Abstract

This learning instend determine the influence assessment on employe performance. This study used quantitative approach, research method that intends to provide explanation of relationship and influence between variables. The population in this study are employee of the relationship and influence between variables. The population in this study are employees PT. Epcos Indonesia in Batam, amounting 700 people. Samples were taken using random sampling 40% of populations, so that 280 samples were optained, then processed using SPSS 20 assistend with computer media. The test used in this study is validity test, reliability test, classic asumsi test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test. From the results of the test result showed the work discipline had significant and positive effect employee performance bassed on result test thitung > ttabel (8,708 > 1,968565) with significance value 0,000 < 0,005. Assessment work performance has significant and positive effect on employee perfofmance bassed on the result the test thitung > ttabel (4,013 > 1,968565) with asignificance value of 0,000 > 0,005, furthermore, from the test result this study work discipline and work performance assessment together have Fhitung > Ftabel (73,580 > 3,028) and significant value 0,000 < 0,005.

Abstract

In financial service institutions there are two, namely banks and no banks, non-bank institutions are very useful for the benefit of people who want to borrow money at very low interest, the condition of doing credit if the community has goods to be guaranteed to PT Pegadaian (Persero) Batam Branch. The quality of services and facilities is something that must be maintained and continuously improved by PT Pegadaian for customer satisfaction, because the quality of services and good facilities will make people happy to use services offered by PT Pegadaian (Persero) Batam Branch. This research was conducted to determine the effect of the quality of services and facilities on customer satisfaction at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Batam Branch. In this study the sampling method uses a porposive sampling technique because in a porposive sampling technique, which criteria are made into samples because not all criteria are made as samples. The method in this study is descriptive analysis using primary data and using a questionnaire to find out the results of respondents' responses to the quality of service, facilities and satisfaction felt by customers when using the services of PT Pegadaian (Persero) Batam Branch. The sample in this study were 392 respondents and the scale of measurement using the Likert Scale, and testing data using SPSS 20 and the results of the hypotheses obtained were that service quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, facility variables had a significant effect on customer satisfaktion, and together sevice variables and facilities have a significant influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Tax has a very important role in life of the state, especially in the implementation of development because taxes are a source of state cash income. This study aims to determine the effect of taxation sosialization and tax sanctions on compliance with annual tax returns for individual taxpayers. The research data include primary data obtained through questionmaires to respondens registered report SPT at KPP Pratama Batam Utara by using simple random sampling method. The population of this study is individual taxpayers who are registered as mandatory SPT as 83,506 taxpayers. The sample used in this study was 100. Data was processed using the SPSS version 22 program. The results of the study simultaneously Taxation Socialization and Tax Sanctions had a significant influence on the Compliance of Individual Taxpayer Annual Tax Returns Compliance. Partially Taxation Sanctions have a significant positive effect on Compliance with Annual Tax Returns Reporting while Taxation Socoalization does not have a significant influence on the Compliance of Annual Tax Returns. For the future efforts in carrying out socialization must be increased and more intensive by KPP Pratama Batam Utara and is expected to be able to enforce tax sanctions in accordance with applicable tax rules.

Abstract

The use of smartphone based on the operating system in Indonesia is controlled by Android. In November 2018 the Statista survey institute reported that the use of operating systems in Indonesia was dominated by Android. As many as 72.84% of smartphone users use the Android operating system, and IOS gets user numbers of 4.34% of total users in Indonesia. The method used in this study is the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The research design used was descriptive analysis. Tests carried out consisted of validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t-test, and f-test. The population in this study was Smartphone Vivo users in Bengkong District with a total sample of 274 people. The results showed that the price variable have a positive and significant effect on Vivo Smartphone customer satisfaction. Product quality variables have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction of Vivo smartphones. Product quality and price variables have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction of Vivo Smartphone.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that upholds justice. People, who went against the law, will be fined or jailed, without taking away the rights of suspects or defendant as human being. Even if defendants needs to be arrested, law enforcer has to follow the procedures. If procedures are not followed, and defendants are proofed not guilty, defendants are allowed to fight for their rights of money compensation and rehabilitation. In this case study, the problem that author focuses is about the Juridical Analysis of Government Regulation Number 92 of 2015 concerning about the implementations of KUHAP on rights of defendants that’s wrongly accused and is freed by the court. This is study is a normative study where author look through books and laws to complete the study. Through this study, author found that there is a compensation in a form of money and rehabilitation the defendants who are wrongly accused and yet set free by the court and the amount of compensation has been revised through years but this implementation of law is not perfect yet for there is Decree of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Number 983/KMK.01/1983 on steps to claim the compensation.

