Abstract

Cases of bullying in Indonesia often occur in educational institutions. Bullying behavior most often occurs in adolescence. Every child entering adolescence will be faced with social adjustment problems, which include the problem of peer relations. Peers will usually form peer groups. This study aims to: (1) find out the description of peers of students, (2) know the description of student bullying behavior, (3) prove the presence or absence of peer influence on student bullying behavior. The method of this research is quantitative with the type of associative research. The sample of this study was 32 students. The results showed: (1) peers have a high category, (2) bullying behavior in students has a high category, (3) There is a positive influence between peers on student bullying behavior.

Abstract

The average score of mathematics subjects from 64 grade VIII students of 54 is stated to be less than the KKM (Minimum Graduation Criteria) that has been determined that is 70. The teacher explains some of the causes of low motivation and interest in student learning because students lack understanding on the previous material.This study uses quantitative descriptive research, where researchers use descriptive methods with a quantitative approach. the population is all eighth grade students at Mekarwangi Lembang Middle School 2016/2017 school year. The number of students is 64 students.

Abstract

Guidance and Counseling Services is a process of providing assistance provided to students continuously in order to achieve independence in self-understanding. Guidance and Counseling Services are an integral part of education in an effort to help students to achieve optimal development, in accordance with their potential. But the fact is, not all services are carried out by BK teachers. This study aims to find out and understand the achievement of Guidance and Counseling Services at SMP N 1 Plered Cirebon District. This research is a qualitative research with case study method. The results showed that the BK teacher only did two of the nine services that should be carried out, namely counseling services for groups and individuals on students who were problematic. This condition is caused by the ratio of the number of students who are not in accordance with the number of BK teachers, so the service is not optimal.

Abstract

Students feel bored in some learning, due to learning to learn with a variety of methods. Furthermore, the learning styles of outstanding students are unknown, both by the teacher and his own students. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning style of student achievement. The research used purposive sample sampling technique. Techniques collected data with interviews. The analysis technique refers to Huberman and Miles, namely interactive models. Five results were obtained including energy auditing, three levels including visual learning and a minimum of energy included in the pharmacological samples.

Abstract

This study is an analysis of ego state that often arises when individual counseling is carried out by the counselor. The ego state referred to in this study includes the ego state Parent, Adult and Child. This study is a qualitative study using the content analysis method. The results of this study are that the ego state that appears during individual counseling is the Ego State Parent on word indicators while for other indicators such as Intonation, gestures, posture and more facial expressions on the ego state Adult.

Abstract

Development activities in an effort to form students' character and personality through counseling services related to personal and social issues, learning activities, and career development, as well as extra-curricular activities. The author of this study conducted on Foster Children Foundation Manarussalam Cirebon using quantitative descriptive method. The sample in this study amounted to 20 foster children from a population of 50 children with probability sampling non-sampling technique. Research shows that the majority of self-development patterns have developed, which is about 52% or 0.52 where the figure stands at 0.40 to 0.59, which means the pattern of selfdevelopment of children is high enough. Furthermore, for some aspects of well-developed independence that is around 54% or 0.54 where the number is from 0.40 to 0.59, which means the development of children is high enough. The ability of learning achievement, most of it has not been developed.

Abstract

The problems and obstacles experienced by Vocational High School (SMK) students in the academic field are not only about the lack of information about the world of work or higher education, but students do not yet have a clear picture of their abilities, interests, and goals. The purpose of this study was to develop career identity through career guidance programs.This study uses the Pre Experimental Desaign research method. This study uses desaign pre-test and post-test one group design research. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the Effective Career Guidance Program for Developing Career Identity of Class XI Students of SMK 1 Lemahabang.

Abstract

The digital era has begun marked by the rampant use of the internet and social media in every sector of individual life, be it economy, health, government, or education. Current education, especially in guidance and counseling, needs to adapt to the times to involve the internet and social media in guidance and counseling or can be called digitalization of guidance and counseling, especially in marketing or socialization of guidance and counseling. Researchers aim to obtain an overview of the socialization of guidance and counseling that occurs in Indonesia and provide alternatives for socialization of guidance and counseling in the digital era. The study uses a literature review approach, collecting and analyzing articles, journals, books, or other sources that are in accordance with the object of research.

Abstract

Budget planning is an important part of guidance and counseling management that should be prepared carefully to support the implementation of guidance and counseling services. This budget must of course be in the school budget. A budget plan that is designed realistically and transparently accountable also supports guidance and counseling services in schools. The guidance and counseling budget design contains all the operational costs and development needs of the guidance and counseling profession. The objectives of the guidance and counseling service program will be achieved by choosing the right management strategy through careful and precise analysis of the available budget.

Abstract

Social Interaction is a way of building reciprocal relationships that influence each other between individuals, individuals and groups, or groups and groups in these reciprocal relationships can form behavior. Efforts are needed to improve social interaction by providing study group guidance services. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of study group guidance services in improving social interaction of class IX Smart Special students at SMP Negeri 5 Tasikmalaya. The type of research used is experimental research using a one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of this study were 19 students. Based on the calculation of the pre-test score, 9 students were selected as research subjects with levels of social interaction in the medium and low categories. Validity test analysis with the product moment formula and reliability test analysis with the alpha cronbach formula. Data collection using social interaction questionnaire instruments and observation sheets. Data analysis techniques using the Wilcoxon signed ranks test analysis. The results of the study showed that the Z value obtained was -2.668 with a p value of Asymp. Sig (2-Tailed) of 0.008 where the value is less than the critical limit of the study, which is 0.05. The average score of students' social interaction before the study group guidance was carried out was 100.66 which is in the low category, after the study group guidance was carried out it increased by an average of 39.1 points to 139.78 which is in the high category. Based on the explanation above, it can be concluded that the study group guidance service is effective in improving the interaction of class IX Smart Special students at SMP Negeri 5 Tasikmalaya.
