Abstract

Determinasi Keunggulan Kompetitif: Analisis Pengambilan Keputusan Strategik, Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dan Pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi Menentukan Keunggulan Kompetitif: Analisis Strategik Pengambilan Keputusan, Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, dan Pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi Artikel ini merupakan sebuah kajian ilmiah yang mengangkat tema dalam ranah Manajemen Strategik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menjadi penentu keunggulan bersaing dengan fokus pada tiga elemen penting: pengambilan keputusan strategis, manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM), dan pemanfaatan sistem informasi. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan-perusahaan manufaktur skala menengah di Indonesia yang tengah menghadapi tantangan dari transformasi digital dan tingginya intensitas persaingan global. Dalam kajian ini, pendekatan kuantitatif diterapkan, menggunakan metode survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada manajer dan kepala unit yang relevan. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis melalui teknik regresi berganda untuk mengukur pengaruh masing-masing variabel terhadap keunggulan bersaing perusahaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pengambilan Keputusan Strategik memiliki pengaruh terhadap Keunggulan Kompetitif; 2) Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia turut berkontribusi terhadap Keunggulan Kompetitif; dan 3) Pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi juga berpengaruh positif terhadap Keunggulan Kompetitif.

Abstract

Pengaruh Kebijakan Lingkungan, Inovasi Teknologi dan Kualitas Layanan terhadap Strategi Dinamika Pasar adalah artikel ilmiah studi pustaka dalam ruang lingkup bidang ilmu manajemen stratejik. Tujuan artikel ini membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel yang akan digunakan pada riset selanjutnya. Objek riset pada pustaka online, Google Scholar, Mendeley dan media online akademik lainnya.  Metode riset dengan library risearch bersumber dari e-book dan open access e-journal. Analisis deskriftif kualitatif.  Hasil artikel ini: 1) Kebijakan Lingkungan berpengaruh terhadap Strategi Dinamika Pasar;  2) Inovasi Teknologi berpengaruh terhadap Strategi Dinamika Pasar; dan 3) Kualitas Layanan berpengaruh terhadap Strategi Dinamika Pasar.

Abstract

Peranan Disiplin kerja dan Kompensasi untuk kinerja karyawan. Tujuan untuk menganalisa apakah disiplin kerja dan kompensasi dapat berperan meningkatkan kinerja pada karyawan. Metode penulisan artikel ilmiah ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode library research, yang bersumber dari media online seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley, dan media online lainnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah : 1) Disiplin Kerja berperan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; 2) Kompensasi berperan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Selain dari 2 variabel exogen ini yang mempengaruhi variabel endogen Kinerja Karyawan masih banyak faktor lain diantaranya adalah lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja, motivasi.

Abstract

Literature Review Determinasi Kepuasan Kerja : Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja adalah artikel ilmiah. Tujuan untuk menganalisa apakah motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja dapat berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur (literature review) untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis hubungan antara motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah : 1) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja; 2) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Selain dari 2 variabel exogen ini yang mempengaruhi variabel endogen Kepuasan Kerja masih banyak faktor lain diantaranya adalah beban kerja, disiplin kerja, kepemimpinan.

Abstract

Giving Food Complementary breast milk (MPASI) is crucial in growth and development of a child. However, in working parents’ context, success?? Providing complementary food often faces problems various challenges, especially limitations time and access information. This article aiming For to study role education nutrition and access digital information on success giving complementary food to parents working in Indonesia. The method used is study library with approach Systematic Literature Review (SLR), with source article from Google Scholar, Mendeley, and journals academic relevant others. Study results show that education nutrition plays an important role in increasing parental knowledge and skills? in preparing appropriate MPASI standard. While accessing digital information becomes tool help strategic for parents? Work in to obtain information in a way flexible and efficient. This article formulates two main hypotheses for study next: (1) education nutrition plays a positive role to success provision of complementary foods, and (2) access to digital information also has a positive role to success of MPASI. Findings This emphasize importance integration between educational strategies and utilization technology information in intervention health child age early in Indonesia.

