Abstract

Abstract: Competence is the ability to master and apply workplace knowledge, skills, and work attitudes. The Islamic banking industry in Indonesia is still experiencing several obstacles, one of which is the minimal aspect of the quantity and quality of human resources. This study aimed to determine efforts to increase human resource competence through implementing Internal Corporate Social Responsibility at BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera Ponorogo. This type of research is field research with a qualitative approach. The techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on research conducted at BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera Ponorogo, the following results were obtained: 1) Indicators of HR competence, namely knowledge, skills, motives, attitude, and spirituality; 2) The implementation of ICSR has been carried out following the stages covering security and safety, employee human rights, training and development, the balance of work and life, and diversity in the work environment; 3) The impact of implementing ICSR is increasing the quality of service quality, competence, knowledge and expertise, spiritual, moral values, and work motives, as well as increasing the efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity of human resource performance which has an impact on increasing the number of market customers every month. Keywords: Competence, Human Resources, Internal CSR, Islamic Banking Abstrak: Kompetensi adalah kemampuan menguasai, menerapkan pengetahuan, keahlian dan sikap kerja ditempat kerja. Industri perbankan syariah di Indonesia masih mengalami beberapa kendala, salah satunya minim aspek kuantitas dan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui upaya peningkatan kompetensi sumber daya insani melalui penerapan Internal Corporate Social Responsibility di BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera Ponorogo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan di BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera Ponorogo, diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: 1) Indikator kompetensi SDI yaitu knowledge, skill, motives, attitude dan spiritually; 2) Penerapan ICSR telah dijalankan sesuai tahapan meliputi keamanan dan keselamatan, HAM karyawan, training dan pengembangan, keseimbangan kerja dan hidup dan keragaman di lingkungan kerja; 3) Dampak penerapan ICSR yaitu meningkatkan mutu kualitas pelayanan, kompetensi pengetahuan dan keahlian, nilai moral spiritualitas, motif bekerja, serta meningkatkan efisiensi, efektifitas dan produktivitas kinerja sumber daya insani yang berdampak pada bertambahnya jumlah nasabah pasar disetiap bulan. Abstract

Introduction: Bank strategy is a planning and management to achieve certain goals carried out by bussiness entities to collect funds from the public in the form of savings and channel them to the community in the form of financing to improve people’s lives. The main objective of this study in to analyze the strategy of BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera in increasing students’ interest saving, secondly to analyze the factors influencing students’ interest in using Simpel iB saving, and thirdly to analyze the effectiviness of the strategy implemented by BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera in increasing student interest.to save. Research Methods: This type of research is field research with a qualitative approach. As for the data collection techniques of observation, interviews and docummentation. The analysis used uses the inductive method, namely a method that draws conclusions based on these observations. Result:The results of the study show that: 1) The strategies used by BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera in creasing students’ interest in saving using the 4P Marketing Mix are, Product, Price, Place, and Promotion. However, of the 4P, the most frequently used are promotions with direct socialization using bank sarvice cars (ball pick-up systems) and inderect socialization (print and online media). 2) factors that influence students’ interest in saving are internal and external factors. Internal factors are factors from within ourselves, namely factors needs and desires. While external factors are factors that are influenced from outside, namely culture and environment. 3) The effectiveness of the strategy implemented by BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera increasing students’ interst in saving can be said to be effective with a system implemented in the form of outreach.

