Abstract

Hospital is a health service institution that provides complete individual health services from inpatient, outpatient and emergency services. This is based on the assumption that the health sector is one of the risky sectors. Injury rates to health workers in this sector are equal to or higher than in other industries generally considered hazardous. These hazards or threats can be classified into biological, physical, ergonomic, chemical, and psychological risks. This research is a quantitative research analytic survey design with cross sectional approach, which aims to determine the analysis of risk factors that most influence on occupational safety and health. The most dominant factor influencing occupational safety and health is the work unit variable in inpatients, namely the inpatient work unit which has an effect of 18.2 times on occupational safety and health.

Abstract

Caring is an art and science approach to caring for clients in the form of a dynamic approach between nurses and patients. The design of this study is descriptive correlational research that examines the influence between variables. The population in this study were patients who were given caring behavior and functional nurses with a simple random sampling method of 36 respondents. The independent variable is job satisfaction and nurse workload while the dependent variable is caring behavior with multiple linear regression statistical tests. The results of the study were nurses caring behavior in Lavalette Malang hospital majority (94 %) as many as 34 respondents were calssified as good. The results of multiple linear regression tests obtained p value: 0,015<α = 0,05. There is an influence of workload and nurse performance satisfaction on caring behavior. The most dominant factor based on the partial T-test analysis of variables is performance satisfaction

Abstract

The emergence of the Covid 19 pandemic has changed various aspects including education. The strict covid-19 protocol must remain in place in the face of offline learning methods. The research method used is quantitative correlation with sectional cros approach. The sampling method using accidental sampling with a sample of 113 respondents. Data from the results of the study was then processed using logistic regression test. Statistical test results showed the understanding variable p value = 0.042, supervision p value = 0.003, punishment p value = 0.038. The results show that there is a significant influence between the level of understanding, supervision and punishment with the compliance of students in carrying out the covid 19 protocol in offline learning at SMAN 2 Pujut Central Lombok. Student compliance in implementing the covid 19 protocol in offline learning is influenced by the factors of understanding, supervision and punishment given to students.

Abstract

This study aimed to compare the level of pain in children during the circumcision process between the hypnosis method and free needle anesthesia (anesthesia without a needle). In the implementation of this study, the respondents (children) were divided into two groups, namely the group of children who were hypnotized and the group of children who used free needle anesthesia (anesthesia without a needle). researchers ranging from children aged 7-15 years), after which the data will be analyzed and concluded. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in pain levels with the hypnosis method and the neddle injection method with a sig value of 0.00 < 0.05 (Mann-Whitney U test). From the results of this study it was also found that hypnosis was more effective in overcoming pain in children during the circumcision process. It can be concluded that hypnosis is more effective than free needle injection.

Abstract

One of the most prominent health problems for athletes is excellent fitness; thus, to meet such conditions, training is carried out with High-Intensity Interval Training. However, if it is done excessively, negative effects such as oxidative stress may result. External antioxidant, such as fruits, is therefore needed to reduce oxidative stress. This study further aims to pore over the effects of fruit consumption on the decrease of the MDA level of athletes during the HIIT with systematic review and meta-analysis as the research designs. The data is obtained through literary studies: PubMed, Semantic Scholar, Google Scholar, Elsevier, BMC, and PMC-NCBI. Furthermore, seven articles are reviewed by utilizing the PICOS and PRISMA principles. The data are further processed by using the RevMan 5.4 software. The summary effect results in CI 95% = -2.19 [-3.09, -1.29], which implies that there is a significant effect of fruit consumption on the athletes’ MDA level.

Abstract

The literature study aims to determine the impact of coronavirus on pregnancy and childbirth, namely on mothers and babies. In this literature study, three database (Wiley, PubMed, Google Scholar) were used to select studies covering the last five years and English journals, titles, and abstracts. The search results obtained eight journals that match the inclusion criteria and for an average number of participants more than one hundred in each study. Coronavirus (COVID-19) in pregnancy and childbirth can have an impact on the mother (premature, premature rupture of membranes, hypoxia, abortion, preeclampsia, ectopic pregnancy and death), whereas in infants it can cause asphyxia, LBW, fetal distress, stunted fetal growth, meconium aspiration syndrome, neonatal seizures, neonatal death, IUFD, and no mother-to-fetus transmission

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine whether passive mobilization can prevent the occurrence of decubitus ulcers in patients with paralysis (CVA). Type of research used in this research is pre experiment. The sample in this study amounted to 16 respondents. Purposive Sampling Sampling Technique. Independent variable is passive mobilization, dependent variable of decubitus ulcers I. The research instrument uses observation sheet of decubitus ulcer wound with Mc Nemar statistic test. There is a sign of ulcer wound and there is no ulcer sign as much as 8 people (50%). Most respondents after passive mobilization there was no signs of ulcers dekubitus that is as many as 14 people (87%). The result of statistical test got significance value is p = 0,031 means reject Ho conclusion there is influence of passive mobilization To Prevent Occurrence of Decubitus Ulcus I Degrees On Patient Paralysis (CVA).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between academic guidance by lecturers and nursing students' burnout syndrome. The type of this study was descriptive correlational with cross sectional approach involved 79 respondents selected by total sampling of nursing students who have passed the clinical practice period. The research data then analyzed with linear regression test with a significance level of p <0.05.The study found the significance value of academic guidance with burnout syndrome of nursing students is p = 0.000 with 76 % chance of influence. Intensive academic guidance by lecturers needed to determine the academic and psychological conditions of students in nursing education greatly helps students to be more resilient and regain optimism in completing the study period so as to reduce the burnout syndrome of nursing students
