Abstract

Broadly speaking. student discipline and honesty are two characters that must be instilled in students in order students have a more personality good. And the objectives of learning can be achieved easily. Komisi Penegak Kedisiplinan (KPK) is a forum that has a role in handling students who are in trouble, violating school rules or not. In this case the purpose of the formation farom the KPK, namely so that students can be better, especially in problems discipline and honesty. Research aims at the role of the Komisi Penegak Kedisiplinan (KPK) in improving the discipline and honesty of students at MA Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo and MA Negeri 1 Probolinggo. And the strategies does the Komisi Penegak Kedisiplinan (KPK) in improving student discipline and honesty MA Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo and MA Negeri 1 Probolinggo. and How the in implementation of the Komisi Penegak Kedisiplinan (KPK) impacts the improvement of discipline and honesty of students at MA Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo and MA Negeri 1 Probolinggo. To answer of the problems, a qualitative method approach is used, with case study research types and multisite research designs. Subject in This research includes: Principals, KPK Teachers, and MA Nurul Jadid Students Paiton Probolinggo and MA Negeri 1 Probolinggo. Types of research through Technical the data collection used is Observation, Interview, and Documentation. In the analysis, it is carried out by giving meaning to the data that has been successful collected and it is from that meaning that conclusions can be drawn. Test check the validity of the data is carried out using data triagulation, namely comparing results of direct observation (observation) with interview data and results that Associated.

Abstract

The leadership of the Kiai in the midst of a society that is considered conservative-traditionalist does not even have capital, and is incapable of exercising its power and leadership, as well as bringing the community to progress amidst differences both in religion, culture and religious sects. This study aims to examine the modalities of kiai leadership in forming a ummatan washatan (moderate ummat). This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of phenomenological research by looking at and listening to closer and detailed individual explanations and understanding. The results of the study show that Kyai Abdul Qodir Syam and Kiai Junaidi have a wealth of modalities/capitals, which are used to fight in the arena or realm in Bondowoso Regency with the aim of creating a conducive and peaceful society. There are four modalities owned by the two kiai. First, Economic Modality. Second, Social Modality, socially, Third. Cultural Modality, this modality is the most powerful and affects the other modalities, the two clerics have cultural differences, Kiai Abdul Qodir Syam is of blue blood descent, while Kiai Junaidi Mu'thi is not, but the two clerics have total commitment, loyalty as well as noble, charismatic and authoritative morals in carrying out his da'wah. Fourth, Symbolic Modality, symbolically, he is both a kiai, caretaker, Rais Syuriyah and Tanfidziyah PCNU.

Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior, the prosocial attitude of employees/ organizational members mobilized by the leader, is expected to promote effective organizational functioning, so it is the task of the leader to motivate and inspire employees to be willing to do tasks outside the job description. This is an organizational problem that leaders must be able to handle, with some promising (good) employees leaving their jobs, and some employees who stay but with minimal performance because they have no better alternative. This study aims to explain the steps or efforts of leaders to apply inspiring leadership in building organizational citizenship behavior in Islamic boarding schools. This research uses a qualitative approach using the natural environment as a direct data source, with data collection techniques through literature studies and documents and structured interviews. Data analysis techniques by collecting data, reducing or sorting data, exposing data, drawing conclusions, and verifying the validity of data using triangulation techniques. Research findings show that leaders' efforts to apply Inspiring Leadership in Building Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Islamic boarding schools are: taking initiatives, strengthening organizations, acting as role models, and visionaries, building strong and productive communication, developing potential, collaborative practices, and teamwork, building emotional relationships, and innovation. Abstract

One of the problems in education that is very influential is due to a decrease in interest in learning from students. The interest in learning students is very crucial and solutions must be found. Because the interest of students will greatly affect the learning achievement of students. Especially in mathematics, English, and general material that some students have difficulty understanding. This study aims to examine "The Influence of the Mind Mapping Learning Method on the Interest in Learning Mathematics of Students in Class IV Multiplication Material MI Nurul Huda" using quantitative research methods of ordinal data types with a Correlative Associative quantitative approach. The data collection technique that the researchers used was a questionnaire to be filled out by all respondents as many as 30 students, then the results of the questionnaire were inputted to Microsoft Exel and inputted into SPSS 16 to find out whether the data was valid or not and carried out a reliability test. The results showed a significant influence between the Mind Mapping Learning Method on the interest in learning mathematics as evidenced by Approx. Sig. is less than the calculated value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The research method used is a qualitative approach, case study type. This research activity places more emphasis on concepts and processes. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, to analyze the data using the Miles and Huberman method of analysis, namely data reduction, data display and verification. With this method, it is hoped that researchers will obtain accurate data. The results of this research show that (1) The form of change in the religious character of society through the lens of cultural diffusion. Case study of the spread of religious values in Taman village, Sumbermalang subdistrict, Situbondo district, seen in terms of (a) education and learning (b) ethical changes (c) participation in religious activities (d) social and moral changes. (2) The inhibiting and supporting factors in changing the religious character of society through the lens of cultural diffusion, case study: the spread of religious values in Taman village, Sumbermalang subdistrict, Situbondo district. Inhibiting factors are (a) social tension and conflict (b) negative community response. Abstract

