<![CDATA[The purpose of this study to determine the effect of cash flow and working capital on capital structure at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk.. This research is a quantitative research. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of corporate financial statements. The population in this study is the financial statements of the company in the form of balance sheet and income statement for eight years. The sample is used with probability sampling method where all population have chance to be research sample that is 32 observation. The method of analysis in this study using multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially operating cash flow, investment, funding and working capital have no significant effect on capital structure at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. Similarly, the results of the study show that operating cash flow, investment, funding and working capital have no significant effect on capital structure at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk.. The value of Adjusted R Square is 14.5%, it shows the variable value of operating cash flow, investment, funding and working capital able to explain the capital structure of 14.5% and the remaining 85.5% is explained by other variables not included in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesia adheres to the concept as a legal state which is clearly stipulated in the 1945 Constitution. Along with this conception, the judiciary exercising judicial power must be firmly holding the principle of rule of law, namely a country that exercises its governmental power based on law. As a legal state, Indonesia adheres to one of the principles, namely the principle of equality before the law. The disparity of gaps in decisions against perpetrators of criminal acts of theft with violence which resulted in the death of the victim by the judge caused injustice both for the defendant and the victim as well as the wider community. In this study the formulation of the problem that the author discusses is what factors cause disparity in the judge's decision and how the disparity of the judge's decision on the crime of theft with violence that causes the death of the victim. From the research, the authors found a variety of arrangements which generally implied the disparity of decisions. The conclusion of this study is that the causes of disparity from two factors are juridical theoretical factors and empirical factors.]]>

<![CDATA[PT Synthesis Project Logistics was established on December 30, 2010 is a company engaged in the field of land transportation in Batam, specially for transportation for oil and gas companies. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT Synthesis Project Logistics in Batam City. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT Synthesis Project Logistics in Batam City. Thehypothesis in this study is that motivation and discipline affect the performance of employees of PT Synthesis Project Logistics in Batam City. This research method is quantitative. This research is in a convenient sampling. The sample used is 100 respondent system. The results of the motivation variable have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a value of 6.873> 1.98447 (t-table) and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.For work discipline variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value of 3.887> 1.98447 (t-table) and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.While simultaneously motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance with F count 50.311> F table 3.09, the significance value obtained is 0.000 <α 0, 05.]]>

<![CDATA[Human_resources_are very_important for_an organization,_because human resource factors can not be replaced by_any technology. Organization that have good human resource performance, usually fast ini achieving organization goals even faster than planned. While_organizations that have poor performance_human resources just the opposite will be difficult to develop not able to follow the rapid progress. This research aims to test and analyze_the effect of motivation_and work environment on employee performance on Southlinks Country Club Batam, the population in this study consisted of 134 employees. Sampling_sample uses saturated sampling, the data collection method is by distributing questionnaires. The data_obtained by analysis using SPSS_version 25. The Analysis_data used is the classic assumption test which consists of the normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test. The influence test used in this study is a linear regression analysis .The results_of this_study are: motivation (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. From the results of the F_dapat_test it is known that motivation (X1) and work environment (X2) simultaneously_ positive and significant effect on employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[Unemployment is a serious problem in almost all developing countries today, such as Indonesia, especially Batam City experiencing the same problem, namely the difficulty of controlling the increase in unemployment. The situation in Indonesia in the last few years shows that the development that has been carried out is not able to provide employment opportunities to the existing working members. This study aims to determine how the influence of inflation, investment and the city minimum wage on the unemployment rate in Batam City simultaneously and partially. This study uses seven-year time series data, namely 2012-2017 obtained from BPS Batam in the form of secondary data. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the processed data, it was found that inflation, investment and city minimum wages have a simultaneous and significant influence on the unemployment rate in Batam, while the partial test results obtained that investment has a negative and significant influence on the unemployment rate in Batam city while the inflation rate and the city minimum wage has no effect on the unemployment rate in the city of Batam.]]>

<![CDATA[Nowadays, the world has entered the globalization era that has a large impact to the business world. This causes fierce competition among companies to seize market shares. Then companies must pay close attention to factors such as service quality and price so that they can contend in such fierce market competition. In order for a company to survive, a company must pay special attention to service quality. In a consumer’s purchase decision process, price is also a variable that does not lose in importance in the consumer’s purchase decision process. The study location of the research is at Komplek Ruko Windsor Square Block A Number 96, Batam. To find out whether service quality and price influences purchase decision at PT Segar Prima Jaya is the point of the research. Analysis of the data is helped with the software SPSS using multiple regression analysis. Results show that service quality and price have a significant positive effect either partially and simultaneously on purchase decision at PT Segar Prima Jaya.]]>

This study uses a qualitative approach. The researchl er used priimary legal materials, namely mateili rials obtained from direct interviews with Memili bers of the Batam Sector Police Tigor Dabariba, SH, the women's service unit and Bripda Helmiatun children and secondary and tertiary legal materiials obtaiined from the literature. The results of thili is study iindiili cate that law enforili cement against perpetrators of sexual haraili ssment in the jurisdili iction of the Batam Ciity Sector police can be punished basili ed on the Kili UHP for a maximum of 15 (fifteen) years in priisili on and can be added with adili dil tional demili ands and if the victiilil ms are children. <![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to describe a strategy to improve quality inpatient services at the Bulang Health Center Bulang District. This study uses descriptive research method with qualitative approach. This collection process is carried out by means of observation of interview and documentation. Interviews was conducted with Doctor, nurses, and patients in Bulang District. This research analyzed method analysis of Stranght, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat (SWOT) paying attention to internal and external factors. Based results the study using the SWOT analysis the strategies used by Bulang Community Health Center improve the quality of inpatient services are: (A) StrengthOpportunity SO Strategy namely Improving the quality inpatient services Improving the quality and supply of medicines available also improving work same between employees. (B) strength-threat, Increasing collaboration between the Bulang Health Center and the community. (C) Weakness-Oppportunity WO Strategy, which is to to make quality human resources in accordance their profession also repair facilities infrastructure to repair the quality of services at the Puskesmas. (D) Weakness-Threat WT Strategy, Improving, accordance with their fields order to provide good quality services to community Bulang District. Based on these results, hoped Bulang Health Center will improve the quality of services, especially in inpatient services.]]>

<![CDATA[Tax revenues play an important role in supporting the government to improve people's welfare through the construction of public facilities. Therefore, the government always tries to increase tax revenues from year to year. One of the improvements isstheeuseeoffinformationnanddcommunicationntechnologyyby using the e-tax system andde-filing. Research using the e-tax system and e-filing on tax in the pre-batam primary school by taking a sample of 100 taxpayers, using. Data analysis method uses descriptive techniques. Variable taxpayer compliance (Y) has a constant value of 6.196 tax-payer compliancce, thissfigure indicatess if the e-filling system (X1) and e-tax system (X2) is 0, then the value of tax compliance (Y) the constant value of 6.196 has a positive and significant effect. The e-filing system variable (X1) has a regression coefficient of 0.367 etax so that the increase in the variable e-filing system is 1 unit, then the value of the tax compliance variable will increase by 0.367 e-tax units with other variables considered constant. This shows the positive relationship between e-filing system and tax payment compliance and e-filing system variable (X1) has e-filing system regression coefficient variable of 0.50 e-filing so that the e-filing system incrementing variable is 1 unit, variable value taxpayer compliance will increase by 0.505 with other variables considered]]>
