Abstract

Seleksi di Politeknik Harapan Bersama Tegal masih mengalami kendala pada proses pengambilan keputusan, banyaknya data menyebabkan pengambil keputusan membutuhkan tools yang dapat membantu dalam menentukan penerima beasiswa, salah satu algoritma yang sering digunakan adalah naive bayes . Metode ini menggunakan nilai probabilitas atau kemungkinan untuk menyelesaikan suatu permasalahan. Salah satu penerapan naive bayes adalah untuk melakukan prediksi atau peramalan terhadap suatu peristiwa tertentu serta dianggap mampu menyelesaikan masalah yang komplek. Untuk menyelesaiakn masalah yang komplek naive bayes memerlukan data jumlah data yang banyak untuk mendapatkan nilai probabilitas. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah perancangan sistem prediksi dengan menggunakan metode naive bayes untuk melakukan peramalan terhadap mahasiswa yang mendaftar beasiswa. hasil akhir penelitian ini adalah nilai dari akurasi, presisi, dan recall

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komputer yang sangat cepat dan mendapat sambutan positif di masyarakat. Saat ini semua orang tidak terlepas dari internet. Internet dimanfaatkan untuk memperoleh berbagai informasi yang diinginkan. Kantor Notaris Lia Kholila, SH merupakan Organisasi yang bergerak dibidang bantuan hukum. Permasalahan yang dihadapi organisasi ini adalah pengolahan data inventaris barang masih menggunakan cara manual yaitu menulis dibuku sehingga kesulitan untuk pengecekan data jarak jauh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancangan sebuah system informasi inventaris barang berbasis web pada Kantor Notaris dan PPAT Lia Kholila, S.H. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Interview secara langsung, Metode Observasi dan Referensi kemudian dilakukan perancangan desain dan diimplementasi dengan rancangan system informasi berbasis web pada Kantor Notaris dan PPAT Lia Kholila,S.H. Hasil dari penelitian adalah system informasi inventaris barang berbasis web pada Kantor Notaris dan PPAT Lia Kholila, S.H. dibuat dengan menggunakan Visual studio code.

Abstract

Di daerah tempat Pasar atas Jl. Kapten syahrial merupakan daerah padat akan penduduk dan didaerah tersebut terdapat aliran sungai yang sering mengalami akan banjir ababila intensitas hujan tinggi. Dalam pembangunan sentuhan teknologi alat pendeteksi banjir yang saya buat menggunakan system Arduino memberikan informasi atau peringatan dini banjir kepada warga tersebut akan ketinggian debit air. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, refrensi dan obserfasi. Penelitian ini meliputi masalah, hambatan dan fasilitas berita yang memudahkan mengurangi kerugian warga sekitar daerah tersebut. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah alat Mikrocontroller alat pendeteksi banjir menggunakan Arduino Uno yang dibuat untuk mempermudah warga apabila akan terjadi banjir.

Abstract

Website adalah salah satu fasilitas layanan yang dimiliki oleh dunia pendidikan sebagai media informasi berbasis online. Dari 7 perguruan tinggi yang berada di Baturaja Sumatera Selatan hanya 5 yang memiliki media website sebagai media informasi bagi pengguna. Kelima website tersebut belum dilakukan analisis atau pengukuran kualitas layanan bagi penggunanya. Untuk perlu dilakukan evaluasi guna mengetahui kepuasan pengguna waktu mengunjungi situs web bagi penggunanya, sehingga memberikan gambaran perbaikan bagi setiap perguruan tinggi agar website lebih tepat guna. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Webqual dengan 3 dimensi yaitu Kegunaan, Kualitas informasi dan kualitas interaksi. Dengan hasil evaluasi yang ada, perlunya perbaikan untuk layanan website Perguruan Tinggi di Baturaja supaya layanan bisa memberikan informasi yang sesuai dengan kegunaan layanan, dan mahasiswa bisa mendapatkan pengalaman yang positif serta bisa menghasilkan sebuah website dengan format yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mahasiswa sebagai pengguna website.

Abstract

A computer network is a group of computers that are connected to one another by using a communication protocol through transmission media or communication media so that they can share data, programs, share hardware such as printers, hard drives and so on. The purpose of the measurement is to obtain measurement results on Virtual Private Network (VPN) network technology with parameters of Throughput (KBps), Delay (ms) and Packet loss (%), in order to analyze the results of QoS (Quality Of Service) performance of Virtual Private Network networks. (VPN) servers that meet the standards of good service quality and efficiency. The method used is Action Research which is an action research aimed at developing the most efficient work method. With action research. Action research is divided into several stages which are cycles, namely: Performing diagnostics (diagnosing), Making an action plan (action planning), Taking action (action taking), Conducting evaluation (evaluating), and Learning (learning) and measurement results of delay parameters and packet loss greatly affects the value of throughput where the greater the value of delay and packet loss, the smaller the resulting throughput value. The value of delay and packet loss is getting smaller, the better, while the bigger the worse, while the throughput parameter is on the contrary, where the bigger the better, the thing that greatly affects the value of the measurement of delay, packet loss and throughput on VPN networks besides attenuation and noise is the amount of bandwidth given so that it is very important. affect the measurement of the QoS value as for the suggestions to be conveyed in this study is to increase the bandwidth on the VPN network so that it has very small delay and packet loss values ??and large throughput so that a better QoS value can be obtained.

