Abstract

In line with technological developments that continue to advance, companies need to continue to adapt in order to survive. Permata Bank as part of the banking industry must also adapt to establish communication in the digital realm with its consumers by carrying out product branding and marketing. Permata Bank's Choice of Augmented Reality is a mini game in the form of an Instagram filter. The purpose of this research is to see the effectiveness of AR mini games which play a role in increasing awareness of Permata Bank banking products or services to increase customer interest, engagement, and loyalty. This study uses the SEM-PLS method. The data was obtained through observation and online studies with customers to find out the activities of respondents with Augmented Reality by distributing online questionnaires with a sample of 100 respondents to find out the relationship between user experience, customer satisfaction, customer involvement and customer loyalty. This research uncovers the development of marketing techniques, which incorporate Augmented Reality (AR) technology to enhance consumer experience and increase their interaction with products or services. These techniques have an impact on increasing brand awareness, product understanding, and customer engagement with services. Through the use of AR technology, new marketing techniques have been discovered. Augmented Marketing Communications. The limitations of this study are limited to marketing communications in the banking sector. There has been a lot of research done to discuss augmented reality. However, there is not much research that addresses the banking sector specifically.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether e-commerce and corporate image have a partial and simultaneous effect on customers' saving decisions at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Parepare Branch. The sample in this study were customers who made saving stransactions at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Parepare Branch, with a total of 60 people. The sampling method was carried out using the Roscoe approach to the technique used in this study (accidental sampling). Methods of data collection used are questionnaires, interviews, documentation, and observation. The method of analysis utilized in this study is validity test and reliability test, descriptive analysis, t test and f test, Multiple linear regression analysis and determination coefficient using SPSS V.24. The findings of this research indicate that the t test of the e-commerce variable (X1) has a positively influences the decision to save (Y) because the value shows (2.305≥2.002) and there is a partially complete significant influence between the e-commerce variables, while the corporate image variable (X2) has a positive effect on saving decisions (Y), because the value shows (3.443≥2.002), this shows that corporate image has a considerable influence on saving decisions at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Parepare Branch. Furthermore, the f test's findings state that simultaneously the e-commerce variable and corporate image have an important impact on saving decisions because Fcount>Ftable where the value is (6.239>3.16). This also indicates that the independent factors have an effect on the dependent variable.

Abstract

In Hospitality industry, courtesy became the most important part doing a service to the guest. Karen’s Diner brings a new concept of hospitality which is different than the usual service. Using type unfriendly waiter/waitress when doing a service, became a kind of attraction for the guest that make them want to try the sensation the rough service. From hospitality point of view, this kind of service wasn’t proper for the guest. Especially in Indonesia well known for warm hospitality. But many people upload their experience in social media make them proud have tried Karen’s Diner. This research uses the qualitative descriptive and used data collection techniques such as literature studies, documentation through social media Tik Tok and internet source. Many customer feels proud and happy for trying Karen’s Diner because of Karen’s Diner existences on social media. They makes many posting on social media and goes viral. After many customer curious and try their service, some of the customers feels unpleasant because the service and post their experience in social media. So many pro’s and con’s on social media makes Karen’s Diner more famous. The source of the research object was limited from the papers, only can find on online source. The authors suggests to makes more research about Karen’s Diner to make it more valid. There’s no previous research about Karen’s Diner especially in marketing.