Abstract

Detection of cancer is very difficult and need more concern in the field of medical. This paper studies the various causes, types, symptoms of cancer. The main objective of this paper is to design an efficient and effective approach to detect the cancer using image processing. The research proposed an improved hybrid approach for detection and segmentation. The research work includes improvement of microscopic image, then segmentation of cells, extract the features of cancer and then at the final stage it described the classification step. After using different approaches and review several previous approaches this technique used an efficient and appropriate method to design a proposed framework.

Abstract

Method that is use to optimize the criterion efficiency that depend on the previous experience is known as machine learning. By using the statistics theory it creates the mathematical model, and its major work is to surmise from the examples gave. To take the data straightforwardly from the information the approach uses computational methods. For recognize and identify the disease correctly a pattern is very necessary in Diagnosis recognition of disease. for creating the different models machine learning is used, this model can use for prediction of output and this output is depend on the input that is related to the data which previously used. For curing any disease it is very important to identify and detect that disease. For classify the disease classification algorithms are used. It uses are many dimensionality reduction algorithms and classification algorithms. Without externally modified the computer can learn with the help of the machine learning. For taking the best fit from the observation set the hypothesis is selected. Multi dimensional and high dimensional are used in machine learning. By using machine learning automatic and classy algorithms can build.

Abstract

Hypertension is a common health condition among elderly individuals, requiring careful management through antihypertensive medications. However, the use of these medications in older adults raises concerns about the safety and prevalence of side effects, which can significantly impact their quality of life and adherence to treatment. This study aims to analyze the safety of antihypertensive medication use in elderly patients by evaluating the prevalence of common side effects, identifying potential drug interactions, and exploring factors influencing treatment success. A mixed-methods approach was used, combining quantitative data from structured surveys and clinical records with qualitative insights from semi-structured interviews with patients and healthcare providers. The results revealed that dizziness, fatigue, and hypotension were the most common side effects, with a prevalence of 25%, 18%, and 15%, respectively. Older patients and those with comorbid conditions such as diabetes were found to be more prone to these side effects. The study also identified the importance of personalized treatment approaches, with healthcare providers emphasizing regular monitoring, medication adjustments, and patient education as key strategies to mitigate risks. These findings underscore the need for tailored antihypertensive therapy in elderly patients, considering individual characteristics and potential side effects. The study highlights the critical role of healthcare providers in managing these medications safely and effectively, ensuring better outcomes for elderly patients with hypertension. Future research should focus on larger, longitudinal studies to assess long-term effects and explore alternative treatment options that minimize adverse reactions.

Abstract

Microbial proteases play an important role in various medical applications, especially in the wound healing process. Their proteolytic activity allows the breakdown of proteins involved in the inflammatory process and tissue regeneration. This study aims to review the role of microbial proteolytic activity in wound healing and explore the application of computational studies to predict the effectiveness of proteases in wound therapy. Molecular modeling and in silico prediction are used to identify potential proteases that are efficient in improving wound healing. This study also includes an analysis of the mechanism of action of proteases on biological molecules in wounds, as well as the challenges and prospects of using microbial proteases in modern medical therapy.

Abstract

Wound infection is a serious clinical challenge, mainly due to increasing antibiotic resistance and biofilm formation by pathogenic microorganisms. Protease enzymes produced by various microorganisms, especially bacteria, have shown potential in decomposing necrotic tissues, destroying biofilms, and enhancing the efficacy of other antimicrobial agents. The literature shows that microorganisms such as Bacillus subtilis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Streptomyces spp. produce proteases with significant pharmacological activities. The application of these enzymes in topical formulations, bioactive wound dressings, and combination therapies has become the focus of research in the fields of pharmaceuticals and medical biotechnology. This article aims to review the characteristics of protease-producing microorganisms, the mechanism of action of enzymes in the wound disinfection process, and the challenges and prospects of their future applications. This review is expected to be a scientific basis for the development of biotechnology-based wound therapy.
