Abstract

This study aimed to determine whether there was an effect of pharmaceutical care on patient satisfaction, to find out whether there was an effect of pharmaceutical care on patient loyalty and to find out whether there was an effect of patient satisfaction in partially mediating the relationship between pharmaceutical care and patient loyalty. Data analysis obtained from testing was carried out by knowing whether there was an effect or not carried out by statistical tests, Anova test using the SPSS 16th version. The results showed that pharmaceutical care had a positive effect on patient satisfaction (sig 0.000 <0.05), pharmaceutical care had a positive effect on patient loyalty (sig 0.000 <0.05), patient satisfaction had a positive effect on patient loyalty (sig 0.000 <0.05), and patient satisfaction has an effect in partially mediating the relationship between pharmaceutical care and patient loyalty (sig 0.000 <0.05).

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a substantial problem for global. So far, more research revealed about the clinical problem of DM. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors affecting the quality of life of type 2 DM patients at the Puskesmas Kabaena Barat. Quantitative types, with a cross-sectional research design. purposive sampling technique with 35 respondents. Research shows that there is a relationship between depression with quality of life of patients with type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (p = 0.001), there was no relationship between family support and quality of life for type 2 diabetes mellitus patients (p = 0.109), there is a relationship between self-care with the quality of life of type 2 DM patients (p = 0.004). This study concludes the fewer individual perceptions of the quality of life of Type 2 DM patients.

Abstract

The research method used an exploratory study design. Data were collected using in-depth interviews and direct observation. The research data were analyzed using thematic methods. The performance of midwives, seen from the input aspect, is lacking, where there is an additional workload for midwives, most of the midwives have not attended training, and there is a lack of examination room infrastructure. From the process aspect, there is lacking of supervision that more focus on early detection of high-risk pregnancies. The output aspect, the midwife's performance achievement was lacking in the two sample Puskesmas as seen from the coverage of each program indicator that had not yet reached the SPM target and the Kupang City Strategic Plan. It is necessary to increase the competence of midwives through integrated antenatal training and early detection of high-risk pregnancies that will support their performance achievement in ANC services

Abstract

Sleep pattern is an important indicator for a person's immunity rather than being susceptible to infection. The purpose of this study was to describe the characteristics of respondents infected with Covid-19 and a history of sleep patterns before being infected. The method in this research is a quantitative description with the PSQI instrument as data collection related to sleep patterns, the sample used is 103 respondents with analysis using SPSS and Rapid Miner. The results showed that most of the respondents were female (56.3%), ages 26-35 (38.9%), higher education level (76.7%), private employees (52.4%), and the quality of sleep bad (53.4%). The conclusion in this study is that good or quality sleep is one of the key factors to maintain the immune system and body metabolism so that it can be immune from several infections that can enter the body, including the Covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

The food processing of fish is varied, and one of the ways is to cook it as fish meatball soup. This research aims to test the organoleptic of fish meatball soup, as the processed food of skipjack tuna. The organoleptic-tested fish processed food was given to underweight kids (under red mark), which then the increase of their nutritional status would be observed. The population as well as the sample of this research is mothers who own underweight under-five-year-old children in Banyuputih Public Health Center area, Situbondo region. This research used t-paired test or mann whitney to process the analyzing result before and after the research.

Abstract

The review was carried out using the PRISMA and PICO methods based on the search results of the BMC, IJCS, IJRPH, Science Direct and Wiley Online databases, with the keyword "Caring and Nursing Service" and the results obtained were 1216 articles. After screening the articles based in inclusion and exclusion criteria, for total 7 articles included in this review study. The patients were generally satisfied with the caring behavior of the nurses in the hospital, but the level of satisfaction of patients in private hospitals was higher than patients in public hospitals. Nurse caring behavior is the most important services for hospital, especially in government hospitals. Good nurse behavior has a positive effect on patient satisfaction and care in each hospital. Based on the research results, nurses have to apply caring behavior sufficiently to patients related to basic human needs

Abstract

Low Back pain is a complaint of back pain due to the non-ergonomic position of activities. Complementary treatments are benson relaxation and eflurage massage. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the effectiveness of massage therapy and relaxants in reducing pain levels. Population in this study were people with a history of low back pain. It was 20 people.There are 2 treatment groups. Massage and relaxation grup. Data was collected using numerical pain scalers at the beginning and at the end of the treatment. Univariate data were analyzed with frequency distribution. Bivariat test were analyzed by Wilcoxon and man-whetnet test. There was an effect of giving benson relaxation an massage on the level of back. There is difference in the effectiveness of the two therapies on the level of pain. Efflurage massage is more effective in reducing pain.

Abstract

Early childhood education is one of the appropriate institutions to support child development. This type of research uses quasi experimental or quasi-experimental. The study population was 70 children consisting of Kindergarten A, Kindergarten B. The sampling technique used a Probability sampling technique, namely saturated samples or often referred to as total sampling, where the experimental class was taken randomly. The data collection instruments used observation guidelines, documentation and data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of this study indicate a significant influence between role playing methods and children's social abilities. This can be seen from the average value of children's social abilities before and after being treated is from 6.4 to 13.867. This is also evidenced from the results of hypothesis testing where Tcount> T table, namely 5.797> 1.701

Abstract

Hypertension is a condition in which there is an abnormal and continuous increase in blood pressure on several blood pressure checks caused by one or more risk factors that do not work properly in maintaining normal blood pressure. This research design uses non-experimental with the form of a correlational research design that examines the relationship between variables. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Data analysis using the Spearman Rank statistical test. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling that the sample obtained was 94 respondents.The results showed that respondents who were adherent to hypertension treatment had controlled blood pressure values. The statistical test with the Spearman Rank with shows that = 0,000, meaning that there is a relationship between treatment adherence and controlled blood pressure in hypertensive patients. This study is that there is a relationship between treatment adherence and controlled blood pressure in hypertensive patients at Meninting Health Center.

Abstract

The phenomenon showed that half of the mothers felt lazy to breastfeed their baby. It happened not only in the developed country but also in the developing country such as Indonesia, especially in big cities. The aim of this research was to produce an educational product in the form of a handbook of how to express breast milk for working mother in order to improve their knowledge. The sample of this research was 33 pregnant mothers of 2nd and 3rd trimester. The design of this research was a Research and Development (R&D). The result of Wilcoxon test showed positive ranks which indicated all of the respondents’ knowledge improved after the intervention. The implication of this research was to ease pregnant mothers in studying expressed breast milk handbook because the handbook can be used every time and everywhere by anyone.
