Abstract

Penerapan sebuah metode pembelajaran al-Qur`an pada lembaga pendidikan Islam merupakan sesuatu yang mutlak adanya, sementara pengembangan metode-metode pembelajaran al-Qur`an di Indonesia saat ini begitu pesat, ini menunjukkan kesadaran dan gairah masyarakat akan pentingnya mengaji dan mengkaji kitab suci al-Qur`an semakin baik dan senantiasa diupayakan agar terus dikembangkan. Para pakar al-Qur`an telah berupaya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan tuntutan masyarakat akan hal tersebut, sehingga penelitian mengenai metode pembelajaran al-Qur`an telah banyak dilakukan dan cukup menarik perhatian bagi kalangan praktisi pendidikan. Oleh karena itu, kami mengangkat “Pendampingan Metode Cepat dan Mudah Membaca Al-Qur`an dengan Menggunakan MetodeWahdah, Kitabah, Sima’I, dan Talaqqi di desa Batubintang Kecamatan Batumarmar” sebagai program unggulan di bidang pendidikan al-Qur`an. Tujuan utama dari porgram ini, meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran dengan adanya pendampingan dan mengembangkan profesionalisme pendidik. Pendekatan yang dilakukan meliputi, pendekatan partisipatif, penyuluhan, pendampingan, dan integrative. Tahapan yang kami lakukan mulai dari observasi, wawancara, dan catatan lapangan. Dari program unggulan ini, dengan menggunakan metode sima'i sangat membantu mereka dalam memperbaiki pelafalan, metode wahdah sangat efektif dalam membantu mereka mengingat dan membaca ayat-ayat dengan lebih lancar, latihan menulis dengan kitabah, metode talaqqi yang dilakukan secara intensif membantu mereka memperbaiki kesalahan yang sebelumnya sering mereka lakukan, peserta yang awalnya merasa kurang percaya diri kini menunjukkan kemampuan membaca yang lebih baik dan lebih percaya diri dalam melafalkan ayat-ayat al-Qur`an.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui langkah optimalisasi promosi, harga, dan lokasi terhadap minat beli konsumen pada Batik Semarang 16. Yang mana dalam penelitian ini muncul dengan konsep workshop mengenai digital marketing. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data primer yaitu melalui wawancara kepada owner dari batik Semarang 16 dan beberapa peserta workshop yang kemudian dijadikan responden. Sementara data lainnya menggunakan studi literatur sebagai data sekunder sesuai keperluan penelitian. Hasil workshop penelitian yang mendalam menunjukkan bahwa meskipun promosi melalui digital marketing di platform-platform populer seperti Instagram dan website telah diterapkan secara luas, metode ini belum sepenuhnya efektif dalam meningkatkan minat beli konsumen secara signifikan. Selain faktor promosi, berbagai elemen lain, seperti penetapan harga yang kompetitif dan lokasi strategis dari produk atau layanan yang ditawarkan, juga berperan penting dalam mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen. Analisis data penjualan yang dilakukan selama periode tertentu menunjukkan adanya fluktuasi yang cukup mencolok dalam angka penjualan sepanjang tahun, dengan penjualan tertinggi tercatat pada bulan Maret dan terendah pada bulan Juli. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa terdapat faktor-faktor musiman atau peristiwa khusus, seperti hari raya, festival belanja atau adanya bazaar yang secara langsung memengaruhi minat beli konsumen, sehingga perlu diperhatikan dalam strategi pemasaran ke depan.

Abstract

This study aims to identify obstacles faced by teachers in implementing digital learning media, develop an effective mentoring program to improve teacher competence, evaluate the impact of mentoring on learning quality, and provide recommendations to stakeholders to support the implementation of digital learning media in a sustainable manner. The research method used is mixed methods with quantitative and qualitative approaches. Data were collected through surveys, in-depth interviews, and observations with teachers from various levels of education. Quantitative data was analysed using descriptive and inferential statistics, while qualitative data was analysed using thematic analysis techniques to dig deeper into teachers' experiences and perceptions. The results showed that the main obstacles faced by teachers include limited access to technology, lack of adequate training, and resistance to change. The mentoring program designed in this study, including intensive training based on the TPACK model and ongoing guidance, proved effective in improving teachers' competence in using digital learning media. An evaluation of the impact of mentoring showed significant improvements in the quality of learning, such as more creative and interactive use of technology, and increased student motivation. This study recommends increasing technology infrastructure support, strengthening ongoing training programs, and collaboration between the government, schools, and education technology providers to ensure the sustainability of digital learning media implementation.