Abstract

Financial performance is a prospect for the company's financial growth. The company's financial performance will always be different in each company and each period. This study aims to analyze the effect of government policy regarding the ban on the export of coal and nickel in the form of raw materials on the company's financial performance by looking at the stock prices and sales of related companies. In this study, researchers used secondary data by processing data through eviews-12. The company's annual financial report data were obtained from www.idxchanel.com and stock price data obtained from id.investing.com. company's financial performance affects stock prices. The research results prove that government policies affect the company's financial performance and company's stock price. In this study it can be seen that the return on assets and debt ratios have an effect on stock prices while the current ratio has no effect on stock prices.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is how does the influence of price affect purchasing decisions at fashion stores, Instagram social media influence purchasing decisions at fashion stores and influence of service quality considerably influence the purchase decision at a fashion store. This study used 100 respondents who were taken from consumers who had shopped at 7 Fashion Stores and the data was processed using SmartPLS. Based on the results of the research that has been done, prices have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Instagram social media has no positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. Consumers are more interested in shopping in person than on social media Instagram. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This means that the quality of service provided by fashion stores makes consumers feel comfortable when shopping. Furthermore, providing good service quality will make consumers become repeat customers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to discover how product quality and price affect client satisfaction at OPPO in Parepare partially and simultaneously. A sample of 45 people from consumers who bought OPPO at Parepare. The t test results indicate that the element of product quality (X1) imply that product quality (X1) has no significant effect on client satisfaction. In fact, many respondents in this study stated that there are still other brands that have better quality. Meanwhile, price (X2) has a significant impact on consumer satisfaction. Because the marketed price is affordable, some respondents choose this product according to the funds they have. The F test results indicate that the variable quality of goods (X1) and price (X2) have an advantageous effect because the quality and price on the market are good and everyone can buy a smartphone with their own budget.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the effect of the post-pandemic world recession issues in the form of Inflation, Exchange Rate, and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) on company stock registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The population of this study is all corporate sectors listed consistently in the LQ-45 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample obtained as many as 41 samples selected using the purposive sampling method. The research result shows that partial Inflation has a positive and significant effect on company stock returns LQ-45 Index, The Exchange Rate has a negative and significant effect on stock returns for LQ-45 Index companies, and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) has no significant effect on stock-returns LQ-45 Index companies. Simultaneously, Inflation, Exchange Rates, and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) together have a significant effect on the Stock Return of LQ-45 Index companies.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of governance and company size on company value with disclosure of corporate social responsibility as a mediating variable. This research uses an associative research method with a quantitative approach, which is measured using a multiple linear regression method using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) version 25. The population in this research is food and beverages companies registered on the BEI for the 2019-2021 period. The data collection technique used purposive sampling which obtained 19 research samples with an observation period of 3 years for a total of 57 samples. The results of this research show that Independent Board of Commisioners influence company value. Audit Committee has an effect on company value. Company size influences company value.  Independent Board of Commisioners have no effect on company value through Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure. Audit Committee has no effect on company value through Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure. Company size influences company value through Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the direct and indirect influence of work discipline, leadership style, team collaboration on employee performance through job satisfaction. The motorbike taxis for this research are the State Electricity Company (PLN) Persero Distribution of Central Java and DIY. The population of this research is all PLN employees distribution in Central Java and DIY, totaling 140 employees. The sampling technique used in this research was the census sampling technique which obtained 115 samples. Research data was obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. The research method is quantitative using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using AMOS version 26 software. The research results show that work discipline, collaboration time has a direct effect on employee performance, while leadership style has no direct effect on employee performance. The results further show that work discipline and collaboration time have an indirect effect on employee performance through job satisfaction, whereas leadership style has an indirect effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study examined the effect of green human resource management (GHRM) and organizational performance on Singapore's ELPRO Steel Conduit and Cable Support System Manufacturing Industry. This study introduced Green Behavior and Green OCB (Organizational Citizen Behavior) as mediating variables. This study uses a quantitative method. Data analysis used Partial Least Square (PLS) with smart-PLS3 software. The study population was Blue Pearls Pte Ltd Manufacturing Industry, Singapore's ELPRO steel conduit and cable support employees, with 106 respondents using the census sample method. The results showed that all the hypotheses tested were accepted. GHRM significantly impacts employee performance through the dominant factor of employee involvement in environmentally friendly practices. Meanwhile, Green Behavior and Green OCB can indirectly mediate GHRM on employee performance. The results of this research can provide insights for organizational to develop policies, programs and practices that encourage the adoption of GHRM, green Behavior and green OCB of employees and improve employee performance in their organization.
