Abstract

Stechoq Academy is a platform to provides e-learning facilities for students participating in the Certified Internship and Independent Study Program (MSIB). The aim of this research is to measure user satisfaction with the Stechoq Academy platform and to identify the factors influencing user satisfaction using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) and WebQual 4.0 methods, as well as aspects that require evaluation. The variables analyzed are the dependent variable is User Satisfaction, and the independent variables is Content, Accuracy, Format, Timeliness, Ease of Use, Usability, Information Quality, and Service Interaction. The data analysis method in this research uses the PLS-SEM approach with the SmartPLS application. The results of this study indicate that the average user satisfaction measurement for the Stechoq Academy platform is 3.14, categorized as Satisfied. Factors influencing user satisfaction with 8 hypotheses and 1 accepted hypothesis are the Content variable with a t-test value of 2.275 above 1.96 and a path coefficient value of 0.280 above 0.1, indicating a significant relationship and influence on user satisfaction with the Stechoq Academy platform.

Abstract

The fast and complex dynamics of modern business demand effective risk management strategies to support the successful implementation of technology. This research examines the use of Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) in risk management during the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) at PT XYZ, a health equipment company in Surabaya. The aim of this research is to identify potential operational risks and formulate strategic recommendations to mitigate these risks effectively. This research method includes qualitative analysis based on in-depth interviews and evaluation of related documentation. The research results identified various risks with different categories, namely high, medium and low risks, each of which requires certain mitigation steps. This research found that the integration of FMEA and ISO 31000:2018 was able to strengthen the risk identification, evaluation and management process in a systematic and structured manner. This research confirms that ERP systems, although important for the integration and automation of business processes, still contain significant risks that require a careful management approach. This research contributes to the literature on risk management in ERP implementation and proposes a comprehensive risk management framework to optimize organizational efficiency and reduce the potential for failure. Recommendations for continued research and industry practice are presented, with a focus on ongoing risk evaluation and adaptation of effective risk management frameworks.

Abstract

E-recruitment adalah website perekrutan karyawan baru yang saat ini sudah diterapkan oleh PT. ABC dimana membantu dalam seluruh proses manajemen dan administrasi. Namun, E-recruitment PT. ABC ini dalam pengujiannya masih dilakukan secara manual yang memungkinkan ditemukannya kesalahan yang terlewat akibat human error, sehingga nantinya akan berdampak negatif bagi reputasi perusahaan. Karena itu, perlu dilakukannya automation testing yang menggunakan tools Serenity BDD menerapkan teknik Equivalence Partitions dan Boundary Value Analysis (BVA) dalam pembuatan test case untuk mengetahui fungsionalitas dari E-recruitment PT. ABC, memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan jika ditemukan kesalahan, serta melakukan perbandingan antara teknik Equivalence Partitions dan Boundary Value Analysis (BVA). Proses automation testing pada E-recruitment PT. ABC dimulai dengan membuat daftar field yang akan diuji, menyusun test case, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pembuatan file pom.xml, file cucumber test suite, file serenity.properties, file serenity.conf, file feature, class pages, class step definitions, lalu menjalankan automation testing dengan memasukkan perintah mvn clean verify. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fungsionalitas E-recruitment PT. ABC cukup baik dengan persentase sebesar 62% dari total test case sebanyak 709 butir dengan 442 butir berstatus pass (berhasil) dan 267 butir lainnya berstatus fail (gagal). Rekomendasi perbaikan akan diberikan pada 267 butir yang memiliki status fail tersebut. Terdapat beberapa perbandingan antara teknik Equivalence Partitions dan Boundary Value Analysis (BVA) mulai dari sisi hasil automation testing, field, dan data uji.

Abstract

This research aims to design and build a website-based information system for employee leave submission and approval specifically aimed at HCGA admins to make it easier to recap data and reduce the remaining employee leave. In general, it is aimed at managers to facilitate the process of approving leave that has been submitted by employees. As well as making it easier for employees to carry out the flow of applying for leave easily and quickly. Employees can receive this information face-to-face with the HCGA (Human Capital General Officer) admin because it can be accessed anytime and anywhere through the website. Rapid Application Development (RAD) is used as a system development method applied in this study. The steps or stages of this method are requirement planning, user design, construction, and cutover. At the requirement planning stage, interviews, observations and literature studies are carried out. At the user design stage, a prototype is made of diagrams according to the needs of the system. The construction stage is carried out to make a system based on the approved prototype design. Meanwhile, in the cutover stage, testing the website that has been built uses the Blackbox testing method. The test is carried out to ensure that the system that has been built does not have errors that can affect the functionality of the system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi performa dua algoritma klasifikasi, yakni Naïve Bayes dan Support Vector Machine (SVM), dalam analisis sentimen ulasan pengguna terhadap aplikasi Teman Bus di Google Play store. Meskipun kedua algoritma ini telah digunakan pada analisis sentimen pada penelitian sebelumnya, belum ada studi yang secara langsung membandingkannya dalam konteks aplikasi Teman Bus. Analisis sentimen ini melibatkan pemrosesan teks dan klasifikasi sentimen untuk menilai respons pengguna terhadap layanan bus tersebut. Hasil perbandingan mengungkapkan perbedaan performa antara Naïve Bayes dan Support Vector Machine pada klasifikasi sentimen. SVM dengan kernel RBF menunjukkan akurasi sebesar 85%, lebih baik dalam menangani pola sentimen yang kompleks dan tidak linier dibandingkan dengan Naïve Bayes yang mencapai akurasi 82%, khususnya pada dataset dengan rasio pembagian data 30:70. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan agar memberikan informasi yang lebih mendetail mengenai evaluasi pengguna terhadap layanan Teman Bus menggunakan ulasan yang ditemukan di Google Play store serta memberikan wawasan berguna untuk memilih algoritma yang tepat dalam tugas serupa di masa depan. SVM dengan kernel RBF cenderung menjadi pilihan yang lebih baik untuk analisis sentimen aplikasi Teman Bus, meskipun pemilihan algoritma terbaik tetap bergantung pada konteks dan karakteristik data yang ada.

