Abstract

This study conducts a comprehensive bibliometric analysis to map global research trends on regulatory frameworks, external assurance statements, and corporate sustainability reporting. Drawing on 2,468 documents from the Scopus database, it employs VOSviewer to visualize publication trends, co-authorship networks, citation patterns, and keyword co-occurrence. Results indicate a growing scholarly focus, especially from 2015 onwards, coinciding with regulatory developments and heightened sustainability expectations. The United States, United Kingdom, and European countries dominate contributions, while the Global South remains underrepresented. Influential authors such as Milne and Gray and Tsalis are identified as foundational voices. Thematic evolution reveals a shift from normative discussions toward technical and policy-driven inquiries. The study highlights emerging topics such as digital assurance and ESG integration while calling for greater inclusivity and interdisciplinary engagement. It provides critical insights for scholars, regulators, and practitioners committed to advancing credible, impactful sustainability reporting.

Abstract

The creative industry in Indonesia has undergone significant changes in 2024 due to rapid digital transformation, driven by advancements in technology and shifts in consumer behavior. However, the full potential of digital tools is not yet being realized, as current resources have not been fully optimized to absorb these changes. This highlights the need for a study on the role of intrinsic motivation in employees' ability to foster innovative performance, facilitated by digital leadership and digital culture. The research was conducted among employees working in the digital industry, specifically within the digital-based creative sector. Using Structural Equation Modeling, data were collected from a total of 189 respondents. The study emphasizes the critical roles that digital culture and digital leadership play in enhancing innovative performance within organizations. It demonstrates that both factors significantly contribute to boosting intrinsic motivation among employees, thereby encouraging innovative behaviors

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of Communication, Work Environment and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance at Mutiara Bangsa Al-Huda Vocational School, West Jakarta, simultaneously or partially. The data used in this study are secondary data and primary data collected by distributing questionnaires to 50 teachers who were respondents. This research uses quantitative causality and the results of this research are based on respondents' answers using a Likert scale. The analytical methods used in this research are multiple linear regression test, F test (simultaneous), t test (partial), and coefficient of determination. The results of this research show that using the F test (simultaneous) there is a significant influence between Communication, Work Environment and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance. Meanwhile, the t test (partial) shows that communication has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. The work environment has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. Work Discipline has a negative and significant effect on Teacher Performance. With a coefficient of determination value of 36.3%, which means that teacher performance can be explained by communication, work environment and work discipline and the remaining 63.7% is influenced by other variables not explained in this research.

Abstract

Problems related to human resource management that frequently arise in companies are employee turnover. This study aims to understand and analyze the direct and indirect effects of workload, work environment, and compensation on turnover intention through job stress as an intervening variable among nurses at Karang Tengah Medika Hospital, and to provide recommendations that are useful for hospital management in reducing nurses' turnover intention. The research method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares to analyze data obtained from a questionnaire distributed to sixty five nurses at Karang Tengah Medika Hospital. The results of the study show that workload has a significant positive effect on nurses' turnover intention through job stress as an intervening variable. The work environment does not show a significant effect on turnover intention, both directly and through job stress. Meanwhile, compensation was found to have a significant negative effect on turnover intention directly, but no indirect effect through job stress as an intervening variable. This study supports theories explaining that job factors such as workload and compensation affect turnover intention, but not all factors can explain the relationship through job stress. The practical implications of this study show the importance of managing workload, improving fairer compensation, and arranging a more conducive work environment to reduce nurses' turnover intention in hospitals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antara integritas karyawan serta lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pharmacon International Tbk., dengan employee engagement sebagai variabel mediasi. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif kausal. Populasi sekaligus sampel dalam studi ini berjumlah 75 orang karyawan, dengan teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh atau sensus. Pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan dengan metode analisis jalur (path analysis) menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 29. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integritas karyawan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap employee engagement, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Selain itu, integritas karyawan, lingkungan kerja, dan employee engagement secara bersama-sama maupun terpisah memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lebih lanjut, ditemukan pula pengaruh tidak langsung dari integritas karyawan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui mediasi employee engagement di PT. Pharmacon International Tbk.