Abstract

Abstract: When a borrower fails to repay a bank loan on time, it creates a financing problem. Islamic banking faces similar issues, where borrowers may struggle to repay their loans on schedule. One example is KUR (micro-credit program) financing at the Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Kartoharjo Madiun Branch Office, where some borrowers have fallen behind on their KUR loans due to unstable economic conditions. This research analyzes the handling strategies and causes of problematic KUR financing at the BSI Kartoharjo Madiun Branch Office to address this issue. The study uses a qualitative approach, conducting field research and interviewing borrowers and BSI Kartoharjo Madiun Branch Office representatives. The analytical method used is the triangulation method. The study reveals that the best way to avoid problematic KUR financing at the BSI Kartoharjo Madiun Branch Office is to provide billing letters, visit borrowers at their residences, offer withdrawal letters, and allow for restructuring or rescheduling. The primary causes of problematic KUR financing are unexpected events like natural disasters or illness and business decline or loss. Abstrak: Ketika peminjam gagal membayar kembali pinjaman bank tepat waktu, hal ini menimbulkan masalah pembiayaan. Perbankan syariah juga menghadapi masalah serupa, dimana peminjam mungkin kesulitan membayar kembali pinjamannya tepat waktu. Salah satu contohnya adalah pembiayaan KUR di Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Kantor Cabang Kartoharjo Madiun, dimana beberapa peminjam mengalami tunggakan pinjaman KUR karena kondisi perekonomian yang tidak stabil. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi penanganan dan penyebab pembiayaan KUR bermasalah di Kantor Cabang BSI Kartoharjo Madiun. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu melakukan penelitian lapangan dan mewawancarai peminjam dan perwakilan BSI Kantor Cabang Kartoharjo Madiun. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode triangulasi. Penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa cara terbaik untuk menghindari pembiayaan KUR bermasalah di Kantor Cabang BSI Kartoharjo Madiun adalah dengan memberikan surat penagihan, mengunjungi peminjam di tempat tinggalnya, menawarkan surat penarikan, dan memungkinkan dilakukannya restrukturisasi atau penjadwalan ulang. Penyebab utama pembiayaan KUR bermasalah adalah kejadian yang tidak terduga seperti bencana alam atau penyakit, serta penurunan atau kerugian usaha.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine and analyze partially and simultaneously the effect of benefits, trust, and convenience on customer interest in using the Muamalat DIN (Digital Islamic Network) mobile banking at PT Bank Muamalat Kediri Main Branch Office. This type of research is a quantitative approach (non-probability sampling). The population in this study were all customers of the Muamalat KCU Kediri Bank, then determined the sample using the Slovin formula, with data collection techniques using a questionnaire and a total of 100 respondents. The data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, and hypothesis testing consisting of multiple linear regression tests, t-tests, F tests, and tests of the coefficient of determination (R square). The research results show that: 1). Partially, the benefits have a positive and significant effect on customer interest in using Muamalat DIN mobile banking at PT Bank Muamalat KCU Kediri. 2). Partially, trust has a positive and significant effect on customer interest in using Muamalat DIN mobile banking at PT Bank Muamalat KCU Kediri. 3). Partially, convenience has a positive and significant effect on customer interest in using Muamalat DIN mobile banking at PT Bank Muamalat KCU Kediri. 4). Simultaneously, benefits, trust, and ease of use affect customer interest in Muamalat DIN mobile banking at PT Bank Muamalat KCU Kediri. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis secara parsial dan simultan pengaruh dari manfaat, kepercayaan, dan kemudahan terhadap minat nasabah menggunakan mobile banking Muamalat DIN (Digital Islamic Network) Pada PT Bank Muamalat Kantor Cabang Utama Kediri. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif (nonprobability sampling). Populasi dalam penenelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah bank Muamalat KCU kediri kemudian penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan jumlah responden sebanyak 100.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, serta uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan uji koefisien determinasi (R square). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1). Secara parsial manfaat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat nasabah menggunakan mobile banking Muamalat DIN Pada PT Bank Muamalat KCU Kediri. 2). Secara parsial kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat nasabah menggunakan mobile banking Muamalat DIN Pada PT Bank Muamalat KCU Kediri. 3). Secara parsial kemudahan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat nasabah menggunakan mobile banking Muamalat DIN Pada PT Bank Muamalat KCU Kediri. 4). Secara simultan manfaat, kepercayaan, dan kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh terhadap minat nasabah menggunakan mobile banking Muamalat DIN Pada PT Bank Muamalat KCU Kediri.

