Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine how digital marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), and brand loyalty influence purchasing decisions made on the XYZ e-commerce platform. This is due to the increasing competition in the e-commerce industry, which demands companies to understand the components that influence consumer decisions. By using e-commerce, digital marketing and CRM become two important strategies to enhance interaction and build long-term relationships with customers. Meanwhile, brand loyalty serves to encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty towards the brand. For this research, we used a survey method involving 200 active XYZ e-commerce users. The influence of each variable on purchasing decisions was determined through multiple regression data analysis. The research results show that Brand Loyalty has a stronger and more significant influence on customer purchasing decisions, while Digital Marketing and CRM have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. The results indicate that, to enhance brand loyalty and drive consistent purchasing decisions in XYZ e-commerce, digital marketing and CRM strategies must work well together.

Abstract

Four-wheeled vehicle sales are one indicator of the success of automotive companies in facing increasingly competitive business conditions. Outlet and promotional factors are important elements that can influence consumer purchasing decisions, thus impacting sales levels. This study aims to analyze the influence of outlets and promotions on four-wheeled vehicle sales. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to consumers who purchased four-wheeled vehicles at the dealerships being studied. Data analysis techniques used validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination. The results show that outlets have a positive and significant effect on four-wheeled vehicle sales, with an influence of 83.9% on sales and an influence of promotions of 83.9% on sales levels. Promotions also proved to have a positive and significant effect on sales. Simultaneously, outlets and promotions have a significant influence on increasing four-wheeled vehicle sales. These findings indicate that the availability of strategic outlets, adequate facilities, good service quality, and effective promotional activities can increase consumer interest and purchasing decisions. Therefore, companies need to optimize outlet management and promotional strategies to increase competitiveness and achieve sales targets

Abstract

This study examines the effects of organizational culture and transformational leadership on employee performance, with work motivation as a mediating variable, at the Tax Office for Corporate and Foreign Individual Taxpayers. A quantitative survey was conducted involving 100 employees selected from a population of 136 employees through simple random sampling. The data were measured using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed with Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling using SmartPLS 4. The results show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work motivation. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant direct effect on employee performance but does not significantly affect work motivation. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The mediation test indicates that work motivation partially mediates the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance, whereas it does not mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening shared organizational values and maintaining transformational leadership practices, while developing additional reward, career development, and supportive-work-environment mechanisms to sustain employee motivation and performance.
