Abstract

MTBS is one of the government’s efforts to reduce infant mortality rate. Most of sick toddler cases found in Situbondo regency are dealing with dengue fever and pneumonia, especially in Banyuputih Public Health Center area. One of the approaches to reduce the infant mortality rate is to consistently fill the MTBS format. However, due to limited manpower and the workload, medical personnel especially midwife could not optimally fill out the MTBS, so that toddler diseases could not be detected early. It is because the filling format and the reporting system of MTBS are not user friendly. The objective of this research is to develop MTBS implementation by using Information Technology System, in order to increase the quality of midwife service in giving midwifery care and reduce the infant mortality rate in Banyuputih Public Health Center area. This research generated a product in the form of information system called e-MTBS

Abstract

Leprosy (Morbus Hansen) is a chronic infectious disease of the skin caused by Mycobacterium leprae, leprosy is also known as "the great imitator disease" because of the similar manifestations to other skin diseases such as fungal infections so that a person rarely realizes that he has had leprosy. This qualitative study was conducted to explore community perceptions about leprosy with 6 male and 4 female participants. The method used is a phenomenological approach with consecutive sampling as a sampling technique. There are 5 themes obtained in this study, namely factors that influence perception, the form of public perception of leprosy patients, community behavior in preventing leprosy transmission, hope for leprosy patients, and hope for health workers. Health education about leprosy is needed by the community to deepen their knowledge about leprosy and the attitude of the community towards people with leprosy.

Abstract

The method used is a quantitative method using a pre-experimental design with the type of one group pre-post test, the application of instructional leadership is carried out by the Head of Study Program for one semester with the GPA assessment using observations through the GPA transcript value. The sampling design used a total sampling technique, namely 63 students in semester 1. The results of the study through the paired t-test obtained a significant value of p = 0.000 on the student's GPA. The conclusion of this study is that the application of Instructional Leadership with the TPB approach can increase student GPA. This research can be applied by the Head of Study Program in carrying out its duties and functions so that it can improve student academic achievement

The results of the bivariate analysis showed that the p value <α (α = 0.05, CI; 95%) which indicates that there is a relationship between anxiety factors, coping mechanisms and social support with adolescent preparedness. The results of multivariate analysis using Logistic Regression (OR value: 5.1) found that the anxiety factor was the most significant factor associated with adolescent preparedness

Abstract

Fever is the body's normal response to infection. Infection is a condition where microorganisms enter the body, which can be viruses, bacteria, parasites, or fungi. Fever in children is generally caused by a viral infection (Setiawati, 2010). This research is a quantitative research with analytic research type and with cross sectional approach method. with a sample size of 50 respondents. Knowledge can be influenced by educational factors, where it is hoped that with higher education the knowledge will be wider. Respondents' understanding of how to determine fever treatment was good enough. Almost all respondents (80%) are aware that measuring body temperature using a thermometer is the most accurate way to find out a child's body temperature. Measuring body temperature using a thermometer is more accurate than using hand touching because hand touch is subjective and does not accurately assess body temperature

Abstract

This systematic review aimed to identify therapeutic hypothermia as a safe and effective action in post cardiac arrest patients and the appropriate time and temperature for the procedure. This research was taken from the electronic database PubMed, Science Direct, EBSCO, and Google Shcolar, through database scanning, and article screening was carried out independently by researchers. Researchers followed the requirements in fulfilling the inclusion criteria. We used all electronic search strategies for each electronic database according to inclusion data, with search strings: therapeutic hypothermia, prehospital, out-of-hospital Cardiac Arrest, randomized controlled trials. Therapeutic hypothermia is safe and effective for use in ROSC patients with cardiac arrest and the right time to perform this action is at the pre-hospital time with the use of a temperature of 34-36 ° C