Abstract

The current industrial world has entered associate era of economic process. Development and advancement of technology moreover as intense competition can encourage entrepreneurs to further improve the standard of the merchandise offered so as to vie. The shipping trade in state is essentially situated in Batam, Batam thanks to this condition as a strategic region in finance, particularly within the field of offshore and marine. the aim of this study was to work out the result of activity health and safety on worker performance at PT Patria Maritim Perkasa each part and at the same time. activity health and safety have an effect on worker performance because the variable quantity. The samples used are worker as several as 133 respondents. The sampling assortment technique uses a likelihood sampling and an information announcement technique employing a form (questionnaire). this sort of analysis is quantitative research. chemical analysis includes tests of validity, responsibleness, classical assumption check, multiple linear analysis of constant of determination (R2), f check and t test. the info of this study were processed mistreatment SPSS version twenty five computer code.

Abstract

Research is called “Content Analysis Of Fly Over Development News Simpang Jam Of Batam City In BatamPos.Co.Id Website (Study Of Cover Both Side Analysis)”. The purpose of this study to know cover both side the news of the flyover simpang jam the city of Batam on the topic of news, the subject of news, the news, and the type of news. The study with the quantitative sort of descriptive set on analysis contents of the model Holsti, this study aims to know cover both side the flyover news, published by online media www.batampos.co.id. The research taken from the news of the flyover period October 2015 – June 2017, as much as 7 news. The study conclude that the flyover news in the online media www.batampos.co.id is balanced from the aspect of the topic of news, the subject of news, the news, and the type of news. But, still must be considered more mistakes in writing that need to be corrected before publication.

Abstract

The development of business ventures is increasingly marked by the increasing level competition between companies and the existence of business opportunities in motorcycle services that make many entrepreneurs interested in opening the business. The purpose study was to determine the effect of facilities and services on customer satisfaction where the independent variable is Facility and Service, affecting customer satisfaction as the dependent variable.The population used study is customer service service customers and the purchase of PT Honda Alexsander motorcycle spare parts in Batam, sample of 100 respondents used as PT Honda Alexsander customers in Batam.The sampling collection method uses the Slovin method and the data collection technique uses a questionnaire. This type of research is quantitative research. Quantitative analysis includes validity, reliability, classic assumption test, multiple linear analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), f test and t test. Data from study were processed using SPSS version 20. The results study are that the facilities partially have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, service has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. While simultaneous results, facilities and services have a significant influence on customer satisfaction at PT Honda Alexsander in the city of Batam.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of return on assets and earnings per share against dividend payout ratio listed on the stock exchange Indonesia. Independent variables used are Return On Assets and Earning Per Share. Dependent variable used is Dividend Payout Ratio. The population in this research is the data of Return On Assets, Earning Per Share, and Dividend Payout Ratio at LQ45 Company listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for 5 years from 2013-2017. The sample in this research is LQ45 company which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Exchange (IDX). Data analysis techniques in this study include multiple linear regression. Test results in this study indicate that the variable Return On Asset has a significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio. From the test results of the above variables, Return On Asset shows the value of t count 2.493> ttable value 2.016 with the significance number 0.017 <0.05. Earning Per Share variable has no effect on Dividend Payout Ratio. From the test results of the above variables, Earning Per Share shows that the value of tcount of 1.420 <ttable value of 2.016 with a signification number of 0.163> 0.05. Together Return On Assets and Earning Per Share together significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio with significant numbers of 0.006 <0.05 and Fcount> Ftable, where the value Fcount 5.895> Ftable of 3.21.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether trading product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision, whether price has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision and whether service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision. The independent variables in this study are trading product quality, price and service quality. While the dependent variable is the purchase decision. This research was conducted at Citra Mandiri Distribusindo Pte Ltd, using sample of 128 people. This research is quantitative and the data collection is done by collecting questionnaires by testing the quality of products, price and service quality partially with the help of SPSS (Statistics Product and Service Solution) version 21. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test, influence test of multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis test in the form of t test and f test. The results of this study indicate that from the results of t test show the product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision, price has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision and service quality have positive and significant influence to purchase decision. Based on the F test results, obtained the calculated F value of the product quality, price and service quality of 34.109 greater than F table of 2.680 and the significant values obtained 0.000 smaller than 0.05 which indicates that the product quality, price, and service quality simultaneously influence the purchase decision.
