Abstract

This research is related to how the influence of competence, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Juwita Course and Training Institute in Lebak Regency. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the effect of competence, work discipline and work environment simultaneously on employee performance, to identify and analyze the effect of competence partially on employee performance, to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline partially on employee performance, to determine and analyze the effect of the work environment partially on employee performance. Respondents in this study were 100 respondents from Juwita Course and Training Institute students. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. In this research design using Quantitative Causal research, which aims to determine the effect of one or more independent variables on the dependent variable. Data processing is carried out using the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Model with the help of the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that the competency variable has a positive and significant influence on employee performance by (0,009), the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by (0,018), the work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by (0,010).

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of social media marketing, electronic word of mouth and price perceptions on brand equity and their implications for the behavior of the decision to enter SD Harapan Mulia Bekasi City. The research sample was the parents of students who attended S D Harapan Mulia City of Bekasi with a total of 171 respondents. Quantitative descriptive research method, data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling with SmartPLS 3. The results showed that partially social media marketing, electronic word of mouth and price perceptions had a positive and significant effect on brand equity and the decision to enter SD Harapan Mulia Bekasi City. Brand equity has a positive and significant effect on the decision to enter SD Harapan Mulia, Bekasi City. Brand equity can mediate the relationship between social media marketing, electronic word of mouth and price perceptions with the decision to enter SD Harapan Mulia, Bekasi City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work environment, and compensation on employee performance at the Office of the Bureau of Planning and Organization of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The research design used is quantitative causal research to determine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. Data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires/questionnaires with a total of 66 respondents from a population of 66 people by conducting validity and reliability tests with multiple linear regression data analysis: F test, t test, and R2 test. The data was processed using the Multivariete Analysis Application with the IBM SPSS 25 Program. The results based on analysis and hypothesis testing show that there is a significant influence between leadership, work environment, and compensation on employee performance at the Bureau of Planning and Organization of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. According to the multiple linear regression analysis test, compensation has a very large influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Every employee has expectation to obtain job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is influenced by several factors, including compensation, leadership and employee status. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of compensation, leadership and employee status to job satisfaction. Research data obtained by distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study were employees at PT ABC with 90 respondents. Data analysis method using t test, F test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of SPSS 25 data processing show that compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction (result 0.330), leadership has a significant influence on job satisfaction (result 0.393) and employee status has a significant effect on job satisfaction (result 0.461). The results of the analysis show that the three variables have a significant effect on job satisfaction. But the highest influence on job satisfaction is employee status.

Abstract

Perusahaan memiliki aset yang dapat menunjang keberhasilannya salah satunya adalah karyawan. Karenanya kinerja karyawan harus menjadi fokus perusahaan, karena kinerja karyawan menentukan perkembangan perusahaan. Kinerja karyawan pada Universitas Agung Podomoro dipengaruhi oleh variabel kesejahteraan, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja. Penelitian perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesejahteraan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada universitas Agung Podomoro. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian adalah karyawan yang bekerja di universitas Agung Podomoro sebanyak 84 orang. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik survei dan penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang dipakai adalah pengujian hipotesis dan regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa variabel kesejahteraan dan lingkungan kerja bersama – sama berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Universitas Agung Podomoro.

Abstract

This study aims to produce information in the form of a more in-depth explanation of the Effect of Quality, Price and Promotion on Purchasing Decisions (At the Novretta Shop Online Store at Shopee Indonesia). The method used in this research is descriptive and verification with a population and sample of 95 respondents, data processing using the SPSS Version 25 application. It is known that the calculated F value is 23.048> F table of 2.70 with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05. This proves that there is a significant influence between the variables of product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions or simultaneously (together) between the variables of product quality, price and promotion have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, so that H0 is rejected and H4 is accepted. It is known that the t value for product quality (X1) is the t value greater than the t table (2.907> 1.98638) and the value of the significant level is below 0.05, namely 0.005. Meanwhile, for the price variable (X2), the t value is smaller than the t table (1.553 < 1.98638) and the value of the significant level above 0.05 is 0.124, while for the promotion variable (X3), the t value is greater than the t table (5.958> 1.98638) and the value of the significant level below 0.05 is 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R2) that the contribution of product quality, price and promotion variables to the purchasing decision variable is 0.413 or 41.3% and the remaining 58.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this analysis.

