Abstract

Mojokerto is an industrial city which accounts for as much as 40% of the total female employees of reproductive age in the East Java region. The health status of pregnant women in industrial areas is something that must be considered in order to produce a superior Indonesian generation. The research design used the "Quasi-experimental pre post design" method. The sample of this study was 51 pregnant women in industrial areas. Treatment is in the form of nutrition education for pregnant women after the mother has confirmed knowledge of knowledge, nutritional behavior and Hb (hemoglobin) levels. The results showed that the knowledge of pregnant women increased 73% after increasing behavior, 78% increased behavior and increased mean Hb from 11.64 to 12.14. This study proves that the nutrition education model for pregnant women in industrial areas has a positive correlation with maternal nutritional knowledge, nutritional behavior and Hb levels of pregnant women

Abstract

Hypertension is a chronic disease that requires long-term treatment, where it is very prone to non-adherence in taking antihypertensive drugs. This study aims to determine the effect of the number of drugs received by patients on the level of adherence to the consumption of antihypertensive drugs. This research is a cross-sectional observational study that was conducted in 4 community health centers in Surabaya City. The measurement of adherence in this study used the Indonesian version of the MGLS questionnaire. The number of subjects in this study was 143 which fit the inclusion criteria. The majority of the adherence levels of the study subjects were moderate (MGLS questionnaire). Based on statistical analysis, it is known that there is a significant effect (P = 0.035) of the number of drugs received by patients on the level of drug consumption adherence e as measured using the Indonesian version of the MGLS questionnaire.

Abstract

Nutritional problems is the high rate of children under five with stunted physical development. This research aims to analyze the effects of stunting and psychosocial stimulation on the development of children between the ages of 2-6 years old. This is a observational analytical research with a case control approach, on a sample of 60 children of 2-6 years old.The degree of stunting is assessed using Z-score indicator, calculating children physical height per age.Meanwhile, for psychosocial stimulation, it is obtained through questionnaire filled by parents or caregivers. Children development is measured using Pre-Screening Developmental Questionnaire. Analyzed using chi-square test and logistic regression. Statistically, the sig. value according to chi-square test is 0,000. This value is smaller than 0,05, which can be concluded that stunting and psychosocial stimulus significantly affect child development. The result of multivariate test indicates that stunting and psychosocial stimulation variables have a significant influence on the development of a child (p<0,05).

Abstract

The maternal mortality rate by sectio caesarea was 40-80 per 100,000 live births. Secto Cesarean can occur because the mother herself is not sure of her ability to normal birthing. Positive affirmations made by mothers are believed to be one of the supports so that mothers are sure that they can give birth normally and reduce anxiety about childbirth. This type of research is observational analytic with a quasi-experimental design, the type of post test only group design. Based on the results of data analysis with the T test, it was found that there was an effect of giving Positive affirmation on anxiety and 2nd stage of labor with p = 0.000 (p <0.05). Positive affirmation with flashcard affirmation greatly affects the level of anxiety of mothers in labor and it is easier to self-affirm so that negative thoughts about childbirth will be reduced

The sample in this study used non probability sampling te type namely 30 pregnant women who experienced chronic energy deficiency. Data collection using cheklis food recal. The data analysis technique to be used with T-Test. The results of the studya value of p=0.001 (<0.05) can be concluded that Ho was rejected and Ha accepted which means there is a very significant difference between the diet of respondents before and after the provision of counseling packages. Abstract

Quasi-experimental research design with a pre-post-test control group design approach. The sample size was 32 respondents divided into 16 intervention groups and 16 control groups. The intervention group was given a combination of PMR with music for 1 month. The control group was not given an action. The instrument uses an observation sheet. The study used a paired t-test and independent t-test with α <0.05. The results showed the mean value. intervention group before exercise 0.74 and after exercise 0.90 mg / dl. The control group before treatment has obtained an average. 0.77 and after treatment an average ABI was 0.75. Based on the independent t-test, blood sugar levels were obtained ρ 0.000 (α <0.05). So that H0 is rejected, meaning that there is an effect of the combination of PMR and music on (ABI). The combination of PMR with music that is routinely performed can increase the ABI value