Abstract

Literasi menempati peran yang amat sangat krusial dalam kegiatan pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan. Menumbuhkembangkan budaya literasi adalah hal mutlak yang harus selalu digerakkan. Pondok pesantren sebagai salah satu lembaga pendidikan tertua di Indonesia memiliki peran penting dalam pembentukan karakter dan pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan di kalangan santri. diera modern ini, tantangan literasi di kalangan santri menghadapi permasalahan serius. Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) di Pondok Pesantren Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan minat baca dan menulis melalui serangkaian kegiatan edukatif yang dirancang secara khusus. Metode yang digunakan dalam program ini melibatkan partisipasi aktif santri melalui kegiatan berbasis interaksi langsung dan pemberian insentif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, survei, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam jumlah kunjungan ke perpustakaan, partisipasi dalam kegiatan literasi, serta peningkatan pemahaman santri tentang pentingnya literasi. Misalnya, jumlah kunjungan mingguan ke perpustakaan meningkat dari 50 menjadi 120 kunjungan, dan 85% santri mengaku lebih memahami manfaat literasi dalam kehidupan mereka. Program ini berhasil mencapai tujuan utamanya, yaitu menumbuhkan minat baca dan tulis di kalangan santri.

Abstract

Komite Sekolah merupakan salah satu lembaga mandiri yang mewadahi peran serta masyarakat dalam meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas pada satuan pendidikan, termasuk juga pada aspek pemerataan dan efesiensi pengelolaan pendidikan. Terdapat beberapa poin yang dijadikan sebagai tujuan dari pembentukan komite sekolah, di antaranya; 1) agar ada suatu organisasi masyarakat sekolah yang memiliki komitmen dan loyalitas, serta peduli terhadap peningkatan kualitas pendidikan; 2) Komite Sekolah yang sudah terbentuk dikembangkan secara khas dan berakar dari budaya, demografis, ekologis, nilai kesepakatan, serta kepercayaan yang dibangun sesuai dengan potensi masyarakat setempat (Pengembangan kekayaan filosofis masyarakat secara kolektif); 3) mengembangkan konsep yang berorientasi pada pengguna (client model), berbagi kewenangan (power sharing and advocacy model), serta kemitraan (partnership model) yang difokuskan pada peningkatan mutu Pendidikan. Proses pendampingan dan pengabdian menggunakan pendekatan Partisipatoty Action Research atau yang biasa disebut pendekatan PAR yang secara umum memiliki makna riset (penelitian) aksi, yakni proses penelitian yang diawali dengan tahap merencanakan, melakukan tindakan atau aksi, dan evaluasi dari hasil tindakan. Dengan uraian di atas diharapkan nantinya dapat ditemukan berbagai hal yang menjadi persoalan pokok dalam pelaksanaan program pendidikan, sekaligus dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan awal dalam mengantisipasi berbagai program yang hendak dilanjutkan yang nantinya dapat dilaksanakan berkesinambungan, sekaligus dapat menjadi awal dan dasar dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan yang berkualitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbahasa santri Pondok Pesantren Darul Lughah Wad Dirasat Islamiyah Pamekasan melalui program pendampingan dan penguatan yang diberikan kepada santri tingkat mutawassith, mengingat tingkatan ini merupakan tingkatan menengah dalam pembelajaran bahasa arab, sehingga membutuhkan pendampingan khusus agar keterampilan santri dapat cepat berkembang dan mencapai tingkatan diatasnya yaitu tingkat mutaqaddim. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR). Pendekatan PAR dipilih karena memungkinkan adanya kolaborasi aktif antara peneliti dan partisipan, dengan fokus pada pemberdayaan dan perubahan langsung. Proses penelitian dimulai dari mengidentifikasi masalah melalui observasi dan diskusi kelompok terarah, diikuti dengan perancangan program pendampingan yang berupa pelatihan intensif tentang metode pembelajaran yang lebih efektif. Kegiatan pendampingan ini melibatkan para ustadzah di tingkat mutawassith yang mana selama dan setelah program dilakukan observasi partisipatif dan sesi refleksi untuk mengevaluasi dampak dari pembinaan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan bahasa arab santri. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari keterampilan santri yang berkembang dari hari ke hari khususnya pada keterampilan kalam dan kitabah.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance the understanding and skills of secondary school teachers in teaching students with special needs in Solo City by implementing an adaptive inclusive curriculum. The research method employed is the Action Research-Based Community Service (ABC) approach, which involves designing an inclusive learning model, intensive training for teachers, and ongoing monitoring and evaluation. The study began with the development of a new curriculum tailored to meet the diverse needs of students with special needs, followed by training that included effective teaching strategies and inclusive classroom management techniques. The results of the study indicate that after the implementation of the new curriculum and training, there was a significant improvement in teachers' understanding and skills in teaching students with special needs. Monitoring and evaluation revealed that students with special needs experienced an increase in learning motivation and positive interactions with their peers. Moreover, the use of modern educational technology in the teaching and learning process also had a positive impact, making the learning experience more interactive and enjoyable. Although challenges remain, such as the need for continued support for teachers, this study contributes significantly to the development of inclusive education in Solo City and can serve as a model for other schools in Indonesia to improve educational practices for all children.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of structured training on improving students' soft skills at Mambaul Ulum Ponjanan Timur Islamic High School. Soft skills are non-academic skills that are very important in supporting students' success, both in education and social life. However, initial observations show that most students still have low soft skills, such as ineffective communication, weak teamwork, and lack of leadership and self-management skills. For this reason, intervention in the form of systematically and structurally designed training is needed. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design in the form of a pretest-posttest control group design. The sample consisted of two classes, namely the experimental group and the control group, each consisting of 30 students. The instrument used was a soft skill questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The experimental group received soft skill training for eight sessions, while the control group did not receive special treatment. The results showed a significant improvement in students' soft skills after undergoing structured training. The average post-test score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. The paired sample t-test and independent t-test showed a significance value of <0.05, with a large effect size value. These findings indicate that structured training is effective in improving students' soft skills overall.

