Abstract

Production theory in Islamic economics is a concept that regulates production activities based on sharia principles with the aim of creating benefits, justice, and community welfare. In contrast to conventional production theories that are oriented towards profit maximization, production in Islam places moral values, ethics, and social responsibility as integral parts of the production and distribution process. This research aims to analyze the concept of Islamic production theory, production costs, and distribution mechanisms from an Islamic economic perspective. The research uses a qualitative approach with the library research method. Data was obtained from various secondary sources in the form of scientific journals, books, regulations, and literature related to Islamic economics, then analyzed using content analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the production process in Islam must be based on the principles of halal, justice, efficiency, and sustainability by utilizing resources optimally without causing environmental damage or exploitation of labor. The cost of production is seen as an economic sacrifice that must be managed efficiently and transparently, while distribution is directed to realize the equitable distribution of welfare through a mechanism that is fair and free from the practice of usury, gharar, and monopoly. Thus, Islamic production theory provides an economic paradigm that is not only oriented towards the achievement of profits, but also on social responsibility, business sustainability, and the achievement of Islamic sharia goals (maqāṣid al-shari'ah).

Abstract

The development of the Islamic finance industry in Indonesia has encouraged an increase in the use of various sharia-based financial instruments, such as the sharia capital market, sharia bonds (sukuk), and the strengthening of the operational system of sharia financial institutions. The presence of these instruments is an alternative in supporting development and investment financing in accordance with sharia principles. This research aims to analyze the concept of markets, bonds, sukuk, and operational systems of Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia and explain their characteristics and implementation in the Islamic financial system. The research uses a qualitative approach with the library research method. Data was obtained from various secondary sources in the form of scientific journals, books, regulations, fatwas of the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI), as well as official documents from the Financial Services Authority, Bank Indonesia, and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. Data is analyzed using content analysis  techniques to identify, classify, and interpret relevant information. The results of the study show that the Islamic financial market acts as an intermediary vehicle that supports the collection and distribution of funds based on sharia principles. Sukuk has different characteristics from conventional bonds because it is issued based on sharia contracts and is backed by the underlying asset, thus avoiding the elements of riba, gharar, and maysir. In addition, the operational system of Islamic financial institutions applies the principles of profit sharing, fairness, transparency, and risk sharing through various sharia contracts. Thus, the Islamic financial market, sukuk, and the operational system of Islamic financial institutions have a strategic role in strengthening financial system stability, increasing financial inclusion, and supporting equitable and sustainable national economic development.

Abstract

Islamic economic design theory is a conceptual framework that integrates sharia values in all economic activities with the aim of realizing fair, sustainable, and benefit-oriented welfare. This research aims to analyze the basic concepts of Islamic economic design theory, the principles that underlie it, and its implementation in building an economic system that is in accordance with Islamic values. The research uses a qualitative approach with the library research method. Data was obtained from various secondary sources, such as scientific journals, books, regulations, and literature related to Islamic economics, then analyzed using content analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the theory of Islamic economic design is built on the principles of monotheism, caliphate, justice ('adl), balance (tawazun), and benefit (maslahah) which are the basis in the system of production, distribution, consumption, and management of economic resources. In addition, the Islamic economic system rejects the practice of usury, gharar, and maysir, and encourages productive, transparent, and socially responsible economic activities. The implementation of this theory contributes to the creation of a more inclusive economic system, equitable distribution of income, community empowerment, and sustainable development. Thus, Islamic economic design theory offers a paradigm of economic development that is not only oriented towards growth, but also on achieving balanced welfare between material, social, moral, and spiritual aspects in accordance with the goals of Islamic sharia (maqāṣid al-syarī'ah).

Abstract

The concept of general balance and efficiency is an important element in the economic system because it is related to the optimization of resource allocation and the creation of community welfare. However, conventional economic approaches that are oriented towards market efficiency and profit maximization are considered not fully able to realize distributive justice, thus giving rise to various problems such as income inequality, speculation, and economic instability. This research aims to analyze the concept of general balance and efficiency in the perspective of sharia economics and explain its implementation in building a fair and sustainable economic system. The research uses a qualitative approach with the library research method. Data was obtained from various secondary sources in the form of scientific journals, books, regulations, and documents relevant to sharia economics, then analyzed using content analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the concept of general equilibrium in the Islamic economy is not only oriented towards the balance between demand and supply, but also emphasizes the principles of justice ('adl), benefits (maslahah), equitable distribution of wealth, and the linkage between the financial sector and the real sector. Efficiency in the sharia economy is not solely measured by the achievement of economic benefits, but also by the system's ability to realize social welfare, maintain economic stability, and fulfill sharia goals (maqashid sharia). Thus, sharia economics offers a more comprehensive approach in creating economic balance and efficiency that is oriented towards sustainability and the benefit of society.

Abstract

Humans have been using money as a tool for transactions for a long time. The money that has been used as the official currency since the time of the Prophet Muhammad and was passed on by the caliphs after him for centuries is the gold dinar and silver dirham. This paper aims to lay out the concept of money according to Islamic economics. For this purpose, the normative legal study method is used in its writing. Among the findings of this study is that in the perspective of Islamic economics, money is everything that is generally accepted and issued by an authorized financial institution as a medium of exchange and a measure and store of value. In addition, the use of gold dinar and silver dirhams is not a religious obligation, but history proves that the two currencies are very stable and not subject to inflation like paper money. According to the Islamic economic perspective, money has three functions, namely as a medium of exchange, as a unit of calculation or measure of value, and as a store of value if money is made of gold and silver. In the financial sector, Islam has many provisions, such as the use of money as a measuring tool for nisab and zakat rates, dowry, kaffarah, nisab cut off hands for thieves, diyat, and jizyah.

Abstract

Sharia Pawnshop is one of the non-bank financial institutions that provides financing services based on sharia principles through the application of rahn and ijarah contracts. This research aims to analyze the financing system and mechanism in Sharia Pawnshops and identify the sharia principles applied in each financing process. The research uses a qualitative approach with the library research method. Data was obtained from various secondary sources, including scientific journals, books, fatwas of the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI), regulations of the Financial Services Authority, and official documents related to Sharia Pawnshops. Data analysis is carried out using content analysis  techniques through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the Sharia Pawnshop financing system is implemented transparently through the stages of financing application, collateral valuation, contract implementation, fund disbursement, storage of collateral, to repayment or auction in accordance with sharia provisions. All of these mechanisms prioritize the principles of justice, benefit, and freedom from the elements of usury, gharar, and maysir. Thus, Sharia Pawnshops are an alternative financing that is safe, accessible, and in accordance with Islamic economic values in supporting the increase of Islamic financial inclusion in Indonesia.

This study aims to analyze the form of synergy between teachers and parents in dealing with speech delay in children aged 3–4 years. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was obtained through observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and parents, and documentation of child development. Data analysis is carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the success of handling speech delay is influenced by intensive communication between teachers and parents, consistency in providing language stimulation at school and at home, the use of educational media, and collaboration with professionals when needed. The main obstacles include limited parental time, low understanding of speech delay, and excessive use of gadgets. This study confirms that planned, sustainable, and child-based collaboration is able to improve the development of language skills optimally.