Abstract

The development of information technology has provided convenience in every service to service users. Region II Higher Education Service Institutions in accordance with Permendikbud Number 34 of 2020 have the task of facilitating the improvement of the quality of higher education implementation with higher education work areas in South Sumatra Province, Lampung Province, Bengkulu Province and Bangka Belitung Islands Province. LLDIKTI Region II already has online-based services such as the Lecturer Rank Information System (SIKITO) and DiTES as well as the LLDIKTI Region II website. In addition to online-based services, LLDIKTI has unystematic public services such as Institutional Services, Administrative Personnel Services and Lecturers. These services have not been integrated with each other. Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) is the planning and control of information technology assets such as systems, infrastructure, people and processes to support business operational needs as efficiently as possible to ensure that organizations have the ability to evaluate processes and performance on an ongoing basis in order to identify and implement opportunities for improvement ( opportunities for improvement). IT service management planning to identify Service documents that exist in LLDIKTI Region II and plan information technology service documentation with ITIL version 3. Information Technology Services are useful for aligning business with service quality and determining customer needs and expectations in an agreement between service providers and service users .

Abstract

Kampung KB was launched by Mr President of the Republic of Indonesia (Ir. Joko Widodo) in January 2016 which aims to improve the quality of life of people at the village level or equivalent through the Family Planning and Family Development Population (KKBPK) program as well as other related sector developments to realize quality small families. Meanwhile, kampung KB was formed in addition to increasing the participation of government, non-government and private institutions in facilitating, assisting and fostering the community to organize KKBPK programs and related sector development. Kb program is carried out with the use of various types of contraceptives for Couples of Childbearing Age (PUS). The government is now actively promoting the KB program with the target of Child-Bearing Age Couples (PUS) at the age of 15-49 years. Kb communication, information and education (KIE) activities in Indonesia are lighting and socialization activities of kb programs through various media. The media has an important role in socializing family planning. One of them is through the media website. The purpose of this research is to produce web-based media that can introduce the types of contraceptive devices/pills that can be accessed by acceptors and become a medium of socialization of family planning field officers (PLKB) in the village of KB. The method of data collection is done by direct observation, literature review and observation method. Designing the needs of this website will use Unified Modeling Language and implemented with the CodeIgniter framework.

Abstract

Technology cannot be separated from the activities of everyday life. Technology is needed in all fields in an effort to achieve easy completion of work. One technology that is rapidly developing is the internet. Internet is part of information technology whose existence continues to grow from year to year. The large number of needs for convenience in making work easier, accompanied by an increase in internet users. The internet is used in various fields, one of which is the health sector. In the field of health, the internet is used among other things as a medium for health information. The internet is used as a medium of information, one of which is the website. A website is a tool that contains information displayed by browsers, such as Mozilla Firefox, Google, Chrome, or others. The website also provides added value as an international scope that can be accessed by everyone in the world. Apart from providing information there is also a web-based information system. One of the web-based information systems used in the health sector is the posyandu information system. The posyandu information system is designed to record posyandu activities that are routinely carried out at the Puskesmas as the closest health center in the community. Several methods are used to obtain the required data. Among other things, Interview, Observation Method, and Reference Method. In this study, a laptop unit with laptop specifications and software for Windows 10, PHP and MySQL, XAMPP and Visual Studio Code were used. The results obtained from this research are in the form of Information Systems. This system is called the web-based Posyandu information system at Puskesman Pengaringan. Information system security is very important to maintain the validity and integrity of data and ensure the availability of services for its users. COBIT Framework - COBIT is an IT governance guide framework and or can also be referred to as a supporting toolset that can be used to bridge the gap between needs and how technically it is to fulfill these needs in an organization. COBIT provides a framework guide that can control all organizational activities in detail and clearly so that it can help facilitate decision making at the top level in the organization. The Institute of Technology & Business (ITBis) is one of the educational institutions that relies most of its teaching process on information systems, and information technology as a means and infrastructure to provide services to students, lecturers and all staff as well as assist the implementation of activities in all existing units.

Abstract

The development of information technology today has become a necessity for its users. library services that exist at SMK Negeri 2 Pagar Alam are still done manually. Making it possible during the process there was an error in recording, less accurate reports made, and delays in finding the data needed. In this discussion, the application of information technology discussed is shown in the field of education at SMK Negeri 2 Pagar Alam to design e-library applications (electronic library). This e-library application is designed using the PHP, javascript, HTML programming language, the research methods used in making this web-based e-library application are observation, interviews, and literature study. System development method using the waterfall method. This application will be accessed via the intranet (local network) at SMK Negeri 2 Pagar Alam. This application provides solutions in book management such as: searching for books, adding books, knowing the number of books, borrowing books, and being able to add library members. and all that can be accessed by the admin as a librarian in carrying out full management access rights and users as library members who can search for books or borrow books.
