Abstract

The results of the 2013 Riskesdas show that households in Indonesia that do not have BAB facilities make defecating openly, which is 12.9%. The difficulty of removing this habit is also influenced by knowledge / understanding of BABS hazards, problems of poverty (unable to make toilets), landlessness, living in homes that do not have toilets, or in environments that strongly support the practice of BABS, such as riverside, bushes. bush, and lack of awareness, so that the practice of BABS is normal. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the success of the Open Defecation Free (ODF) Program in Bangeran Village, Dawarblandong District, Mojokerto Regency. The study design used a quantitative cross sectional. The study sample was 276 families after triggering STBM "Yuk Jum Berseri" which was taken using cluster sampling. Sources of data use primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis using multiple logistic regression tests. The results showed jointly Knowledge (X1), Attitudes (X2), Availability of family latrines (X3), distance of houses other than latrines (X4) and regulations (X5) related to Open Defecation (OD) (Y) behavior. Partially only the variable distance of the house with the defecation place other than the toilet (X4) which does not affect the behavior of Open Defecation (OD) (Y).

Abstract

The growing assumption in the community is that infertility is caused by women, whereas in men it can also occur at infertility of 20-40%, in women 30-55%, a combined factor of 35% and causes that cannot be identified are 5-15%. The cause of infertility is caused by women and men, the causes also vary. Ranging from sexual problems to genetics. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors that influence the incidence of infertility in the obstetrical Poly of RSUD Dr.H. Islamet Martodirdjo Pamekasan. Quantitative research design with cross sectional approach. The study was conducted on September 17 to November 23, 2018 with a population of 108 couples and a sample of 85 couples with a sample random sampling technique. Data collection of independent variables with questionnaires and dependent variables by means of medical records. Data analysis using logistic regression test. Based on the results of logistic regression statistics, the wife's physical activity variables were p value 0.484 and husband's p value 0.628, wife's nutritional status p value 0.651 and husband's p value 0.392, wife's smoking p value 0.999 and husband's p value 0.028, wife's diet p value 0.306 and husband p value 0.138 then infertile incidence simultaneously influenced by the variable significantly p value 0,000 at α = 0.05. Infertility events are jointly influenced by physical activity, nutritional status, smoking and diet, and can be influenced by other factors related to reproductive organs in couples of childbearing age. Factors that greatly influence infertility in husbands are smoking. Because cigarette smoke is a chemical that changes DNA, so it is not able to fertilize the egg, slowing down the motility sperm to reach the egg so fertilization does not occur

Abstract

Quality of hospital services is a factor that influences patient assessment and satisfaction. The lower the assessment and patient satisfaction, the lower the quality of hospital services. The purpose of this study was to analyze the dimensions of service quality based on the assessment and satisfaction of BPJS patients. The dimensions of service quality used in this study are the dimensions of Sower's quality including respect and caring, effectiveness and continuity, appropriateness, information, efficiency, meals, first impression, staff diversity. This study was conducted with a cross sectional design, with a sample of 60 people drawn from the population of patients inpatient care at Wamena Hospital by simple random sampling. Data collection is done by questionnaire. The results of the study were analyzed using Linear Regression. The results showed that the assessment and satisfaction of inpatients was the lowest in the quality efficiency dimension. Testing with Linear Regression shows there is an influence between the assessment of patient satisfaction, BPJS (p <0.05) in all dimensions of quality with the largest correlation coefficient (r = 0.925) on the quality dimension of Appropriateness. The conclusion that can be drawn is the assessment and satisfaction of patients is still low in most dimensions of service quality. But the quality dimension of Appropriateness has the biggest role in determining the quality of hospital services. In the Efficiency quality dimension, things that can be done to improve patient assessment and satisfaction include reviewing cost issues through cost control, cost production programs, cost containment and transparency of the cost system for BPJS patients

The old days of post-operative patient care need great attention because of some complications can occur after surgery if not handled properly, can make long day care be long that can eventually lead to the occurrence of the increase in the cost of treatment to the patients as well as the hospital. The purpose of the research is to analyze the cost of post-operative care enhancement due to hypothermia on the Central Surgical Installation At Jombang General Hospitals. The research design was analytic observational with a quantitative approach. Research variables i.e. factor causes the occurrence of hypothermia as the independent variable, the dependent variable costs increase. This research population throughout the patient's post-operative at Central Surgical Installation At Jombang General Hospitals with the average number of patients per month as much as 326 patients. Samples taken with the technique of simple random sampling as much as 180 respondents. Data is collected with instruments ceklist and processed in coding, editing, tabulating and scoring as well as tested with dummy regression test. The regression results show that the dummy variables that influence directly are in long treatment in recovery room and hipotermi events because the value of a p value < 0.05. While variable, the type of anaesthetic, BMI and long operations have no effect directly against the increase in the cost of treatment in the recovery room space. The existence of a decrease in body temperature of the patient requires more intensive than the handling of patients in a State of normal body temperature, and also requires additional equipment hipotermi patients, oxygen and heating to be able to restore the patient's body temperature in normal conditions, thus affecting an increase in treatment costs in the recovered unconscious
