Abstract

Technological advancements drive industries to transition to the digital realm, producing new jobs. To minimize unemployment in Indonesia, the government is combining education and the industrial sector through the Independent Study Independent Study Campus (MBKM) initiative. The purpose of this study is to examine how students perceive the Certified Independent Study MBKM curriculum at RevoU Tech Academy for enhancing their digital abilities. This study employs a qualitative approach with interviews as the data gathering technique, with students who have participated in these events. Thus, it is planned that this research will detail the learning process, the problems encountered during the program, and the program's influence on developing students' digital abilities and preparation to meet the needs of an increasingly digital work market.

Abstract

The development of technology is currently growing rapidly and quickly, this era of globalization affects people's behavior in carrying out daily activities. Current technology has an impact on the economic aspect with the emergence of fintech as a breakthrough in the era of globalization in easy access to finance. Fintech also gave rise to fintch as a breakthrough for making payments when making transactions. Fintech and QRIS have an impact on MSME business actors in developing their businesses. Fintech makes it easy for UMKM business actors to take out business capital loans to develop their businesses. While QRIS provides convenience when making transactions and guarantees security when making transactions. With QRIS, UMKM actors are not worried about the circulation of counterfeit money, and provides a financial analysis to evaluate their business. Business actors are asked to increase financial literacy with the development of technology, business actors must be able to improve their skills in order to compete with large businesses.

Abstract

I In the modern era, digital marketing has grown rapidly and has become a major tool in marketing strategies. Social media is not only a communication platform but also an effective means to increase branding and engagement with customers. This research focuses on CV. Arbain Jaya Mandiri, a micro business in Solo, produces honey, herbal products, and cosmetics. Before using digital marketing strategies, companies still had limitations in significantly increasing brand awareness. This study aims to identify effective digital marketing strategies through social media, analyze appropriate social media platforms to improve branding and measure the success of digital marketing strategies. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with Participatory Action Research. Participatory Action Research is research that involves relevant parties (stakeholders) directly in making changes and improvements for the better during the research process. The result of this research is the application of AI technology in promotional content by CV. Arbain Jaya Mandiri has proven to be an effective strategy in improving marketing strategies. This can provide insights for other micro businesses looking to optimize their digital strategies in small and medium-sized businesses for sustainable marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, product quality, and customer trust on purchasing decisions on the Shopee e-commerce platform. This research uses a quantitative approachwith purposive sampling to determine the sample of respondents consisting of Shopee consumers in Surakarta. Data were collected through questionnairesdistributed to 150 respondents and analyzed using EViews software to test the hypotheses using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that servicequality, product quality, and customer trust have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Specifically, good service quality, such as quick responses, timely delivery, and effective customerservice, has a significant positive impact on purchasing decisions. Additionally, the product quality sold on Shopee, which can be assessed through reviews and ratings, also contributes to the improvement ofpurchasing decisions. Customer trust in products and the e-commerce platform, particularly regarding product authenticity and transaction security, influences purchasing decisions. The results of thecoefficient of determination test show an R-squared value of 0.819692 and an Adjusted R-squared value of 0.814058, meaning that the regression model explains approximately 81.97% of the variation in purchasing decisions. This study contributes significantly tounderstanding the factors influencing consumer behavior on e-commerce platforms, with a recommendation for future research to consider othervariables that may further clarify the factors affecting purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of inflation and exports on Indonesia's economic growth within the periodization of 1988-2023. A quantitative method was applied through multiple linear regression analysis to explore the relationship between independent variables (inflation and exports) and the dependent variable (economic growth). Secondary data sources were obtained from the World Bank. Empirical tests revealed that inflation shows a significant negative contribution to economic growth, while exports did not display statistically meaningful influence. With a determination coefficient of 55.3%, this research model indicates that inflation and export variables are capable of explaining most of the variability in the context of economic growth, with several residual factors potentially influenced by external variables in the international market. This study provides substantive implications for economic policy, with emphasis on mechanisms for controlling the national economic dynamics of Indonesia.

Abstract

Earnings management is a practice frequently carried out by companies to influence financial statements according to certain goals, such as enhancing financial image or avoiding tax regulations. The financial structure of a company, including liquidity, leverage, capital intensity, and firm size, may play a role in influencing such earnings management practices. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial structure on earnings management in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period of 2019–2023. The data used are secondary data obtained from financial reports of companies listed on the IDX. The study employs purposive sampling, selecting 55 companies from a total of 171 companies listed, meeting specific criteria, and 260 data points were selected for analysis over the five-year study period. The results of the study indicate that liquidity, leverage, and firm size do not have an impact on earnings management, while capital intensity has a negative effect on earnings management in manufacturing companies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived benefits, trust perception, and perceived ease of use on the interest of MSME actors in using the QRIS payment system in Surakarta. The research method used is a survey with a quantitative approach, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to MSME actors in Surakarta. Data analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression tests with the help of EViews software. The results of the study indicate that perceived benefits, trust perception, and perceived ease of use significantly influence the interest of MSME actors in using QRIS. Perceived benefits and trust perception have the greatest influence, followed by perceived ease of use. Based on these findings, it is recommended that relevant parties enhance socialization and education regarding the benefits, security, and ease of use of QRIS to encourage broader adoption among MSME actors

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of spirituality products and spirituality promotion on online purchasing decisions which are dissipated by loyalty. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population and sample of this research are the public who make online purchases as many as 85 people. Sources of data used in this study is primary data. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis using SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that product spirituality has a significant effect on loyalty, promotion of spirituality has a significant effect on loyalty, while product spirituality has no effect on purchasing decisions. In addition, the promotion of spirituality has an effect on purchasing decisions, then for loyalty has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and for loyalty mediates positively between the influence of spirituality products on purchasing decisions and loyalty is also able to mediate the influence of spirituality promotion on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the difference before and during the pandemic to companies value by using a sample of the Jakarta Islam Index (JII) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2018-2021 period. The research method used by researcher was the Paired Sample t-Test. This study shows that the Covid-19 pandemic has a bad enough impact on the capital market. Based on the results of the Paired Samples t-Test that has been carried out, it can be concluded that before and during the Covid-19 pandemic the Current Ratio variable did not have a significant effect on the company value, so that it can be said that there was no difference between before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. For the Return on asset and Debt to Equity Ratio variables have a significant influence on the company value, it can be said that there is a difference between before and during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of brand experience and brand image on brand loyalty mediated by brand equity on Xiaomi mobile phones in Soloraya. This research is included in quantitative research. The population in this study is xiaomi mobile phone customers in Soloraya. The sample used in this study was 150 respondents. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling and the approach used in determining the sample was purposive sampling. Sources of data used in this study using primary data. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis using Smart PLS 3.0 application. The results of the analysis in this study show (1) Brand experience has a significant positive effect on brand equity (2) Brand image has a significant positive effect on brand equity (3) Brand equity has no significant effect on brand loyalty (4) Brand experience has no significant effect on brand loyalty (5) Brand image has no significant effect on brand loyalty (6) Brand experience has no significant effect on brand loyalty with brand equity mediation (7) Brand image has no significant effect on brand loyalty with brand equity mediation.
