Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategy of optimizing murabahah financing at KSPPS BMT Nusa Ummat, Pragaan District, Sumenep Regency. Murabahah financing is one of the important instruments in Islamic finance that is widely used to support micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). However, in its implementation, there are various challenges that can affect the effectiveness of the financing, such as credit risk and suboptimal management. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that effective optimization strategies include strengthening risk management, improving service quality, and applying technology in operational processes. By implementing this strategy, it is hoped that KSPPS BMT Nusa Ummat can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of murabahah financing, as well as contribute more to local economic development.

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively analyze the implementation of the murabahah contract as an effective financing alternative at KSPPS NURI East Java Pasean Branch and its contribution in supporting the economic growth of its members. The murabahah contract, which is one of the main products in Islamic finance, offers financing solutions that are in accordance with sharia principles. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method, where data is collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of the murabahah contract at KSPPS NURI East Java Pasean Branch is going well and has had a positive impact on improving the economy of members, especially in terms of the development of micro and small businesses. However, there are still challenges in terms of risk management and member education related to this contract. Therefore, further optimization strategies are needed to ensure sustainability and increased benefits for cooperative members.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the procedure for guaranteeing claims for People's Business Credit (KUR) and the effectiveness of its implementation in PT. Jamkrindo Pamekasan Branch in supporting the smooth financing of micro businesses. KUR is one of the important instruments in supporting economic growth, especially for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). As a guarantor institution, PT. Jamkrindo has a crucial role in ensuring that credit risk can be minimized so that financial institutions are more confident in distributing KUR. This study uses a descriptive approach. Qualitative if with case study methods. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies related to the claims procedure and the implementation of the guarantee. The results of the study show that the KUR claim guarantee procedure at PT.  Jamkrindo Pamekasan Branch has been running well, although there are several obstacles in terms of coordination with distributing financial institutions. The effective implementation of this procedure has proven to support the smooth financing of micro-enterprises, but improvements are still needed in terms of the speed of the claims process and increased socialization to partners. Thus, imalization in procedures and implementation can further strengthen the role of PT. Jamkrindo in supporting the growth of MSMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively analyze the marketing and financing strategy of the Rahn contract (pawn) as the main instrument in increasing the profitability and competitiveness of KSPPS NURI in the Islamic financial market. In the context of increasingly fierce competition in the Islamic finance industry, it is important for KSPPS to adopt effective strategies to maintain and improve its position in the market. Akad Rahn, as one of the leading products in sharia financing, offers great potential in creating a stable source of income while attracting consumer interest. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method at KSPPS NURI. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis related to the implementation of Rahn's marketing and financing strategies. The results of the study show that the structured marketing strategy and synergy with Rahn's financing significantly increase the profitability of KSPPS NURI. In addition, the effective implementation of the Rahn contract also contributes to increasing the competitiveness of cooperatives in the Islamic finance market. However, the study also found some challenges, such as the need for innovation in products and improved service quality to maintain the sustainability of competitive advantage. Therefore, a sustainable strategy is needed to ensure the growth and sustainability of KSPPS NURI in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the pattern of zakat utilization is applied in LAZISMU, which is also a model applied in the empowerment of mustahik. With a trusted, professional, and transparent work culture, the Muhammadiyah Amil Zakat Infaq and Shadaqah Institution (LAZISMU) Pamekasan Regency is trying to develop itself into a trusted Zakat Institution. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method, where the data analysis technique used in this study is data reduction, where all data and information obtained are sorted first before being outlined in the research discussion. The results of the study show that there is a need to maximize training and coaching programs to improve the economy of Duafa. In the utilization of zakat, LAZISMU, in addition to distributing it itself, also always optimizes the Assembly, Institutions, and Ortom within Muhammadiyah so that it has a wider impact on the beneficiaries and the programs are more varied.