Abstract

This research aimed to design a Microsoft Excel-based financial database and dashboard system tailored to the needs of MSME Mel Kitchen, a culinary business and the primary user of the system. The design focused on improving the efficiency and structure of its financial recording and management. The design focused on improving the efficiency and structure of its financial recording and management. Primary data were collected through interviews and observations to understand the user needs. The system was developed using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate). The results of the user needs analysis showed that the user needed a computerized financial data recording and visualization system to facilitate its financial management in a more structured and easy-to understand manner. Based on the analysis and development process, this research resulted in a Microsoft Excel-based financial database and dashboard system which consisted of several features such as sales input, expense tracking, cash flow monitoring, raw material inventory, outgoing stock management, and visual dashboards in the form of graphs and charts. Evaluation by both a technology expert and the end user confirmed that the system was feasible to use and effective for Mel Kitchen’s financial management needs.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to describe the influence of education, training, and teaching experience on teacher performance at SMK Yapim Taruna. The study uses a quantitative approach with a causal design through the distribution of questionnaires and literature review as data collection methods. The research sample consists of all honorary teachers, totaling seventy-one individuals. The results indicate that education, training, and teaching experience collectively influence teacher performance. However, when considered separately, education and training are proven to enhance performance, while teaching experience has a distinct impact. These findings emphasize that improvements in teacher performance are not solely determined by experience but are more significantly supported by the quality of education and training programs received. The novelty of this study lies in its comprehensive analysis of honorary teachers in vocational schools, a group that has previously received little attention in teacher performance studies. The implications of this research can serve as a basis for schools in designing more targeted competency development programs, particularly by strengthening formal education and continuous training as key strategies to improve teacher performance quality in vocational schools. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect effects of teacher competence, organizational culture, and compensation on teacher performance at SMK YAPIM Taruna North Sumatra. The study uses a quantitative method with a census approach to all teachers as respondents, and data is collected through questionnaires. Path analysis is used to test the relationship between variables with the help of statistical software. The results of the study indicate that teacher competence, organizational culture, and compensation have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, as reflected in increased loyalty and quality of service to students. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of the three main variables into a single analytical model that simultaneously measures their impact on teacher performance in a vocational school environment, which has not been comprehensively studied in a similar context. These findings have implications for school administrators to strengthen strategies for improving teacher performance through competency development, strengthening a conducive organizational culture, and providing fair and equitable compensation. Abstract

This study examines the influence of principal leadership, teacher competence, and teacher commitment on teacher performance at SMK Yadika in West Java. A quantitative descriptive method with a causality design was employed, collecting data from 74 permanent teachers out of a population of 240 using a validated Likert-scale questionnaire. Path analysis, multiple linear regression, and classical assumption tests were conducted using SPSS version 25. Results indicate that leadership, competence, and commitment significantly affect teacher performance both individually and collectively, explaining 58.7% of the variance (adjusted R-square = 0.587), with 41.3% attributed to unexamined factors. The novelty of this research lies in its focus on the Dual Learning System (PSG) in private vocational schools, emphasizing pedagogic competence in a regional context, differing from prior studies that targeted public schools or broader settings. These findings offer practical insights for enhancing vocational education quality and contribute to academic discourse on teacher performance in vocational education. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of customer engagement, human-centric marketing, omnichannel, and word of mouth marketing on increasing sales of credit products at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Melawai Raya Branch Office. The research was motivated by the gap between the target and realization of the distribution of People's Business Credit (KUR) and BNI Wirausaha, despite an increase after the implementation of the BNIMove innovation. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey design, where primary data was obtained through questionnaires to respondents who are active customers using BNI credit products. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression using SPSS software to test the simultaneous and partial effects of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that all four independent variables had a positive and significant effect on sales increase, with customer engagement and human-centric marketing proving to have a dominant influence compared to other variables. These findings emphasize the importance of a marketing strategy that focuses on consumer experience and needs, the utilization of integrated digital channels, and the role of word of mouth as an effective organic promotional tool. This research provides practical implications for BNI to optimize digital-based marketing strategies and service personalization in an effort to increase the number of new debtors and support the achievement of credit distribution targets in the future.