Abstract

Abstract: Researchers want to know whether financial literacy, religiosity, and knowledge of the Islamic economics of pesantren alumni influence the interest in becoming customers. This study also aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, religiosity, and knowledge of the Islamic economics of pesantren alumni on the intention to become customers either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula of 100 respondents. The data collection method was carried out using a questionnaire. The results showed that financial literacy did not affect the intention to become a customer at an Islamic bank; religiosity and knowledge of the Islamic economy partially affected the intention to become a customer. The research results simultaneously showed that financial literacy, religiosity, and knowledge of Islamic economics affect the interest of pesantren alumni to become customers in Islamic banks. Abstrak: Peneliti ingin mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh literasi keuangan, religiusitas, dan pengetahuan tentang ekonomi syariah alumni pesantren terhadap minat menjadi nasabah. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan, religiusitas, dan pengetahuan tentang ekonomi syariah alumni pesantren terhadap minat menjadi nasabah baik secara parsial maupun stimultan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin sebanyak 100 responden. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan literasi keuangan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat menjadi nasabah di bank syariah, religiusitas dan pengetahuan tentang ekonomi syariah secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap minat menjadi nasabah. Adapun hasil penelitian secara stimultan literasi keuangan, religiusitas dan pengetahuan tentang ekonomi syariah secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap minat alumni pesantren menjadi nasabah di bank syariah.

Abstract

Abstract: Compared to the surrounding villages, Bangunsari has fairly complete facilities ranging from agencies and offices, schools and education, recreational and sports facilities, culinary delights, etc. Preference is a person's tendency to choose or prioritize something. A consumer is every person who buys, uses or consumes various types of goods and services to fulfil the most basic needs and actualize himself. This research aims to analyze the preferences of Muslim entrepreneurs in Bangunsari Village in financing working capital, the factors behind the preferences of Muslim entrepreneurs in Bangunsari Village, and the integration between sharia principles and rational choice theory. Researchers use a qualitative approach with field research for data collection techniques used by researchers, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The research location is Bangunsari Village, Dolopo District, Madiun Regency, East Java. From the research that has been carried out, the author can conclude that Muslim entrepreneurs in Bangunsari Village determine their preferences based on price or interest in financing, quality of service such as financing and disbursement processes, and tangibles or facilities and affordable access. The integration of Sharia principles and rational choice theory in forming Muslim entrepreneurs' preferences in capital financing means that although Muslim entrepreneurs in the Bangunsari village prefer to carry out financing in conventional banks and ignore usury, they do not simply ignore other Sharia principles such as gharar which means obscurity or deception, and maysir means game or gambling. It is hoped that Sharia Banks in the Madiun area can further improve their performance, both in terms of quality and quantity, so that they can be more competitive and competitive in terms of Brand Image, profit sharing percentage, and easy and fast financing processes and requirements. Abstrak: Dibandingkan dengan desa desa di sekitarnya, bangunsari merupakan desa dengan fasilitas yang cukup lengkap mulai dari instansi maupun perkantoran, sekolah maupun pendidikan, wahana rekreasi maupun olahraga, kuliner, dan lain sebagainya. Preferensi merupakan kecenderungan seseorang untuk memilih atau mengutamakan sesuatu hal. Konsumen adalah setiap orang yang melakukan tindakan membeli, menggunakan atau mengonsumsi berbagai jenis barang dan jasa baik untuk memenuhi kebutuhan yang paling dasar sampai dengan kebutuhan untuk mengaktualisasikan dirinya. Dalam penelitian kali ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis preferensi pengusaha muslim Desa Bangunsari dalam melakukan pembiayaan modal kerja, faktor-faktor yang melatarbelakangi preferensi pengusaha muslim desa bangunsari, serta integrasi antara prinsip syariah dan teori pilihan rasional. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian field research (penelitian lapangan). Untuk teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti yaitu obaservasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Lokasi penelitian bertempat di Desa Bangunsari, Kecamatan Dolopo, Kabupaten Madiun, Jawa Timur. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan, penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa pengusaha muslim Desa Bangunsari dalam menentukan preferensinya berdasarkan harga atau bunga dalam pembiayaan, kualitas pelayanan seperti proses pembiayaan dan pencairan, dan juga tangibles atau fasilitas dan juga akses yang terjangkau. Integrasi prinsip-prinsip syariah dan teori pilihan rasional dalam membentuk preferensi pengusaha muslim dalam pembiayaan modal yakni walaupun para pengusaha muslim desa bangunsari lebih memilih untuk melakukan pembiayaan di bank konvensional dan mengabaikan riba, namun mereka tidak begitu saja mengabaikan prinsip-prinsip syariah lainnya seperti gharar yang berarti ketidakjelasan atau menipu, dan maysir yaitu permainan atau judi. Bank Syariah di wilayah madiun diharapkan dapat lebih meningkatkan performanya, baik dari segi kualitas maupun kuantitas agar dapat lebih bersaing dan kompetitif dari segi Brand Image, persentase bagi hasil, dan proses serta persyaratan pembiayaan yang mudah dan cepat.

