konteks hukum pertanahan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman komprehensif mengenai sengketa hak kepemilikan tanah. Hasil karya ini perlindungan hukum bagi pemegang sertifikat hak atas tanah menjadi krusial dalam mengatasi potensi konflik dan ketidakpastian seiring upaya pembangunan di Indonesia. Meskipun tujuan hukum pertanahan adalah memberikan kepastian, pemegang sertifikat sering merasa tidak aman terutama terkait potensi pembatalan sertifikat tanah. Meskipun Pasal 32 ayat (2) Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 24 Tahun 1997 menetapkan syarat sahnya sertifikat setelah lima tahun, kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang prosedur penerbitan tetap menjadi tantangan. Proses pendaftaran tanah di Indonesia bertujuan menyederhanakan hukum dan memberikan landasan bagi bukti hak atas tanah, dengan perlindungan hukum komprehensif dan keterlibatan sistem peradilan sebagai kunci penanggulangan tuntutan hukum. Kesimpulannya, perlindungan hukum ini memerlukan pendekatan holistik untuk menciptakan lingkungan hukum yang adil, menjaga stabilitas sosial, dan memperkuat kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap sistem pertanahan.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh model pembelajaran tipe jigsaw kooperatif terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas V di SDN Wonokerto 1. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-experiment dengan one group pretest-posttest. Populasi penelitian melibatkan seluruh siswa SDN Wonokerto 1, sementara sampel diambil menggunakan probability sampling dengan jumlah siswa kelas V sebanyak 26 orang. Uji prasyarat melibatkan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas varian. Data dinyatakan berdistribusi normal dan homogen, memenuhi kriteria signifikansi 5%. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan one sampel t-test, dan hasilnya menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan pada hasil belajar matematika setelah penerapan model jigsaw kooperatif. Nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05, dan t-hitung (11.140) melebihi t-tabel (0.684) pada taraf signifikansi 0,05/2. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran tipe jigsaw kooperatif memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas V SDN Wonokerto 1. Hasil ini dapat menjadi pedoman bagi pendidik dan peneliti dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran matematika melalui pendekatan kooperatif.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to investigate the impact of social media usage on the mental well-being of adolescents. A survey method was employed to gather data from 500 adolescents aged 13-18 years. The results of the analysis indicated that intensive social media usage positively correlates with levels of depression and anxiety among adolescents. Furthermore, negative online interactions and cyberbullying were also found to contribute to a decline in mental well-being. The implications of these findings underscore the need for approaches focused on understanding and managing adolescents' social media usage to support their overall mental health.Top of Form]]>

<![CDATA[The cloth used for clothing is a marker of identity for various groups and individuals. One of the uses of cloth is the BHS Sarong, which is a woven sarong made from Indonesia whose quality is unquestionable. BHS sarongs are one of the proud products of the Indonesian people because they are famous for their quality, motifs and traditions of cultural preservation. This study aims to discuss and analyze the visual design of the completeness of the original BHS sarong stamp as the identity of woven fabrics. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with research stages consisting of conducting research, clarifying strategy, designing identity, creating touchpoints, and managing assets. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach, in which the data sources come from interviews, documentation, and material involvement through direct experience emphasizing sensory and direct manipulation. The results showed that the design of visual identity was carried out to reintroduce the BHS Sarong product, which is the best sarong product made from woven fabric. The visual identity stage consists of conducting research, clarifying strategy, designing identity, creating touchpoints and managing assets that produce logos, stamps and signatures for original BHS sarong products.]]>

<![CDATA[Brand loyalty, especially in the smartphone industry is currently one of the most fundamental things to maintain or even to increase the market share. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors meet brand loyalists on smartphones. This type of research is quantitative with purposive sampling techniques which were distributed through questionnaires to 220 respondents of smartphone customers aged 17 – over 55 years who were in the Bekasi area. Primary data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results of this study showed only variable of affective commitment that was felt to have no influence on brand loyalty. While the experience of a customer is effective in the audience, the experience of the customer is related to the calculative commitment, the experience of the customer is to the client The calculative of the customer, and the experience of the customer to the ability of the customer has an influence between variables. The results of this study suggest to the next researcher to conduct cluster samples, extend the duration of the study, fill out partial questionnaires and do gender equalization or comparison.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to measure the effect of the collaborative learning model assisted by flashcard on EFL students’ mastery of english tenses at SMP IT HASANKA Boarding School Palangka Raya. The research was quantitative research with Quasi-experimental design. The researcher designed the lesson plan, conducted the treatment, and counted the students’ scores by pre-test and post-test. The population of this research was all of the students of SMP IT HASANKA Boarding School, and the sample of this research was 45 students from class VIIIC as the experiment class and class VIIIB as the control class. The sample was determined using cluster sampling technique. The study concluded that teaching students' english tenses using a collaborative learning model assisted by flashcards was more effective than teaching using a textbook only. It was shown that the result of pre-test and post-test. The result of the T-test (2-tailed) generated was = 0.00 < 0.05. It can be seen that the sig. value was smaller than 0.05, meaning there is a significant effect on the collaborative learning model assisted by flashcards on student mastery of english tenses.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to discuss and analyze product quality, price and location perceptions on consumer satisfaction at the Pandawa Restaurant at the Darmawan Park Sentul Hotel. The population in this study were all Darmawan Training and Consulting staff in all divisions. The research method used was purposive sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires from 150 customers at the Pandawa restaurant at the Darmawan Park Hotel. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS for Windows software. The results in this study show that product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, price perception has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and location has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.]]>
