Abstract

The objective of this research is to assess the effects of teachers’ work motivation on their work satisfaction. The causal study was conducted in YADIKA high schools at Jabodetabek, from January to March 2015, involving a sample of 60 teachers, who had been selected from all the teachers of schools by using the proportional random sampling technique. A survey was applied in this research and the data were analysed with technique by putting variables in a correlation matrix. The results of research reveal direct effects of the work motivation on the work satisfaction. This implies the need to consider the teachers’ work motivation in the strategic plan of YADIKA high schools at Jabodetabek to improve the teachers’ work satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze nine key factors that influence BSC implementation for hospital performance. Census method used to sampling hospital managers, started from shift commander to superintendent of hospital. Multiple regression used as tools of analyzing to analyze ten hypothesis. Research was done at Sentra Medika Hospital Cikarang Branch. Conclusion from this research found seven from nine factors has great signification influence to hospital performance, they are officer and middle manager participation factor, culture of work factor, education and training factor, simple planning of BSC factor, sharpness of vision, strategy and result, incentive effect factor, and internal BSC team factor. Two others has no signification to hospital performance, they are top management supporting factor and resources factor.

Abstract

This research purpose was to analyze and assess the influence of leadership style, knowledge management and discipline of work on employee performance Jakarta tax office pratama Kebayoran baru II. This research type is a quantitative study with explanatory survey methods and data collection tools used questionnaires. The results of this study concluded the style of leadership, knowledge management and discipline of employees working on the performance of Jakarta tax office pratama Kebayoran baru II, either jointly or individually. Where the value of the correlation coefficient leadership style (X1), knowledge management (X2) and discipline (X3) on the performance of employees is 0.824, meaning the leadersip style (X1), knowledge management (X2) and discipline (X3) has a very strong relationship on employee performance and test results determinant coefficient (R2) value of 0.678 which can be obtained disimpulakan style kepemimpianan (X1), knowledge management (X2) and discipline (X3) contributed by 67.80%% of the increase in employee performance, while the remaining 32 , 20% are influenced by other factors not examined in this research.

Abstract

Optimal performance can be obtained if the spirit and passionate employees to do the job and be able to achieve the set targets . Improved performance of the employees can not be separated from some of the factors that can affect the performance of the employee , among other leadership, organizational climate , and competence. So the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Leadership , Organizational Climate , and competence on Employee Performance in Organization In Yadika RSIA Kebayoran Lama . Design research is quantitative associative , while the data collection method is a survey using a questionnaire . The analysis of data using multiple linear regression , and the result is that the style of leadership , organizational climate , and the competence of either jointly or partially positive effect on the performance of employees in RSIA Yadika Kebayoran Lama.

Abstract

This study examined the correlation between competence and discipline of teachers with the performance students 1grade 3 in SMK Yadika 3 Jakarta. This research was intended to: (a) analyze the effects of teachers competence on students’ performances, (b) analyze the effects of teachers discipline on students’ performances and (c) analyze the combined effects of competence and discipline of teachers 2 on students’ performances. The data were collected from SMK Yadika 3 Jakarta Jalan Kamal Raya No. 42 Tegal Alur Kecamatan Kalideres Jakarta Barat start from May until September 2013 with analysed using correlation. A total of 72 employees from 246 participated in this study. It’s using likert scale for measurement. Data collected by using thesimple random sampling technique which’s there only 4 class. Data was analyzed with correlation and regression. The findings again showed that competence and disilpline teachers have positive and significant link with performances students.

Abstract

This study is aimed to analyze and assess the influence of leadership style, competence and organizational commitment to employee performance Fertilizer Indonesia PT (Persero). This research is a quantitative study with explanatory survey methods and data collection tools used questionnaires. The results of this study concluded that the style of leadership, competence and organizational commitment to employee performance Fertilizer Indonesia PT (Persero), either jointly or individually, where the value of the correlation coefficient kepemimpianan style (X1), competence (X2) and organizational commitment (X3) on the performance of employees is 0,791, that means style kepemimpianan (X 1), competence (X2) and organizational commitment (X3) has a strong relationship to employee performance and test results determinant coefficient (R2) obtained the value of 0.625 which can disimpulakan style kepemimpianan(X1), competence (X2) and organizational commitment (X3) gives a contribution of 62.50%, against an increase in the performance of employees, while the remaining 37.50% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aimed to test: the effect of the marketing mix (product, price, place, and promotion) to customer satisfaction at KFC cbd ciledug. Where the independent variable is the product (X1), price (X2), where (X3), and promotion (X4) affect consumer satisfaction (Y) as the dependentvariable. From the results of this study indicate that: regression equation (Y = 0.495 + 0.040 + 0.031 X1 X2 + 0.143+0.339 X3 X4 + e). Based on statistical data analysis, indicators - indicators in this study are valid and variables are reliable. In the classical assumption test, regression models multicoloniarity free, does not occur heterosdastisitas. Individually, the variable that has the most impact is variable promotion with a regression coefficient of 0.339, followed by a variable with a regression coefficient of 0.143, then the product 0,040 and 0,031 price. Hypothesis testing using t test showed that the promotion variable found to significantly affect customer satisfaction dependent. Then through the F test can be seen that the independent variable feasible to test the dependent variable customer satisfaction. Figures adjusted R square of 0.504 indicates that the variable customer satisfaction can be explained by the variable product, price, place,and promotion.

Abstract

Corporate performance, constituting planning and operation tool for chairman of and investor in given time period. Investor that invest its fund on securities, really interested to current gain and expected gain at proximately and marks sense stability of gain who will be gotten. Before invests its fund investor do analysis to Ability Corporation to result gain. Investor decision always been regarded by risk zoom (risk) and return one that is expected (Return Expected), and gets procurement Return Expected maximal with zoom runs the risk that minimal. This research intent for description and analysing is profitability and Market Price BUMN that listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange. Corporate profitability and Market Price BUMN that listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange to be measured of Return on Assets, Return on Equity, dividend Payout Ratio, Earning per Share, Price Earning Ratio, Full scale Assets Turn Over, and Net Profit is Margin simultaneously having for significant to expected return stock. Profitability BUMN that listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange partially influential significant to expected return stock. Factor which of Return on Assets, Return on Equity, dividend Payout Ratio, Earning per Share, Price Earning Ratio, Full scale Assets Turn Over, and Net Profit Is Margin one that ascendant dominant to expected return stock. Base analysis result points out that profitability and Marker Price BUMN that listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange to be measured of Return on Assets, simultaneously ala having for significant to expected return stock. Corporate profitability and market price BUMN that listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange to be measured of dividend Payout Ratio and Net Profit is Margin partially influential significant to expected return stock. Meanwhile Return on Assets, Return on Equity, Earning per Share, Price Earning Ratio, and Full scale Assets Turn Over partially don't significant ascendant to expected return stock. Net Profit is Margin constituting corporate internal factor BUMN that listed at influential Indonesian Stock Exchange dominant to expected return stock.