Abstract

Women's fiqh assistance covers topics ranging from the definition of menstruation, puerperium, and istihadhah, to fiqh practices and applicable laws, carefully arranged to ensure that participants get complete and easy-to-understand information. The use of reference books such as  Fiqh An-Nisa as a reference helps participants understand complex topics more clearly. This assistance has a significant impact on participants' understanding of their daily fiqh practices, especially in the implementation of prayer, fasting, and other worship that are influenced by menstruation, puerperium, and istihadhah conditions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Tabarok financing from the perspective of mudharabah financing contracts at KSPPS Tabarok Shohibul Qorib Pamekasan. This research approach is an object of field research using a qualitative approach, which is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behaviors. In this case, the researcher uses a qualitative approach because the research approach is directed to achieve the goal of obtaining an in-depth explanation of the application of a theory. So it is required to use more inductive thinking. Based on the results of research on the application of tabarok financing with the mudharabah scheme in the review of fiqh muamalah at KSPPS Tabarok Shohibul Qorib Pamekasan as follows: first, the mechanism for determining profit sharing in Tabarok financing products is based on the formula for calculating the results of observations in the field that has been determined by KSPPS TABAROK TSQ, The ratio of profit sharing of tabarok breeding is 20% for cooperatives while 80% share for customers is taken infaq shodaqoh 2.5% Profit sharing calculation system applied by KSPPS TSQ in products is using the profit principle (profit sharing calculation based on sales and/or gross income from business after deducting costs). Second, regarding the period of daily return of capital (savings), fiqh experts argue about the limitation of the period of mudharabah. Some scholars argue that the existence of time (daily) restrictions can prevent entrepreneurs from developing their businesses so maximum profits from these activities are difficult to achieve. However, other scholars argue that financiers and businessmen may have reached agreement on this.