Abstract

Introduction: The research in this thesis is motivated by the decline in the number of customers in the iB Muamalat KPR financing product, in this product the number of customers is the lowest compared to other products. Research Methods: This research method uses field research using a qualitative approach. Results: The results of this research are the bank's strategy in increasing the number of customers on the iB Muamalat KPR financing product, namely with an excellent service strategy which consists of 6 concepts, namely ability, attitude, appearance, attention, action, accountability. accountability. The supporting factors in increasing the number of customers are product quality, service quality and emotionality. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are that it is not easy to woo customers, frequent rejections, complaints about requirements, and competition with other banks. Conclusion: The bank's strategy has had a positive impact in increasing the number of customers.

Abstract

Introduction: This research aims to find out and then test and analyze the influence of human resource quality, job satisfaction, and work commitment on the performance of BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera Ponorogo employees. This research uses quantitative methods, by distributing questionnaires to 55 BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera Ponorogo employees as a data collection method. Data analysis was carried out by carrying out validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F test, and coefficient of determination, which were processed using SPSS Statistics 23. The results of this research based on the t-test showed that the variables human resource quality and satisfaction work have a positive and significant effect. In contrast, the work commitment variable does not affect the performance of BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera Ponorogo employees

Abstract

Introduction: The aim of this research is to determine and analyze perceptions, factors that influence perceptions and the impact of the perceptions of religious figures in Ngile Village regarding sharia banking. Research Methods: The type of research used in this research is field research. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The data validity technique uses source triangulation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Results: The results of this research show that the perception of religious leaders in Ngile Village still considers sharia banks to be the same as conventional banks. In this research, the need factor is the main internal factor that really influences figures to use sharia banks, where religious figures use sharia banks for their Hajj needs. Conclusion: Religious figures still use conventional banks for daily financial transactions. People who have heard information about sharia banking from religious figures will think the same as these figures, in other words religious figures influence the people of Ngile Village.

Abstract

Innovation in the technology field will provide benefits, making it easier to carry out various kinds of work. The problem is the lack of public interest in using the QRIS Banking system to carry out various financial transactions. This research aims to analyze BSI KCP Pacitan's strategy in increasing public interest in using the QRIS, analyze the impact of BSI KCP Pacitan's strategy in increasing public interest in using the QRIS, and analyze the obstacles faced by BSI KCP Pacitan in marketing QRIS. This research uses a type of field research with a qualitative approach d. The research results show that the strategy carried out by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Pacitan in marketing QRIS Banking is to use a 4P marketing mix strategy, where QRIS is aimed at making it easier for business actors and institutions. The promotions carried out are socialization, door-to-door, brochures, and social media. The obstacle faced in marketing QRIS Banking internally is the lack of human resources to handle QRIS Banking. On the external side, namely the public's lack of understanding about QRIS, inadequate internet quota, and already having other payment applications or becoming a QRIS merchant at another bank.