Abstract

User experience is one of the important factors related to the success of a mobile application. If the user experience of an application is getting better, then users will feel satisfied and their loyalty will be higher. This study aims to (1) Measure the user experience of the iPusnas application using the HEART variable, (2) Know what needs to be improved based on the user experience of iPusnas application users, (3) Know the effect of Intention to Reuse iPusnas application users from the HEART Metrics method. The data in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires to one hundred iPusnas application users with the Bookworm and Socializer levels. Based on the results of the study, it was found that not all HEART Metrics variables achieved the Goals to be achieved, namely the Adoption variable. The results of interval PLS data analysis show that 18 indicators used are valid and 1 indicator is invalid, so the indicator is removed. In addition, the results of the inner model evaluation show an R-Square value of 0.776 and 0.764 for interval and score data. Hypothesis testing shows that the HEART latent variable has a significant effect on Intention to Reuse. However, 2 insignificant variables need to be prioritized for improvement in user experience, namely Adoption and Retention.

Abstract

Pelanggaran pada lalu lintas yang di sebabkan oleh pengendara roda dua yang sering di tindak pada saat melakukan operasi patuh pada tahun 2023 mencatat, terdapat tiga pelanggaran terbanyak yang dilakukan oleh kendaraan roda dua. Paling banyak adalah pelanggaran tidak menggunakan helm yaitu sebanyak 8.916 pelanggaran (Made et al., 2020). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan sistem deteksi kendaraan berdasarkan kelasnya melalui analisis video berbasis algoritma YOLOv5. Metode yang disajikan dalam penelitian ini berfokus pada optimasi dan implementasi algoritma YOLOv5 untuk mendeteksi objek berupa helm pada pengendara roda dua pada saat berkendara, menggunakan dataset berisi 2000 gambar, dengan 1200 gambar untuk pelatihan dan 800 gambar untuk pengujian. Pelatihan dilakukan hingga mencapai langkah 200 epoch dengan batch 48 dengan ukuran gambar 448. Hasil penelitian dan uji coba berdasarkan eksperimen yang penulis lakukan, penulis berhasil mencapai nilai F1 Score sebesar 0.87 dan nilai mAP 0.90 menggunakan algoritma YOLOv5 dengan arsitektur YOLOv5m. Adanya beberapa faktor yang memengaruhi hasil deteksi adalah latar belakang objek pada gambar, posisi objek, terdapat objek penghalang pada sudut tertentu, serta tinggi/jarak objek.

Abstract

Efisiensi dan efektivitas sistem pendidikan sangatlah penting untuk kemajuan suatu negara. Evaluasi terhadap kurikulum dan kemampuan menghasilkan lulusan yang siap bersaing di pasar kerja menjadi krusial. Salah satu aspek evaluasi yang signifikan adalah pelacakan data alumni. Data dari pelacakan alumni juga merupakan parameter penting yang digunakan dalam konteks proses akreditasi lembaga pendidikan. Salah satu data pelacakan alumni yang digunakan dalam akreditasi lembaga adalah masa tunggu alumni dalam mencari pekerjaan. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang bangun sistem informasi berbasis website yang mengimplementasikan metode naïve bayes dan laplace correction untuk memprediksi lama masa tunggu alumni dalam memperoleh pekerjaan pertama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan Rapid Application Development (RAD) yang memiliki beberapa tahapan pengembangan yaitu tahap requirements planning, user design, construction, dan cutover. Pada tahap cutover, dilakukan pengujian terhadap website yang telah dibangun menggunakan metode pengujian Blackbox untuk memastikan fungsionalitas dari sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil perhitungan sistem memiliki kesamaan dengan hasil perhitungan manual, hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Hasil perhitungan prediksi menunjukkan bahwa metode naïve bayes dan laplace correction dapat diterapkan untuk memperkirakan waktu tunggu alumni dalam memperoleh pekerjaan pertama. Penerapan laplace correction juga terbukti efektif dalam mengatasi masalah probabilitas akhir yang bernilai 0.