Abstract

Belajar adalah suatu proses yang dapat mengubah pola pikir, karakter, cara pandang, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan dapat menggali dan mengembangkan ranah Kognitif, Afektif dan Psikomotorik. Misi dari proses belajar yang baik dan metode yang baik penggunaan media elektronik yang baik dan kompetensi guru yang baik adalah untuk mendapatkan hasil belajar yang baik sesuai dengan harapan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran, media elektronik, kompetensi guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Tempat penelitian adalah Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Yadika Tegal Alur, waktu penelitian bulan Maret sampai Mei 2023 tahun pelajaran 2022/2023, dengan populasi adalah siswa dan guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Yadika Tegal Alur, pemilihan jumlah sampel dengan menggunakan teori Taro, dilakukan secara acak dan metode yang digunakan adalah survey dengan menyebarkan isisan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik uji-t, Ho diterima jika thitung<ttabel dan Ho ditolak jika thitung > ttabel dan uji-F, Ho diterima jika Fhitung<Ftabel dan Ho ditolak jika Fhitung > Ftabel. pengolahan analisi data dengan menggunakan program SPSS 16.00. Hasil uji instrument validitas kuesioner Hasil Belajar siswa rhitung>rtabel adalah 0.482 > 0.254 dengan demikian instrumen dinyatakan Valid dan layak digunakan, Model pembelajaran rhitung>rtabel adalah 0.735 > 0.254 dengan demikian instrumen dinyatakan Valid dan layak digunakan. Media Elektronik rhitung>rtabel adalah 0.802 > 0.254 dengan demikian instrumen dinyatakan Valid dan layak digunakan, Kompetensi Guru rhitung>rtabel adalah 0.805 > 0.254 dengan demikian instrumen dinyatakan Valid dan layak digunakan. Pengujian Hipotesis pengaruh Model pembelajaran diperoleh koefisien determinasi sebesar 69.1%, Media Elektronik diperoleh koefisien determinasi sebesar 55%, Kompetensi Guru diperoleh koefisien determinasi sebesar 58.4%, secara Bersama-sama adalah 75.1%. dari hasil penelitian dan jawaban hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran, media elektronik dan kompetensi guru yang baik dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa yang semakin baik

Abstract

This research aims to explore the impact of price, promotion, and app usability on purchasing decisions through buying interest as an intervening variable on Pasarnow. The study involves 217 Pasarnow customer respondents, and data is collected through a questionnaire. The analysis utilizes path analysis as a quantitative technique with SPSS 22 & AMOS 24. Findings reveal that the price directly and significantly influences buying interest, as does promotion and app usage ease. Price directly but insignificantly affects purchase decisions. Promotion has no direct impact on purchase decisions, while app usage ease directly and significantly affects them. Buying interest also directly and significantly influences purchase decisions. Additionally, price has an indirect and insignificant effect on purchase decisions through buying interest, similar to promotion and app usage ease.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the influence of Transformational Leadership and Career Development on the Performance of Gramedia Bintara Plaza Bookstore Employees. The research design uses quantitative causality. The data used is primary data collected through questionnaires. The population and sample in this study were 54 employees, the sampling technique used a saturated sample or census, the data analysis method used Multiple Liner Regression Analysis with SPSS 26 software. The results of the research were the positive and significant influence of Transformational Leadership and Character Development on the Performance of Gramedia Bookstore Employees Plaza NCO. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of inflation, exchange rates, and capital structure on stock returns with profitability as an intervening variable in consumer goods sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), which publish financial reports from 2019-2021. This type of research is quantitative research. Population data is taken from consumer goods sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), which publish financial reports from 2019-2021. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling. From a population of 76 companies, there were 36 companies that met the sample criteria. So, the data sample in this study is 85. The analysis technique consists of multiple regression analysis and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) Inflation has no effect on Profitability, (2) Exchange Rates have no effect on Profitability, (3) Capital Structure has an effect on Profitability, (4) Inflation has no effect on Stock Returns, (5) Exchange Rates have no effect on Stock Returns, (6) Capital Structure has an effect on Stock Returns, (7) Profitability has an effect on Stock Returns, (8) Inflation has an effect on stock returns through profitability, (9) Exchange rates has an effect on stock return through profitability, (10) Capital Structure has an effect on stock return through profitability.