This study aims to examine the Service Qualiti Control in the Development of Arabic Language Learning in the Excellent Languange Region of Zaid bin Tsabit, using qualitative research methods of case study types with observational data collection techniques, interviews, and documentation. To obtain sufficient and clear data in accordance with research problems. Learning Arabic is one of the most important languages to learn and understand in order to understand Islam in depth, by understanding Arabic and being able to communicate using Arabic will make it easier for students to get additional knowledge from someone who conveys their knowledge using Arabic. Arabic has also been included in the international language category. Based on the results of this study, the service quality control used by the Zaid bin Tsabit region towards the development of Arabic language learning towards excellent languange using linguistic elements and skills / skills. In the linguistic element we divide it again into three, namely: mufrodat / vocabulary, understanding ma'na, nahu and tasrif. Likewise, in the element of skill / ability, then we have four stages that we do, namely: maharoh istima', maharoh kalam maharoh qiroah and maharoh kitabah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and understand building effective communication with the community to create a reciprocal relationship between the community and the institution MA Nurul Wahid Besuk, Probolinggo. This research uses a qualitative approach type of case study. The results showed that MA Nurul Wahid builds effective communication with the community through five components, namely: Commite As Liaison, which is an institution in collaboration with the madrasah committee to become a liaison to the community; Mapping Calss Group, which is a medium for interaction between teacher council guardians and parents; Social Service, namely to build the image of the institution, trust and good relations with the community; Home Visite, namely social activities carried out by institutions to improve effective communication with the community. By making a direct visit to the parent's home; Social Media, is media used by institutions to facilitate dissemination of information to the public. This research has implications for the importance of institutions building effective communication with the community to create reciprocal relationships, thus impacting public trust and public loyalty.

Abstract

Education is a necessity for everyone to improve the quality of human resources. As a means of supporting education, the pattern of leadership plays an important role in its implementation. In supporting quality cadres, good quality teacher performance is needed. In this regard, charismatic leadership is an effort to build the quality of teacher performance. All educational institutions certainly want the quality of the performance of existing teachers to continue to improve, one of those is the Ulya Formal Diniyah Education in Pesantren Nurul Jadid which is the object of this research. This research is a field research using a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that as an effort to build teacher performance quality, a clear and targeted vision and mission is implemented, quality learning sistems and strategies, intense training and evaluation of teacher performance and maximum charismatic leadership patterns. It was also found that the head of Ulya Diniyah Formal Education is a charismatic leader with democratic characteristics, puts forward one vision, confident, sensitive to the environment and an agent of change. Thus, this has a significant impact on the quality of teacher performance which is expected to continue to improve and develop by complying with and respecting the policies brought by the leader.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are religious educational institutions that are characteristic of Indonesia. Kiai as the highest leader in the Islamic boarding school is expected to be able to increase the reputation of the Islamic boarding school that has been nurtured. The purpose of this study was to determine Kiai's framing in improving Nurul Qodim Islamic boarding school. The method used in this study is qualitative (Naturalistic) obtained from several resource persons, Data collection techniques in this study are carried out circularly using three methods, namely; 1) participant observation; 2) In-depth interviews. The results of this research Framing Interpersonal Kyai can improve the reputation of Islamic boarding schools with the following steps: explore content dimensions related to the topics of passion, commitment, and closeness to describe the relationship dimensions related to dominance - submissiveness, affiliation-disaffiliation and procedural records of participants' speeches, highlighting human society and other positive activities both directly and on social media, Educating the community with easily digestible and correct contextualization, utilizing geopolitics, positive activities, and community reality at all economic levels, promoting rituals of smiles, greetings, and direct action when needed by the community, Seeking the growth of positive public attitudes and images towards institutions.

Abstract

The principal as a leader has a big impact on customer satisfaction. Some institutions do not decline due to the leadership of the principal who does not provide satisfaction. As a school principal, several roles and functions can be performed and it is expected that a principal can be responsible and provide expertise to customers. Both to students, guardians, some fellow teachers, and the surrounding community. This research uses qualitative methods of case study type to understand the principal's strategy as a Leader in increasing customer satisfaction of SD Insan Terpadu Paiton Probolinggo and MIN 1 Probolinggo through Customer Intimacy. Data were obtained through interviews with principals, students, fellow teachers, observations at the research site, and document analysis, then analyzed. The results of the research are the principal's strategy as a leader in increasing customer satisfaction of SD Insan Terpadu Paiton and MIN 1 Probolinggo through customer intimacy as follows, conducting Open Communication, Active Participation, Conflict Management, Quality Education Program Development and Evaluation and Feedback.
