Abstract

The principal as a leader has a big impact on customer satisfaction. Some institutions do not decline due to the leadership of the principal who does not provide satisfaction. As a school principal, several roles and functions can be performed and it is expected that a principal can be responsible and provide expertise to customers. Both to students, guardians, some fellow teachers, and the surrounding community. This research uses qualitative methods of case study type to understand the principal's strategy as a Leader in increasing customer satisfaction of SD Insan Terpadu Paiton Probolinggo and MIN 1 Probolinggo through Customer Intimacy. Data were obtained through interviews with principals, students, fellow teachers, observations at the research site, and document analysis, then analyzed. The results of the research are the principal's strategy as a leader in increasing customer satisfaction of SD Insan Terpadu Paiton and MIN 1 Probolinggo through customer intimacy as follows, conducting Open Communication, Active Participation, Conflict Management, Quality Education Program Development and Evaluation and Feedback.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Optimization of Education Quality through Academic Service Strategy at Nurul Jadid High School with a focus on learning aspects, facilities, and infrastructure. Using qualitative descriptive methods, this research reveals that SMA Nurul Jadid excels in providing academic services, especially in early and formal learning. As part of the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School, Nurul Jadid High School strives to provide superior educational services by involving foreign educators and providing supporting facilities. Student academic achievement indicates the school's strong academic services, contributing to student satisfaction and performance. Teachers play a central role in the learning process, and extracurricular activities provide opportunities for the development of additional skills and social relationships. In addition, quality facilities and infrastructure contribute to a conducive learning environment. Although SMA Nurul Jadid has provided excellent academic services, there is potential for improvement, especially in increasing teacher professionalism.

Abstract

The problems that occur in education will never end, especially in terms of character education. Because character becomes a measure of good and bad for someone in behavior. The application of the pesantren character education system is unique and different from each other. This then becomes quite an interesting thing to research. The purpose of this study is to analyze the process of internalizing role models in forming independent characters in Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School and Nurul Qadim Islamic Boarding School. This study used a phenomenological qualitative approach with a multi-site design, to answer the above questions. Research data is speech produced by researchers during the process of collecting data at the research location through observation, interviews, and documentation. The result of this study is that in forming an independent character in Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School and Nurul Qadim Islamic Boarding School through several processes such as being obliged to live in the pesantren, mingling the management with the students, making friends as models, limiting student meetings with family by the management at Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School and Nurul Qadim Islamic Boarding School. The difference between Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School and Nurul Qadim Islamic Boarding School lies in the management placement system and student attachment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat pemahaman siswi MA Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo terhadap konsep keuangan digital dan mengevaluasi efektivitas program literasi keuangan digital yang sedang berjalan. Generasi muda dan generasi milenial sebagai bagian dari generasi yang tumbuh dalam era digital, memiliki akses yang luas terhadap layanan keuangan digital seperti e-wallet, perbankan online, dan aplikasi investasi. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dengan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus dengan melibatkan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa sosialisasi, simulasi, dan evaluasi yang melibatkan 20 siswi MA Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo. Kegiatan ini dirancang untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai keuangan digital, praktik penggunaan teknologi keuangan, serta evaluasi pemahaman sebelum dan sesudah sosialisasi. Hasil Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, sekitar 85% siswi melaporkan pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai konsep dasar keuangan digital, termasuk apa itu dompet digital, aplikasi fintech, dan berbagai jenis layanan perbankan digital. Siswi yang awalnya hanya memahami sedikit atau tidak paham sama sekali mengenai keuangan digital kini memiliki pemahaman yang lebih mendalam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang peran narasi positif dalam komunikasi antara sekolah dan masyarakat di era transformasi digital dengan tujuan memahami bagaimana narasi tersebut dapat membangun hubungan yang harmonis, meningkatkan keterlibatan, serta menciptakan kepercayaan di lingkungan pendidikan. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa narasi positif berfungsi sebagai alat strategis untuk memperkuat kepercayaan dan keterlibatan, namun efektivitasnya sangat bergantung pada keseimbangan antara keaslian, transparansi, dan inklusivitas dalam komunikasi. Narasi yang tidak autentik atau terlalu optimis cenderung menimbulkan ketidakpercayaan di kalangan audiens yang semakin kritis. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti pentingnya aksesibilitas teknologi dalam memastikan keterlibatan masyarakat secara menyeluruh. Implikasi dari penelitian ini mencakup kebutuhan untuk mengintegrasikan strategi narasi yang otentik dengan dukungan teknologi yang inklusif dalam membangun komunikasi sekolah-masyarakat yang lebih baik. Hasil ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan teori komunikasi digital dengan menekankan interaksi antara teknologi, narasi, dan konteks lokal dalam membangun hubungan yang produktif. Untuk penelitian mendatang, direkomendasikan pendekatan multidisipliner dengan melibatkan variasi demografis yang lebih luas untuk memperluas generalisasi temuan.