Abstract

The main focus of this study is to evaluate the factors that affect customer loyalty and identify effective strategies for increasing customer satisfaction and attachment to deposit products. The qualitative research approach was used with a case study method at BMT-UGT Sidogiri Pamekasan Branch. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with customers, satisfaction surveys, and document analysis related to deposit management policies and practices. Data analysis is carried out descriptively to identify the main factors that affect customer loyalty, such as service quality, product benefits, and effective communication. The results show that several factors contribute significantly to strengthening customer loyalty, including satisfactory service, loyalty programs, and transparency in product information. In addition, a good communication strategy between BMT-UGT Sidogiri and customers has also been proven to increase satisfaction and loyalty. However, there are challenges such as the need for improved product features and responsiveness to customer feedback. This research provides insight into how BMT-UGT Sidogiri Pamekasan Branch can strengthen customer loyalty to deposit products through an integrated strategy that focuses on customer satisfaction. The recommendations provided are expected to help financial institutions in increasing customer engagement and achieving long-term success.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of sharia-based financial strategies through deposit products with wadiah contracts at BMT NU, as well as evaluate the benefits and challenges faced in its implementation. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study on BMT NU, involving data collection through in-depth interviews with managers and customers, as well as document analysis related to wadiah deposit management policies and practices. Data analysis was carried out descriptively to identify factors that affect the effectiveness of the implementation of wadiah contracts and their impact on customer satisfaction. The results of the study show that the implementation of deposits with wadiah contracts at BMT NU offers various benefits, including legal certainty and protection of customer deposits. The wadiah contract allows financial institutions to maintain and manage customer funds with the principle of trust without the risk of usury. However, there are challenges such as the need to improve customer understanding of the principle of wadiah and manage expectations related to returns. This research provides insight into how sharia-based financial strategies, especially deposit products with wadiah contracts, can be effectively applied in sharia financial institutions. These findings are expected to help BMT NU and similar institutions in increasing the application of sharia products and maximizing their benefits for customers and the institution itself.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the understanding and implementation of the Qordul Hasan contract on Lazizma products at KSPPS BMT NU Ketapang Branch, as well as evaluate aspects of sharia and financial management to improve compliance with sharia principles. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study at the KSPPS BMT NU Ketapang Branch. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with managers, staff, and customers involved in Lazizma's products, as well as document analysis related to policies and procedures for the implementation of the Qordul Hasan contract. The data analysis technique was carried out descriptively to identify the level of understanding of the Qordul Hasan contract, evaluate the implementation from a Sharia perspective, and assess the effectiveness of financial management in maintaining compliance. The results of the study show that the understanding of the Qordul Hasan contract at KSPPS BMT NU Ketapang Branch is generally good, with implementation following sharia principles. This contract provides benefits in the form of interest-free loans that ease the burden on customers. However, there are several challenges in its implementation, including the need to increase education about this contract and improve managerial procedures to make it more efficient. This research provides important insights on how the understanding and implementation of the Qordul Hasan contract can be improved to improve sharia compliance in Islamic financial institutions. This finding is expected to help KSPPS BMT NU Ketapang Branch in optimizing the implementation of the Qordul Hasan contract and increasing customer satisfaction and compliance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of service strategies in increasing member satisfaction at the KSPPS NURI Pakong Branch. A good service strategy is key to maintaining and increasing member satisfaction, which in turn can strengthen loyalty and trust in the institution. This study uses a descriptive approach with a qualitative method, where data is collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the implementation of the service strategy at KSPPS NURI Pakong Branch has been quite effective in increasing member satisfaction. This is reflected in the improvement in the quality of interaction between officers and members, the speed of service, and the ease of accessing services. However, there are still several aspects that need to be improved, such as service consistency and improving human resource competence. These findings provide insight for KSPPS NURI to continue to improve and optimize its service strategy to achieve higher member satisfaction.

Abstract

References are used to show that the author has conducted sufficient research and obtained an adequate understanding of the topic being studied. References are also used to support arguments and claims made by the author, thus helping to strengthen the quality of the scientific work. One of the reference management Software that can be used for writing references in a scientific work is Mendeley. Mendeley is a reference management Software that can help authors import, manage, and include references in scientific works efficiently and accurately. Participants in this activity were fourth and sixth semester students of the Mathematics Education study program at Muhammadiyah University of Bone. Based on the community service activity that has been carried out, it can be concluded that education on citation management for students can increase their understanding of using Mendeley by more than 90%.
