Abstract

The design of this study is the randomized control group posttest-only design, 21 of Rattus Norvegicus Strain Wistar male, 20-24 weeks, 250 ± 350 grams and randomly divided into 3 groups namely CONT (n = 7, control without treatment), MIT (n = 7, moderate intensity training, treadmill with speed 14-16 m/min for 15-30 minutes listening to music tempo 160 beats/min) and HIT (n = 7, high intensity training, treadmill with speed 22-25 m/min for 15-30 minutes listening to music tempo 160 beats/min). The intervention was started from 17.00-20.00 WIB with a frequency of 3 times / week for 10 weeks. Blood is drawn for 12 hours after the last training. Measurement of IL-6 serum levels using the ELISA method. Data analysis techniques using ANOVA test and LSD post hoc test with the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS).

Abstract

This research used cross sectional design. The population was 194 respondents and the sample was 54 respondents which are taken by using simple random sampling technique. Independent variable in this research was demographic status that was measured by questionnaire and nutritional status that was measured based on Body Mass Index (BMI). Meanwhile, dependent variable in this research was the occurrence of anemia that was measured by using spectrophotometry. Data analysis used Fisher's Exact test and Two-Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov test (α = 0,05). Result of Fisher's Exact test was obtained that p value = 1,000 > 0,05, which meant that there was no significant correlation between demographic status and the occurrence of anemia. Meanwhile, result of Two-Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was obtained that p value = 0,017 < 0,05, which meant that there was a significant correlation between nutritional status and the occurrence of anemia.

Abstract

This study used aapproach quasi- experimental with pre-post test group design in the NICU Room at Gambiran City Hospital in Kediri for the period 1 May 2019 to 31 July 2019. The population was 30 preterm infants. With purposive sampling technique, there were 14 samples of preterm infants. Group 1 consisted of 7 infants performed nesting for 5 days and group 2 consisted of 7 infants performed nesting for 7 days. Data normality test uses the Kolmogoro-Smirnov Test. Independent t test is used to test the effectiveness of using nesting on oxygen saturation, respiratory frequency stability and premature baby's weight. The results of the study in both groups p <α (0.05), then H0 is rejected and H1 accepted. So it can be concluded that the use of nesting in premature babies is effective in stabilizing body weight, oxygen saturation, the frequency of breathing of premature babies

Abstract

This study used a cross sectional study method using 39 obese women aged 19-22 years old, Body Mass Index (BMI) 25-35 kg / m2 and Percentage Body Fat (PBF) above 30%, normal blood pressure, heart rate normal rest and normal Hemoglobin (Hb). IGF-1 levels were measured using the Enzym Link Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) method, while the FBG measurements used ACCU-CHEK® Performance. Data analysis techniques used the Pearson Correlation test with the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). The results obtained an average level of IGF-1 (11,530 ± 4,397) ng / mL and an average FBG (90,153 ± 6,659) mg / dL (r = 0.379) and (p = 0.017). Based on the results of the study, it’s concluded that there is a positive correlation of IGF-1 levels with FBG in obese women. Further research is needed to explain the physiological mechanism of the relation between IGF-1 and FBG in more detail

Abstract

The research design used pre experimental. The sampling technique uses quota sampling with a sample of 30 respondents. Design research was one group pretest-posttest. The study used a dose of 2 x 3 grams of dried rosella each day for seven (7) days. Test Statistics using Paired T test. The results of the study were obtained before the treatment as many as 26 respondents (86.7%) with the classification of stage 1 hypertension and after treatment to 18 respondents (60%), this was due to filling vacancies in the incidence of prehypertension and normal tension.normality test Kolmogorov-smirnof data is normally distributed. The results of thestatistical Paired T-testtest showed that the value of p systole = 0,000 and dyastole = 0.001 with α = 0.05 where p <α so that Ho was rejected, which means there was a decrease in the average blood pressure after giving rosella tea

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Effectiveness of Educational Comics on Prevention of Violence in Elementary School Children Penggilingan 09 Morning East Jakarta 2019. The research design used in this study was a pre-experimental design using the One Group Pre-Post-Test design, the sample in this study was 32 students taken using total sampling, the research instrument used a questionnaire, the data analysis used paired t test. The results showed that there were significant differences in the pretest and posttest after the educational comic intervention. There is a significant influence between the Effectiveness of Educational Comics on Prevention of Violence in State Elementary School Children before the intervention and after the intervention. It is expected that students will be more proactive in finding information about preventing violence in children so that they can apply the information obtained as well as possible

Abstract

Research design used in this research is quantitative with cross sectional design. The population of this research is toddlers aged 25-59 months. The research uses simple random with 74 toddlers aged 25-59 month as the sample at Puspasari Village. The instrument used is questionnaire. The prevalence of stunting toddlers Puspasari Village is 22, 3%. The frequency of LBW history is (12.2%), without exclusive breastfeeding is (8, 1%), less knowledgeable about complementary feeding is (28, 4%), unhealthy sanitation is (79, 7%), and low family income is (86, 5%). There is no significant relation of LBW (p value=0,596, OR=0,686) and exclusive breastfeeding (p value=0,890, OR=0,889) with stunting. There is a significant relation of the knowledge of mother about complementary feeding (p value=0,000, OR=9,143), sanitation (p value=0,004, OR=6,261), family income (p value=0,026, OR=5,481) with stunting

Abstract

This research is a type of descriptive research using a qualitative approach design using a case study research design. Funding for the TB program in Pasuruan Regency was sourced from the APBD and also Health Operational Assistance sourced from the Special Allocation Fund decreased. The budget for TB prevention prevention programs is absorbed entirely But the performance of achieving the discovery targets is still not significant. Still not found the whole case, complete treatment has not been maximized, some even DO. TB control activities allocated for TB prevention and control services appear to be relatively small compared to the TB treatment budget. Based on all the challenges faced, a strategy was formulated to eliminate TB within the next 5 years by strengthening the leadership of a quality TB service program with a sustainable program across stakeholders

Abstract

Sampling technique used is Accidental Sampling. The independent variable is Bonapace Method, the instrument used is a checklist. Dependent variable is the reduction of labor pain in the active phase I, an instrument used to measure the level of pre and post pain with an observation sheet with a pain scale between 0 to 10 and an interview using the Verbal Descriptive Scale (VDS), rating scale, value 0 = no pain , 1-3 = mild pain, 4-6 = moderate pain, 7-9 = severe pain, 10 = very severe pain. Analysis of data using the Wilcoxon Sign Rank. The results of the data analysis stated sig (p) = 0,000 where α = 0.05, p <α, it means that there is an effect of the Bonapace Method on the reduction of labor pain in the active phase of the First Maternity where the Correlation or effect using the Wilcoxon Correlation = -0,382
