Abstract

This study is aimed to determine the impact of online media users of a cyberbullying behavior on yusi fadila's youtube channel. This research used the quantitative method with Spiral of Silence theory to examine from the media mass side and General Aggression Model (GAM) theory to examine from cyberbullying perpetrators side. The sampling technique using the simple random sampling. The result of this study show that the users of online media can affect the result of cyberbullying behavior on youtube especially on yusi fadila's youtube channel. The variables obtained 52,4% and correlate with each other. Keyword:Youtube , cyberbullying, online media user

Abstract

Tax is the biggest source of income in Indonesia in financing development. Efforst to maximizestate revenue cannot be depend rely on by the role of the Director General of Taxes or TaxOfficials, but also the active role of taxpayers. The purpose of the this study is to find empiricalevidence about the influence of tax audits, tax collections and taxpayer compliance on taxrevenue. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents. The data collection method usesbasic data of obtained from the Questionnaire distribution to research respondents. The datacollected in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the using SPSS. The results ofthe study showed that tax audits, tax colletion and taxpayer compliance in silmutan and partialhave a significantly effect on tax revenue. Tax audits has not an effect on tax revenue. Taxcollection has an effect on tax revenue. Taxpayer compliance has an effect on tax revenue.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to determine the development of account recevable, cash turnover, and profitability in the public company Soxal Batamindo Industrial Gases. To determine the effect of cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover on profitability partially and simultaneously on pt.soxal. Secondary data used in this study is PT.Soxal Company's Financial Statements from 2015-2019. The analytical method used is to do calculations on variables, descriptive tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t tests and f tests. Based.on research results partially cash turn over has a probability abaout 0.938 which means there is no influence between cash turnover and probability. Partyally, receivable turnover has a positivy but no significant effect on probability (ROA). The company is expeted to increase working capital every year, because of the increase of working capital than the activity of the company will run smoothly and generate maximum profit.

Abstract

The development of tourism in the world is growing rapidly, so too in Indonesia, especially in the city of Batam, but when talking about the world of tourism that comes to mind is how to introduce our tourism to all corners of the world by using technological developments. one of them is social media by using travel blogger. Object of this research is to find out the strategy of using blogger travel media onlind in promoting natural tourism in the city of Batam by using social media. This research uses descriptive qualitative method using the Spradley analysis model, where the spradley data analysis style is departing from extensive research then focusing and going out again. This research uses 2 data. Primary and secondary data that researchers conducted were in-depth interviews, documentation, non-participant observation and articles from the internet. The results of the study showed that the strategy of utilizing online media in promoting tourism in the city of Batam by using content either via youtube, instagram or blog was supported by the intensity of media use. itself and the routine of the travel bloggers . Keyword : Travel Bloggers , Tourism, Travel Promotion.

Abstract

Financial distress is a state of a company that is experiencing financial difficulties before bankruptcy. very important in monitoring company finances, because before the company goes bankrupt, it will definitely experience monetary difficulties. This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, profitability and leverage on financial difficulties. The object of this research is the consumer goods sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this study consisted 49 companies in the 2015-2019 period. The sampling technique in this study uses a porposive sampling method and gets 36 samples that meet the criteria. The data used are secondary data in the form of financial statements obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical method used in this study is logistic regression analysis which is processed using SPSS. The results of this study prove the current ratio of debt to asset ratio and return on assets simultaneously affect financial difficulties. while current assets and debt to asset ratios have no effect and are not significant to financial difficulties, while the variable return on assets has a negative and significant effect on financial difficulties.

Abstract

Simultaneous general election is a means of implementing people's sovereignty to elect the executive and legislative which are held together, on the same day, date, time. But in practice, there are election violations which are contradictory actions, violating the Election Law , this is the responsibility of the Election Supervisory Board . Thus the aim of researchers is to find out how the Performance of the Batam City Election Supervisory Body in Handling 2019 Concurrent Election Violations in Batam City with indicators of productivity, service quality, responsibility, responsiveness , and accountability. The research method is descriptive qualitative method to explain, illustrate provide an understanding of Bawaslu Performance . The results of this study indicate that Bawaslu's performance in handling simultaneous election violations is in accordance with Law No. 7 of 2017 Regarding general elections, there is a timeframe for handling violations and there is no authority of Bawaslu to summon reported parties. Lack of socialization and lack of operational facilities due to lack of budget. Thus the researcher concludes that the performance of the Batam City Election Supervisory Board in handling simultaneous election violations in Batam City has been maximiz.

Abstract

The marketing communication strategy is very closely related to the marketing strategy adopted by a business. The marketing strategy adopted by Batamliciouz by using various features from Instagram itself, such as Live Streaming video, Story, posting videos and photos in the Batamliciouz Instagram Timeline by targeting the market for the people of Batam City who use social media Instagram, most followers are adults the age between 17-35 years. To find out the benefits of using the Batamliciouz account as a culinary marketing communication media in Batam, the purpose of marketing communication is to trigger the desire of potential followers to get the product marketed. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. sources of data obtained using interviews, observation, and documentation. While the theory used is the AIDA Theory where the Attention of a message that should get attention, becomes an Interest step a marketer is able to make a media of information so that it can contain attraction for consumers, raises Desire which is to trigger the desire of potential followers to get products marketed and leads to the level of Action is a step taken by a marketer in wanting the target to make a decision to buy.

Abstract

The company's success is determined by a strategy that is adjusted to the situation and conditions of the target market. Companies are required to implement a wise marketing strategy by analyzing the situation and target market, setting the right marketing goals, and designing marketing strategies that can adapt to increasingly competitive business situations. All of these policies will help the company to achieve the targets. This study aims to determine the role of prices and product innovation in increasing consumer buying interest in PT. Indaco Warna Dunia on Batam city. Using multiple linear analysis, T test to determine the effect partially, F test to determine the effect simultaneously, R Test to find out how strong the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. Processing data using SPSS 16. The results of this study are that prices have a significant effect on consumer buying interest. Product innovation has a significant effect on consumer buying interest. Together, price and product innovation have a significant effect on consumers' buying interest.

Abstract

Indonesia is the fourth largest country with a population of 295 million. As a developing country, Indonesia also has global problems. One of them is the problem of human trafficking. Human trafficking is a crime that is truly embarrassing and threatens human existence, as cultured beings we must eradicate together by building synergistic strength between various components and elements of society at all levels (local, regional, national, and global) simultaneously. In Indonesia, especially the Riau Islands Province in Batam City is a city with free trade routes. Its strategic location makes Batam City a transit city for victims of trafficking from domestic and abroad. This research was conducted so that the Batam City Government and all citizens, could play an active role in preventing and handling victims. It is hoped that researchers for the City of Batam will be free from acts of human trafficking and become safe, prosperous cities.

Abstract

Theipurposeiofithisistudyiwasitoi determine the effect of credit interest rates (X1), capital adequacy ratio (X2) and loan to deposit ratio (X3) on non-performing loans (Y) in rural credit banks in Batam city using SPSS 220. Data collection in this study uses secondary data in the form of income statementi and balance sheet from 2011 to 2015 using 60 samples from several credit banks in Batam City. Theianalysisi of this study using multiple linear regression analysis of the resultsi of this study showsithatithe loan interest rate does not significantly influence the non-performing loan, the capitaliadequacy ratio has a significant effect, the ratio of loan to deposit ratio has ai significant effect. simultaneously the loan interest rate, significant effect on non-performing loans.
